I finally bit the bullet and invested in a generator after multiple power outages. Jeramie and his team were fantastic-- they know their technology and ensured that I got the correct unit for my home's needs. His crew was polite and hardworking, and they handled the bureaucratic coordination of the power company and inspector. Definitely a lifelong customer! I may be slightly biased with my name, but Lucas did a great job explaining how everything worked too.

I checked to see if power was out in the neighborhood as there was no change in electrical service - not a blink.

Our Generac standby generator needed warranty work and we found Richland Home Power on their website. We called and Lucas was out within a couple days. He quickly diagnosed the issue and coordinated the warranty claim with Generac. While he was here, he also installed a whole house surge protector which we knew we needed. Absolutely incredible experience. Jeremy, Lucas and The Master Jim were outstanding in every way. Requested a quote from Generac on Saturday morning around 10. Even though they were closed Jeremy called around 11. Appt scheduled for Monday at 1. We accepted the offer and our standby generator was installed on Tuesday. Propane upgrade was finished by Wednesday and activation finalized on Thursday. Im told a new world record for Richland Home Power. Hands down these guys get it done. My wife and I could not be happier. Richland are the electricians youre looking for.....

My Kohler generator was having "issues"! It would not start. I called Richland Home Power, talked with Jeramie and described what was happening. Jeramie said, "I will send my son, Lucas, over. He is certified to work on Kohler generators."

Lucas thoroughly cleaned the generator, identified the problem and has the generator up and running. This young man (and he IS young; yes, he is old enough to drive, I asked him!) takes great pride in his work. I could see the sense of accomplishment in his face and eyes when the generator was performing as it should. The grin from ear to ear was priceless.

Before Lucas left, we talked briefly about the generator and he answered my questions. He was very polite and treated me with respect.
