Had hail damage from the storm in June and RJI got my roof fully approved through insurance. The work was done well and they gave me a 50 year warranty. Couldn't be happier!

James was prompt professional and kind. He assessed my roof for hail damage and was patient and thorough. Since I had minimal damage it was refreshing that he didn't advocate for us to replace the roof.

Great company! James was great to deal with, very professional and educated my wife and I throughout the whole insurance claim process after we received hail damage. He even helped me push my riding lawnmower up my driveway after it broke. Would love to work with them in the future and can't recommend them enough.

We had hail damage to our house roof as well as our garage roof. RJI Professionals stopped to check it out. We never felt pressured to go with them. Dave was here when the insurance adjuster came and pointed out the trouble areas. They were good at staying in touch and about a month later the work was done on our home and garage. Dave & Taylor were here to supervise the entire time. Their workers were amazing. Fast, but did a good job. They tore off all the shingles on both structures and our yard was spotless of debris when they left. The only break they took was for lunch. They took care of getting all insurance paperwork done too. We received our insurance checks on a very timely manner. We are very happy we went with RJI and more than happy to recommend them for roofing work.

Originally my insurance claim was denied by my insurance. Some of my neighbors where working with RJI Professionals and they all got approved. Figured id see if they could help me out with my claim. James ended up coming to my home and getting necessary photos to prove to my insurance that a hail storm did hit my home. We ended up getting a 2nd adjuster out to my property and it ended up getting approved. The installers did a pretty good job! I had one issue but they came back and fixed it. Thank you RJI.

I was worried about my roof after a recent hailstorm, so I contacted RJI for a free estimate. Taylor and Calvin were very responsive and came out the next day to assess the damage. They were thorough, kind, and honest, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though they didn't find any damage this time, I was so impressed with their service that I'm already planning to use them for any future roof repairs. Taylor from RJI did a comprehensive review of our roof and found hail damage that our insurance provider reviewed and agreed to cover replacement costs. We worked with RJI to get new a new roof and gutters for the home. Everybody we interacted with was very professional, responded promptly to calls and emails, explained options, and provided updates throughout the process. Updating this after the job was finished. RJI did a great job installing our roof. Their team was good with communication before the job for scheduling and very thorough in cleaning up. We had some issues with the sub contractor that they hired for the gutters and the team at RJI came back multiple times to make sure that the gutters were done the way we wanted. Good guys, professional staff. They even sent us cookies after.

James knocked on my door, examined my roof, found hail damage I didn't know that I had, dealt with my insurance company, got me a new roof and gutter system. The installation crew was excellent. James was a joy to work with. Thank you James and RJI.

We had roofing and siding done. Everything went on time as they said. My whole roof was stripped (2 layers of shingles) and re-shingled in one day ! This included a great clean up and a follow up call to make sure was happy. Then 2 weeks later our home was sided. The house has never looked better. RJI arrived on a Tuesday and the entire house was finished Friday ! Again included very good clean up and final walk thru to assure my satisfaction with the job. Quality, Professional, and all work preformed in a timely manner.
After a year, my wife and I love our choice. The color scheme we selected was exactly as the pictures. We have had no issues with either siding or roofing. Great follow-up after job, both by phone and mail. Also, we have referred them to friends, family and neighbors: all impressed with quality of materials, installation and speed of job.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work. The schedule was timely and they arrived early in the am. The supervisor
was with the crew the entire time and many times on the roof with them surveying work. They were respectful of all my gardens and plants around the house. Everything covered. The job was completed in one day. A complete tear off and two level roof replacement. After completion everything was cleaned up. They followed up with final inspection and satisfaction with us. They were very thorough. Another bonus was the price was Great. They followed up with a packet of all the warranties and certifications.

When this company replaced my rubber roof 5 years ago I thought they did a good job.
However 5 years later it has a5 inch hole in it and now have to replace dry wall inside. I've called 5 time and left messages and texts and still have not heard from them .
NO FALLOW THROUGH.
