Constraction reviews in Madison, Wisconsin

Im a subcontractor ( Hondu Siding LLC )
I gave him a call and helped me right away in a time of need. They were fast and efficient!

They made a very good job on the stucco and the drywall of my house,
We highly recommend.

We use handy work on various projects, we have been partnering with them since 2019 and couldn’t be happier with continuing to grow with them in the Madison area, great team and good turn around time

Very professional, thorough, and provided good resources for researching and correcting what was found.

Professional, thorough, knowledgeable. Will be using on my next purchase again.

Very thorough and detailed inspection. Took his time and gave his honest opinion on everything even if it was a small fix. Highly recommend!!

Jon is so knowledgeable! I learned so much from the process, including ways to avoid some potential problems down the line. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Jon. He is pretty knowledgeable and inspected the house in great detail. Highly recommend

The other reviews sum it up quite well! Jon was awesome and pointed out numerous significant defects that I had missed. If it wasn’t for hiring Jon I would be in a very bad place right now. Thanks Jon!

Jon was very thorough, and great at explaining everything he was inspecting and why it was important. His report was delivered a couple of hours after we finished walking through the property.

Jon was very helpful and thorough when inspecting our potential purchase. He pointed us towards the issues that required our attention and gave us good next steps to take for all of them.

Jon did an excellent job and walked us through his entire process. He delivered the full inspection report within hours of the home inspection.

Great experience, Jon was prompt and provided clear and informative answers. He was very accommodating both during and outside of the inspection. Would recommend to friends home-buying in the Madison area.

Jon was great. He was thorough and friendly. I liked the technology platform he used to deliver the final inspection report, and I appreciated that he gave us a guidebook on how to properly maintain a home. It was a nice touch.

Jon was exceptional. Very detail oriented and helpful. He is able explain what is wrong and why it should be fixed in a manner that is easy to understand. I will recommend Jon to everyone. I wouldn't necessarily use the one your realtor recommends as they have a financial interest in the closing and the inspection may "get in the way". A house is a big investment and you need a truly independent party so call Jon.

We've used Jon twice and we'll use him any other time we buy a house. We've seen his reports side by side other inspectors'...there is no comparison. He is exceptionally thorough and takes the time to not only find issues but also educate the buyer on all aspects of their home.

Cannot recommend him enough!

Jon took time to explain what he was finding as I walked with him around the condo. He was on time, quick to complete his home inspection report, thorough, informative and a pleasure to work with. I asked a lot of questions and Jon was happy to answer them and provide me with more information. I recommend Jon to all of you on the interwebs. If you are in the process of purchasing your first home, I politely insist that you consider hiring him.

Jon did a very thorough walkthrough and went in depth on everything. This was my first home purchase and he was happy to answer and look at everything I had questions about. Thanks to his very well put together report I was able to easily determine the next steps in the home buying process.

The home inspection report I received from Jon was both highly detailed and safety oriented. Given Covid restrictions, Jon performed the inspection alone, but was happy to go over the report with me and answer any questions I had. In addition to the thoroughness and quality of his report, Jon was friendly and an absolute delight to work with. If I ever need another home inspection, I would hire Jon again in a heartbeat.

Jon did a phenomenal job inspecting my home. Spent the time to look at every corner and pointed out things I did not even notice/think of and has helped put our mind as ease for our home purchase. Jon also walked through the home with me and provided a very nice, detailed report with pictures. Thank you so so much Jon! I wish you continued success!

Had a great experience working with Jon! I found him online after reading all of the positive review about his business. He is very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had throughout the entire inspection. He does a very thorough job and his attention to detail is great.
