Jon was incredibly thorough in his inspection and did a great job of explaining his findings and answering questions. Jon provides a fair rate for his services and is always willing to discuss items long after he has left a property. Lastly, his report format is wonderful. It is user friendly and easy to understand. I recently worked with Jon for my new home inspection. Jon is very nice and he was very patient to walk through with me one area to another. He explained important things to me about what to pay attention in the future and what I should do for maintain in the future. He was very careful when we were at electrical parts. Jon also arranged me the inspection date very quickly before the Christmas and New year break. The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend Jon to other people in Madison area.

Jon was an outstanding home inspector. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, carefully examining every aspect of the house we were considering purchasing. As a great communicator, he clearly explained what he was inspecting, why it mattered, and whether any issues warranted concern.
His report was exceptionally detailed, packed with well-organized photos, each one thoughtfully annotated with arrows, highlights, and other visual markers to clearly illustrate his findings. In several cases, he even included helpful diagrams showing how components should ideally appear. Price was more than fair.

Carlos and his crew were extremely responsive to our request for handyman services prior to putting our house up for sale. As a result of their efforts our house was ready for sale in 3 days. We sold our house with three acceptable offers in 5 days.

Carlos and team did a great job of replacing the outdated bathroom in my vintage home. The team created a great space, brought everything up to code, and made my new (old) home feel a bit more like "home".

A big thanks to Capital Custom Contractors for their professionalism and in fixing outages in my 1920s house. Gary has been doing electrical work for years, and he clearly knew about wiring specific to old houses. Once the initial problem was fixed, he came back to help with a deeper issue. He was patient and methodical, and he did a great job of explaining his process so I understood the source of the problem and the fix.

I tried painting my own metal front door and it was a total fail. My best friend recommended Carlos at Capital Custom Contractors who got back to me right away. The communication was easy and quick, he painted my door perfectly and exactly how I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.
