Cody is knowledgeable and capable technician. He explained the process of duct cleaning, gave us an estimate of how long it would take, and got right to work. Very personable and careful as he went from room to room. Very pleased to have the before and after photos of the cleaning. We had the entire condo done as well as the dryer filter. We will definitely have Dirty Ducts out again next year! Thanks Cody!

Great experience with Dirty Ducts cleaning! Jay arrived right at 8:00 and was super friendly and polite the entire time. He wore booties and set up cloths to ensure the equipment didn't leave a mess throughout the house. He gave printed before/after photos before he left. Highly recommend this service, and if you get Jay, even better!

Suggestion, though not something I feel like I need to mark down for: let me know ahead of time you'll be accessing vents throughout the house so I can have the basket of underwear put away! I assumed he'd stick to the basement, but that wasn't the case.

This was a great experience! I had Jay L as a technician and he did an amazing job. He took before and after pictures and I couldn't believe what he took out of the ducts!

Dirty Ducts did great work on a duct cleaning in our personal residence! Just make sure to schedule early - they book at least a month or two in advance. Cody was our technician, and he was friendly, prompt, and happy to explain everything he did. He worked to make sure the process was minimally disruptive despite the nature of the job, and despite working from home all day I never once felt like the noise or work kept me from doing what I needed to do. He left the job site cleaner than he found it, and kept a great attitude the whole way through. When it's time to get our ducts cleaned five years from now, we'll be back!

Great service and experience all around. Jay arrived on time, was very friendly, explained everything that would happen - and worked efficiently and respectfully the entire time. He laid down drop cloth, covered his shoes and took care around our personal belongings. Best of all, our ducts are cleaner than they’ve ever been - the before and after photos are shocking. We had such a fantastic experience with Dirty Ducts today! It was our first time having this type of work done, and Pete C. was our technician. He was an excellent and thorough communicator. He arrived on time and was focused, efficient, thoughtful, and kind. He explained everything in helpful detail and answered all of our questions. He even printed out before-and-after photos that he gave us before he left; WOW! We are most grateful. I highly recommend Dirty Ducts!!

We had Adam come and clean our (8) condo units and he did a great job. He was throughout and made sure each unit was cleaned out very well. He also gave suggestions for improving duct flow and repaired one of the ducting pipes. We are very pleased with his work and the way he conducted himself with each owner. We would recommend Dirty Duct Cleaning to everyone and we will use them again in the future.

I researched duct cleaning companies as my house is 30yrs and never had duct cleaning. Honestly I took a chance on this company like everyone does when they Google search. I was more than impressed, Josiah is very professional and goes above and beyond for his customers. Today, we had Jay from Dirty Ducts Cleaning & Environmental come in to clean the ductwork on our 2-furnace residential system. This is the first time we’ve ever had ducts cleaned. Our home and its additions is 50+ years old, and it didn’t seem as though any of the ducts had ever been cleaned. Jay arrived promptly, on time, and ready to go. He walked me through the site and explained exactly what he was going to do, and approximately how long it was going to take him. Jay is thorough, very professional, and clearly excited about what he does for his customers. When Jay was done, he presented me with 20 photographs, capturing “before and after” his work. We will definitely have Jay back to do other work on other properties we own. We felt we got a high degree of value for what seems to be a very, very reasonable price. We are very satisfied customers.

Arrived on time. Immediately got to work. Efficient and except for the noisy vacuum didn’t even know they were there. Showed us pictures of our ducts when down and could really tell the difference.

Jay cleaned our dryer duct in a 3-story building today, and we were amazed at how much dirt came out. We are SOOOO glad we did this! Jay worked very hard, communicated throughout, and cleaned up completely. We recommend him and Dirty Ducts without reservation!

Today my condominium finally after 18 years of never having our dryer vents cleaned someone actually got part of our units cleaned.
Dirty Ducts sent 2 of their finest to our condo building. They used a lift. I watched how carefully they moved it next to the building.
They were conscientious. I could see they were watching to make sure they weren’t gonna hit the building with the lift. I’ve actually seen painters smashed the lift right into our building when they were painting. It was really impressive!
They let me watch them clean my dryer duct , and I was shocked at what came out- actually not shocked too much because they were never cleaned. You can tell when a business sends professional employees. This establishment has well trained professionals doing their work.
Highly recommend them.
