Facility Solutions repainted the exteriors of our house and an older barn. Beginning with the initial quote and continuing through the entire process, their communications were timely and knowledgeable. They pointed out and addressed some issues that I hadn't even noticed. Everyone who came to the house was friendly and did thorough, careful work. I was extremely happy with both the work that was done and the interactions with them.

Facility Solutions was a great company to work with for a roof replacement. Fabio communicated every step of the way. I was impressed with all the information that was shared. I am confident that I got a great roof at a fair price. I highly recommend.

Facility Solutions did some flashing repair on my third story victorian home and flashing repair on my chimney. I can't say enough how pleased I was with there craftsmanship and how great it was dealing with Fabio. Fabio explained everything to me and followed through with whole repair. I would highly recommend Facility Solutions for any of your home repair projects. I'm planning on having Facility Solutions replace some of my cedar siding in the near future.

Facility Solutions helped me with some small remodeling projects in my home including clearing out heavy items, hanging shelves/ hooks and repairing drywall . The team was professional and friendly, reliable, communicative and paid close attention to detail, leaving the work site clean. They were efficient and the result is exactly what I wanted. Fabio and his employees were terrific to work with... we got an estimate the same day that we contacted them. Their price was the best and they were able to fit in our urgent work request right away. Several similar businesses gave us much higher price quotes and would not have been able to start the project until several weeks later. We are glad we have found The Facility Solutions Company and we'll continue to use them for any roofing and siding needs.

His team did an amazing job smoothing & painting our basement ceiling and painting the brick fireplace and cedar wood walls. They also painted our sunroom and framed, drywalled and painted our garage and we are extremely happy with the result.

Fabio, Brandon, and the rest of the Facility Solutions team were wonderful! Our exterior house painting project was a large job and they made sure everything was completed to perfection in a very efficient amount of time. They were the best quote out of 3 consultations too. They were always available for questions and continued to touch up areas until we were 100% satisfied. These guys go above and beyond. Highly recommend and would hire again for additional projects in the future.

Facility solutions were life savers for us. We closed on a house in May and had until the end of July to finish a number of major projects on the house so that we could move in. Fabio's team completed all of the projects when we expected them to and they even worked around our unexpected hiccups and other contractors we had to schedule. The team is professional and clean and knowledgeable about their craft if you need someone else to weigh in on a decision. They also leave the space as clean as possible when they are done- I even had other contractors comment on how clean the spaces they had worked were. Would definitely recommend!

I regret allowing them in my home.
I hired Fabio and his crew to smooth and paint the drywall on the inside of my home and garage for $20,650. What a mistake. Not only was it overpriced but the work, attention to detail, and respect for my home was awful. They moved workout equipment on my front lawn and not only did they leave it out overnight but left it out in the rain. They took off light fixtures, curtains and ceiling fans to work on the drywall then broke and/or lost things that I now have to deal with. We discussed not running the furnace while sanding, sure enough on my first visit it was running at 80 degrees. They were not supposed to use the two upstairs bathrooms and we stored expensive items in them to keep away from dust but sure enough the door was wide open when I visited and as you can see in one of the pictures one of the workers pants were left in there. They also left their dirty socks on top of my paper towels. Fabio told me he was finished and to come look at it. Boy was I surprised to see things unpainted, mud and paint slung everywhere and I baseball sized hole in the living room wall. The hole wasn’t there before but I swear to god the guy said “we thought you wanted that there. We didn’t know if you ran a cord through it”. Speaking of cords, my ps5 power cord is now missing and another cord that was stored along side it now has electrical tape wrapped around damage that wasn’t previously there. I found loose insulation and chunks of drywall in my basement. I’m sure I will continue to find new things that they messed up as time goes on.

Fabio and the crew at Facility Solutions did a massive lead abatement project on our home, both interior and exterior. They replaced our flooring, our old clawfoot tub, and every single window and window frame, along with sealing the woodwork throughout the entire house. Our exterior was asbestos-concrete fiberboard covered in lead paint. The crew came in and quickly took out the old boards, repairing old rotten wood as they went before replacing everything with beautiful modern siding, fascia, and soffits. All of this work was coordinated and done in phases so as to cause minimal disturbance and allow our family to stay in the home.

Throughout the process Fabio kept in close contact, let me know what the team is working on and ensured I was informed about how the project was going. The work was done quickly yet masterfully, and most importantly passed a rigorous lead test administered by the Dane County Health Department. We have two young children, one who had fallen severely ill due to the omnipresent lead in our old Victorian home. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that our young ones and those of future generations will be safe from lead exposure.

My wife and I are ecstatic about how the house turned out, its like living in an entirely new home thanks to the hard work and dedication to detail shown by Facility Solutions. I cannot say enough kind and gracious words about this company. We will be sticking with them for all our future home improvement needs.

We did a full kitchen remodel. Walls and ceiling were removed. I did the electrical (academy electric) and they did the rest. They worked with us to make the best decision on our remodel. It went very smoothly and was done in 3 months. This is very good. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent bathroom remodel! Every detail was done perfectly, from tiles to fixtures and paintwork. They truly care about customer satisfaction.

Chad’s built us a very handsome new porch and added beautiful rails to the new back porch and the existing front porch. We are quite satisfied with the quality and appearance.

I am in the industry and developed my own drawings for a significant addition to my residence. Based on google reviews and hearing ads, thought I’d contact him as another comp. After sharing my drawings he came back with a $/sf estimate over double that of the other contractors I contacted. I literally laughed at his quote and promptly ended the discussion. On top of his sky high price, he was suspicious of my experience and was very condescending. We have talked with friends who have shared similar experiences and noted they felt he was condescending to them as well. Having not done an actual project with them it’s hard to tell how the experience would go, but have heard they do quality work. So, he might be a good fit if you don’t know what you want and have money to burn, but I’d highly suggest getting quotes from others as well before moving forward with them.

Over the last five years, and counting, and projects large and small, Chad and his talented, creative, professional and personable team have earned our trust, respect and appreciation. It's a relationship we value and enjoy. They listen, they care, and it shows in the quality of their work.

Great people to work with. The project was on time and on budget. The assigned carpenter was top notch. He was there when he said he would be, and the site was always clean and well managed.

I talked to Chad regarding a home renovation I am in the middle of. After talking for a bit Chad and I decided that I might not be a great fit for the kind of projects his company undertakes. But he took pains to refer me to someone more appropriate, and gave me some excellent general advice regarding moving ahead. I very much appreciate the time and care he took with someone he was not in a paying relationship with.
