Called to inquire about buying 50 feet of 8/3 SOOW wire. The first person to answer the phone had to patch me through to Customer Service. Why wouldn't I have been calling Customer Service in the first place? Sigh.

Anyway, I was told I could purchase my wire, but would have to set up an account. I asked why I needed and account if I was just an average Joe who needed a piece of wire, and not a professional electrician or company? "That's how we do things here", I was told. "We just need your name, address, and phone number to create an account". I said I didn't mean to be rude, but that was data mining since I didn't need an account, and that I would prefer not to be in any more computers than necessary for security reasons.

I was told I could go buy my wire somewhere else.

Seems since Revere took over B.J. electric..things have gone down hill. I ordered 6 undercabinet lights recently. The colors didn't match on the 3000k settings. Three had 3 position switches and the other 3 had 5 color choice switches. Was told I would get 3 new ones. One came correct..the other 2 weren't even close to the correct fixture. Now I'm told it'll be another 2 weeks. If you can't get the correct product..be upfront from the start. It's to the point anything out of the ordinary like panels breakers and wire...I'll order off the Internet from now on.Its strange that an electrical supply company can constantly be out of product but I can get the same thing at Menards. I'm totally fed up with with this company

They are dangerous people. Refused to acknowledge my turn signal as i needed to merge and after i moved over for them they harassed me for five miles. I have their license plates and recordings and have already spoken to the police. I wouldn’t trust these people to borrow a dollar let alone any maintenance work

I needed fresh paint in a house we recently purchased. Work included removal of wallpaper in several rooms, painting large Living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms. Also included was to wire and install ceiling lights in the bedrooms. All-Star, with a crew of three, sometimes four, showed up and completed the work within a week and a half. They did have a little handicap to work with and that was flooring installation and the installers. They had to return and redo part of the kitchen for mud work; that was quickly resolved. They did great work and I am pleased with the look and results, but they do need to work on their clean up. A little sloppy fellows!

We have searched a long time to find a reliable, affordable and quality handyman in the area. I called Rick and he not only responded on a reasonable amount of time but he actually showed up, completed the projects and was easy to work with. I hired him over and over again and he continues to do great work. I appreciate him and his team so much.

We had All-Star Maintenance out for the demolition and removal of a large firepit that had been built in our yard by a previous owner years ago. Probably not their typical project, but the quote was quite reasonable and the crew was very efficient with the work (there was a lot of stone to haul away!). I would definitely consider them again for other home projects.

I had a great experience working with All Star Maintenance. Mark fixed my walls in my bathroom. They look brand new. He also put up some fixtures. Mark was very quiet and we had no idea he was there! Mark left a very clean fresh new bathroom for us and we couldn't be more happy with the quality and expertise of his work.

I really don't know how I originally found Mark. But he and his crew, can't forget his partner Rick, have done wallpaper removal, painting, refinishing my kitchen cupboards giving them a modern look. They rebuilt a porch and a fence, did some patterned concrete work, and rock edging on both sides of my driveway. My home now has so much better curb appeal, and is so much lovelier inside. I hired Mark, the owner of All-Star maintenance to wire my home. He proceeded to take $7000.00 deposit and waste 6 months of my time. He never completed the work after constant promises of when it would be completed and never returned my money. Very shade business, do not trust them.
