Please strongly consider using this business for any of your electrical needs. Today I called them asking if I could get a bid on some electrical work. I was concerned that since a house I had previously owned was flooded that some major electrical was needed, and since some electrical wires had gotten wet from a leaking appliance in my home that I should have electrical work completed.

The person I spoke with, he may have been the owner, listened to all the information about both this home and the water exposure from the leak as well as the house that required a re-wiring per the code in Michigan.

He was so kind he advised me that based on all the information I gave him that no electrical work would be needed, but offered to come out and take a look at my house if that would make me feel better.

I am very grateful for them being so honest and taking the time to provide me with all the information I needed even though I would not be using their services at the time.

I will definitely be using them if I need any work in the future!

Buyer be aware. Overpriced. Same track heads with identical technical specification $85 vs $12.99 online. Sadly nobody cares about customer any longer. Commercial jobs included.

At the moment that I called them the person who answered the phone was rude. He said that he couldn't help me because it was past 5pm and that they have been working over 100 hours. I was being polite the whole time and never raised my voice at them.

I called for help with some light switches. An electrician was just finishing up one house nearby so he came over, figured out the problem and had it fixed it all within an hour of me making the phone call. Super impressed with this company. I highly recommend them.

Poor communication from the start about the billing AND about when they would come. Then they showed up at my door and insisted on doing the work then, even though I was busy working. I paid what I thought was the FAIR amount, based on what we talked about before the work was done, and now I am being HARASSED to pay more. Also, I have never been asked to pay for travel time for contractors. Never.

I spoke to Andy regarding a quote for a fire alarm system for a commercial building about three weeks ago. I have continued to call him and leave voicemail messages for a call back and have yet to receive a quote. I have since moved on. I would not recommend this company.

Very thorough, and very polite.
I had a short somewhere in my basement that almost lit my bathroom on fire. I had pulled switches and outlets and opened junction boxes trying to find the problem. The service technician came and carefully went through everything, found the problem, fixed it, and then helped put everything back the way it was before the short had happened.
