Electrical work was fine but they improperly mounted my light fixtures and then charged me to fix their mistake.

We originally had Beeline come on 2/27/2025 to install a few new outlets and a light fixture to our living room. Day of I was super pleased with their work and grateful that they suggested using a pico system to make a second light switch possible.
The following week while painting the ceiling I realized that the entire light fixture was wobbly and not tightly mounted to the ceiling. I attempted to tighten it myself but it appeared to be the inner part that was installed wrong, not just the cover that you can remove by turning. I called and they were able to send someone over a day later to fix it. It took him about 15 minutes to fix.
I was pleased with their response and scheduled another appointment on 3/25 with them to upgrade our kitchen and dining room lights to the pico system and replace the fixtures to match the new living room one.
On 3/20 they sent me a $175 invoice for the service call to tighten the light. I understand service calls but I don't think I should be charged when they are coming back to fix their mistake.
On 3/25 they came and installed the other two light fixtures. This time I made sure that they were securely mounted before the guy left. However, the next day when I was disposing of the boxes, I realized that he had left some spare parts. Reading through the instructions I discovered that he had the glass plate only being held up by the decorative cover (part H in the attached picture) and did not use the bolt (part F) that was supposed to be the main fastener. While this probably would have held up and been ok, I find it bad craftsmanship to not follow the instructions and risk a heavy glass object falling on someone's head.

Beeline upgraded my panel to 200 amp service and installed two new outlets. Beeline quoted quickly, did the work on schedule, and were professional and courteous with my family. I recommend Beeline.

Had Beeline replace all my broken GFCI outlets, and had a positive experience overall.

The morning after I had two smoke detectors beeping, Josh at Beeline Electric came within an hour. He was thorough and diligent in finding the problem, explaining the fix (new batteries), and resolving the problem. (Two were beeping!) He was courteous and efficient. I can recommend Beeline without reservation. I will have them come the next time I have a problem!

Beeline installed a level 2 charger in my garage for my new PHEV. Mike was very good with figuring out what kind of outlet was needed for my vehicle. He was able able to get the new outlet installed in a timely manner. I am most appreciative of what a good communicator he was throughout over email and texting. Will hire again.

Beeline helped us with a service upgrade (100 to 200 AC) and also installed an EV charger outlet in our garage. I had put out a couple requests to electricians - Beeline responded, organized a visit, and returned an estimate for work before any other electricians even responded to my initial request. They were efficient and the work was completed to a high standard. Look forward to working with them again for any future electrical needs.

The two electricians handling the upgrading of the fuse boxes to circuit breakers on our unit were super courteous and accommodating to my mother's immunocompromised status are worked with us to minimize her exposure while they worked I've never met nicer people.

Beeline installed an EV home charger for me and due to a manufacturer glitch I needed them to come back out a few months later to swap out the home charger unit. Both times Nick and Mike were quick and professional in their responses and ensured they sent someone out to complete the work extremely timely. They were courteous, offered competitive prices and the work was well done. I couldn't recommend them more.

We had a great experience working with Beeline electric! Our project was completed correctly and when a scheduling error threatened to delay our project, Beeline electric was really fast and accommodating and got our project back on track. They were communicative and helpful. We have complete trust in them and would definitely use their services again!

This is our second experience with Beeline, as we were pleased with the work they had previously done for us.

Josh and Lincoln were prompt, professional, and friendly. They answered all of my questions and gave thorough explanations along the way. They did a great job cleaning up as well.

Beeline was excellent! Mike came out for the initial quote. Very prompt and professional. They scheduled me in. Nick came out first thing in the morning and installed a 14-50 outlet and ev charger in my garage. Nick was so nice and great at explaining what was being installed and provided any further information I needed. Love the install! Ev charger works great! Would hire again for future projects! Contacted Beeline Electric through their online form. Next business day got an email from their estimator/scheduler, Nick, asking for more information on the request I'd placed. After a few back and forth emails with pictures of what we needed, we were scheduled for the service.

We needed our range/stove outlet relocated from the floor to the wall. The electrician was polite and patient with our questions, and willing to discuss options. The work was completed to our total satisfaction. The pictures attached show the before and after. Later in the week we received the invoice, which could be conveniently paid online.

Great experience. Will definitely use them for our future electrical needs and would highly recommend them.

I've had a couple residential jobs done by Beeline Electric and have been really happy with the results. It's amazing how they're able to run new circuits without opening the walls.

Beeline has worked for us several times at two different properties we own. They are always responsive in showing up for projects and repairs. Nick is particularly helpful in explaining repairs to us and gives a reasonable idea of the time and materials that will be needed. I will definitely keep calling on Beeline when we have electrical needs.

We needed an electrical outlet installed and had trouble with other electricians not coming for the job. Beeline showed up and did a great job in less than an hour. The price was fantastic.

Mike came by to check my concern for some flickering lights in our home. I appreciate the honesty and the quick response as well as the recommendations given. Will definitely use in the future!

Nick was super responsive to my electrical emergency, and Josh was wonderful as he solved the puzzle of my situation. I was so grateful for their help with my time-sensitive crisis!! Would absolutely recommend Beeline to my friends and family (and already have!). And while I hope I don't have another electrical emergency anytime soon, if I do, my first call is to Nick.

Beeline completed electrical work for our sunroom a couple of years ago, and we had them back to add outlets in our basement and bathrooms. They have a lot of expertise and did a great job! Everything looks good and works well.
