Excellent job installing my home generator

Richland Home Power installed a Generac generator in my hunting cabin. It was installed very well and with attention to detail. It gives me peace of mind to know my power is backed up when I’m not out there.

Richland Home Power quickly resolved my generator wi-fi issue. Jeramie’s prompt communication and action had Lucas on site resolving the service issue within a day to my satisfaction.

Wow! Jeremie and his son so know what they r doing! We bought and had installed a generator but we so wish we would have bought and had them install our first one. They one they did not install ways not installed quite right from the other company and Jeremie and his son figured it out!!! And it was a bit of a dilemma too at first. They were here right the next day to address it and wanted to make sure it was up and running for us even though they did not sell it to us or install it! They check our units once a year thank god! Do not buy from anyone else! They r so worth it! These guys rock! Thanks guys!!!

Called regarding warranty work on a Generac home standby generator. Person I spoke with was argumentative off the bat and made it clear that they had zero interest in performing warranty work on a generator that was installed by somebody else.

I've never found myself arguing with somebody so shortly after starting a conversation with them in my life. Would avoid like the plague.

Response to owner:

1) Right off the bat you tried to find any reason not to come out to service the unit, even though I was willing to pay for a service visit

2) I specifically told you that the unit was 2, maybe 3 years old... I don't know where you're getting 4 from

3) Page 25 of the service manual states "Generac Power Systems, Inc. recommends that all maintenance work be performed by an Independent Authorized Service Dealer (IASD)."

4) If none of the certified dealers are willing to come out to perform maintenance, how am I supposed to maintain the unit? I was told when I purchased the unit that maintenance could be performed by Generac service dealers

Being told "Fix it yourself" is not what owners of these units are looking to hear when they're having problems.

I need to do this for these guys !!! - if there was 6 stars I would give it to them ! After few outages I decided to get a generator and be done with it. Gave them a call and it was a breeze to get it done. From financials to the final installation. They were installing it while I was not there and It was installed as promised. We had some issues with the internet not working - believe me they have been in my place so many times to get it working ; it was beyond my expectation. I was thinking they will give up at some point - I gave up ! they didn't :) Jeramie took care of everything! Lucas super nice and patient as well. THIS IS CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE - Thumbs up - please keep up good work ! Thank you ! Here is your 6 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My Generac generator had an red error light on, which I hadn't seen. My power went off (at a residence in Mineral Point) after the huge Jan. 2024 snowstorm, and in the sub zero temps today, 1/15. Jeramie came within minutes of my call, the fastest response time imaginable, on such a busy day. He reset the Generator and explained how to deal with the problem in the future. I appreciate the excellent service and recommend Richland Home Power!!!

On March 24, 2024 my luck was with me. My husband asked if I'd like to attend the Open Season Sportsman's Expo at the Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in Wisconsin Dells, WI. He told me Richland Home Power in Richland Center, WI was giving away a Guardian 18KW Home Backup Generator. I responded, "Yes, I feel very lucky today...let's go! I'm going to win that generator. " I even called my sister to tell her my plan. So off we go. We stopped by Richland Home Power's exhibit to check out the generator. We couldn't get a very good look as there were so many people browsing their exhibit. We continued on to look around and lo and behold an announcement comes over the loud speaker to the tune of, "Susan Barth, you are the GRAND PRIZE WINNER of the Generator donated by Richland Power Center." We both looked at each other to be sure we heard that correctly. I don't think I have ever been so surprised in my life. After claiming my prize certificate from the front desk immediately we went to the Richland Home Power exhibit. Jeremy and his son, Lucas, whom works aside his Dad, greeted us and seemed almost as happy as we were that I had won. I truly had tears of joy in my eyes! The thing that struck me the most was how heartwarming it was, in the difficult times we are all living in, that people like Jeremy still have a kind, giving heart and a desire to make others happy. Lucas, his son and a co-worker installed our generator and now all that is left is a power outage to occur! (Not that anybody truly wants that...) It is such a good feeling to have peace of mind that when needed Richland Home Power's generator will provide us with the power we need. Thank you, bless you and may others follow their example of the gift of giving. It didn't go unnoticed.

Jeramie and his team went above and beyond installing a home backup generator for us. As a disabled veteran, there were specific rules put forth by the VA in order to pay for this project and the Richland team made it simple working with the VA directly and ensuring everything went smoothly without a hitch. I would strongly recommend Richland Home Power if you are looking for a detail oriented professional electrician team with a personal touch. My wife even gave him a pie when they were done she was so pleased!

Lucas spent lots of time in the rain installing my Generac!!! Was very professional and kind in helping this old lady with the computer side of it❤️Thank you Lucas and Jeremy. Worked perfectly , power went out the day after it was hooked up!

Delighted with all aspects of this project. Was kept up to date on availability of equipment, installation was seamless, and the quality of all their work demonstrated a commitment to quality and craftsmanship. To the point where when the installation of the LP service was identified as being poorly planned and executed, Richland Home Power took ownership to work with the LP service provider to correct their work to achieve the same level of quality and craftsmanship that was their standard. And, post installation support has been great with their being proactive in providing all recommended preventative maintenance. Highly recommend Richland Home Power for your backup power system needs.

We had a very good experience with Richland Home Power. The owner Jeramie, was prompt with communication and installation and his crew of electricians did at great job. They were efficient and personable.
I would recommend this company to anyone considering getting a generator installed.
