Mariah did a fantastic job on our monthly clean yesterday. I think it's borderline creepy to mention individual employees in reviews online, but I wouldn't want Mariah to miss out on her bonus for employee appreciation month, so here we are.

In general, the monthly cleans with TCA can be hit or miss, but their customer service is spot on and you can tell they want to fix things when you point out an issue. Our last clean was amazing, so props to our solo cleaner. I've tried a couple different cleaning services now and would definitely recommend TCA over the others.

This was our first deep cleaning and the cleaners were very kind and professional. I love the app that gives you the time they are coming and you can pay and even leave a tip. I was happy with the cleaning they did too!

After using the service for 2+ years the quality begin to become very poor. When i came home I could see clumps of dust in the hall and at the edge of the couch. Terrible cleaning job. I had to vacuum and dust after they left. When I contacted the office via email they cancelled our contract. Do not recommend. Extremely unprofessional and unsatisfactory service

I have been using The Cleaning Authority to clean our house twice a month for a couple of years now. Diego, Cristina, and Rosa are fantastic and take excellent care of our home. The quality can be spotty if we don't get our regular team, but as long as the three of them show up, we are always satisfied.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for a once a month scrub down for the past 6 months and they have been fantastic! The appliances are always sparkling and the furniture is always free of pet hair (an amazing feat with 3 pets). Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer for over five years at two different residences. The teams always do a top-notch job and are very accommodating of any special requests and are great with pets. I’ve had a variety of teams and always consistent service. Kari and Melissa were great this past clean.

I've had a great experience with Cleaning Authority. Easy to use app for payments and schedule adjustments. The management team is quick to respond. Always nice to come home to clean house. Olivia and Alex have done a great job.

I have not had a serious cleaning for my house since the pandemic started. I use a cane and a walker so getting down to do floorboards and mop floors is out of my ability these days. Cleaning Authority came in and did the first of 2 deep cleaning and will be continuing alternate week cleaning for me. My house is so lovely, they cleaned everything so spectacularly I am thrilled just to sit and be happy in it. It not only looks clean it smells clean!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority of Madison for over 2 years. They have consistently provided great communication and flexibility to clean based on our schedule. In the rare situation we felt like something was missed they immediately followed up and remedied the issue. Just recently, Christina and Cece did a lovely job cleaning, helping the house be ready for the holiday. Thank you!

I’ve used Cleaning Authority for about two years and it has been a great experience. The team is always on time on the planned date and I do not have to deal with frequent rescheduling. They are flexible (when our house had some construction) and responsive to any issues. The cleaning staff is always polite and professional.

Update: Do not hire this company. I just had my third clean, and it appears two rooms were skipped completely (again).

For my first clean, two rooms were skipped completely; however, the team did come back another day to finish.

For my second clean, some things that were promised as part of the "detailed clean" in my living areas were not done: the furniture/upholstery was not vacuumed, dirt/crumbs near the carpet edge were not vacuumed, and picture frames and lamps are still dusty.

Scheduled Clean A and Clean B (actually, they were scheduled independently and I was contacted 1-2 days prior about it only). Both Cleans (A/B) are supposed to be thorough, but they were absolutely not (things not cleaned: under furniture, cobwebs, half of one entire bathroom, etc.). We had even moved EVERYTHING off counters and tables and floors (with 3 kids and 2 cats, this was a full day job) to make it easy for the cleaners. I contacted them after the first clean, concerned they didn't get to things, and they promised they would in the second - but no. I contacted the company again, got another apology and that's it. A discount or partial refund would have been appreciated as a gesture of good faith, since I see other people got that here on the reviews. We are not using them anymore. Do not recommend.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for several years. Their staff are very professional and do a great job. So nice to come home to a clean house after they have been here. Thank you specifically to Kari, Gabby, and Cece for the beautiful cleaning this week!

I had my first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority and am over the moon happy with it. The team left my home spotless. They arrived on time, were really friendly, and respectful of my space. I have never hired a cleaning service before and was not sure what to expect. The team that came in today did an amazing job and I look forward to having them back.

Our cleaners were very good and we are pleased with the work that they have done. As always, Jasmine is totally awesome and we want her to come back every time we have cleaning done.

Nesha and Chass are fun, professional, and very detailed. Hope was also an amazing team member who helped explain exactly what we would be receiving with our service. Highly recommend utilizing the Cleaning Authority Madison.

They did a great job. Went above and beyond by noticing a sink wasn't draining as quickly as it should and pulled the plug up and cleaned it off. Very professional and friendly. They were fast but thorough in their work. Easy to use website for paying online and seeing when they will arrive. I would recommend them.
