We had a great clean today, thanks to Josie and Olivia. They were polite and thoughtful and flexible (in dealing with our dogs and people, etc), and we really appreciate all the hard work on so many spaces in our home.

Kari paid great attention to the dirtiest places in my kitchen, was responsive to my requests and overall VERY thorough. AND. she put the liner of the shower curtain back inside. I am very pleased with this cleaning. Thank you Kari, and all on your own!

Katelynn and Miranda cleaned my house this week and as always they did a great job. I always look forward to coming home after a cleaning, everything is tidied up and the house smells nice. I've been using this company for a few years now and I never had an issue with them. The house is always locked after they leave. They were happy to accommodate special requests, especially last minute changes to scheduled appointments.

The team arrived on-time and got to work promptly. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the result. We were definitely satisfied, and I was impressed with both their speed and their attention to details (such as eliminating the stubborn ring of grime that had been developing around the bases of our bathroom faucets!). Additionally, I was pleased when one of the cleaners brought to my attention a particular wall-hanging picture frame that had appeared to be damaged after dusting. Truth be told, it was actually damaged long beforehand anyway, but I was happy with the honesty and transparency regardless.

The ladies did a great job. I asked them to wipe the patio windows and they were happy to help. I very much appreciated it as I had sticky clings on my windows for Christmas and I had just taken them off and they needed to be cleaned. was very pleased with their work today.

Jasmine was all by herself today at our place and she did a great job! Thanks! This service has its ups and downs, but they are always responsive to concerns. Today was excellent, thanks!

The Cleaning Authority has been very nice to work with overall. We’ve had issues with cleanings on and off depending on the team; however, they have been quick to respond and address any discrepancies. Lately, a manager has been coming out and checking in and leaving notes about each cleaning, which is really helpful. We are happy with their services.

The girls are always on time and super friendly. They love our dog and he is always so excited to see them on cleaning day. We’ve been using them for about a year now and only had one instance of our home not being cleaned to our standards. They sent someone else over the same day to reclean. Prices are very affordable!

I have them come every other week, but I was having surgery and needed to tweak the schedule. No problem and I came home from the hospital to a lovely clean house. It meant a lot that they accomodated me.

Still using TCA. Had Danielle & V today. It was such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. It smelled great and looked great. I’m very happy with the service today.

I asked the team to leave the guest room and give the three season porch a going over. They were happy to accommodate me.

I'm so glad I called The Cleaning Authority! They were able to get me on the schedule on short notice and the team they sent was great! Nesha, Chass and Aly worked quickly and effeciently - and they smiled a lot. My house looks great and ready for the surprise guests that are coming this weekend!

I’ve had two cleanings so far and I’ve been happy with the results. Both teams were cordial and efficient. They bring clean supplies that get washed after each house. For some reason, that is an important detail for me :)

This was one of the best cleanings I have had in a long time; onky very minor issues this time in terms of items placed back but not the way they were. Mariah did a great job and I hope I can have her back every time I am scheduled !!

Laura and Ivy were very thorough and professional. I highly recommend the cleaning authority and them. They got out stains in my kitchen sink that I couldn’t get out for months and taught me their trick so I can maintain it between cleanings.

Matt and Kari have done our house for many months. They know exactly what I expect and always do their very best!!! I trust them and enjoy having them here! They are the best!! Don’t take them away from us!

They do a good job with the stuff that they do but the attention to detail is lacking. Many areas are missed every time. here are some pictures from today.

Very happy with 7/28 cleaning. Cleaning we had 7/14 was sub pare and would prefer we never had those 2 boys ever again. They never left their names.
