He was communicative, very thorough- He really took his time making sure things were done well and even offered to help fix an issue a previous owner of our house made. Josiah was very friendly and efficient. He explained what he was going to do before he started and also took photos of the air ducts before cleaning them. After he finished, he showed me the before and after pictures of our air ducts and I was shocked at how much cleaner they were now. We have lived in our home for 14 years and have had dogs the whole time. This was our first time getting the air ducts cleaned. In hindsight, I wish I would have had them cleaned years ago. His pricing is fair and I highly recommend him.

Second to none service. They care about each home and put in 110% effort. Kept us updated through the day of work and showed images of each duct before and after. Difference in our home was night and day. After all the work was done, they cleaned up to the point where you couldn't even tell they had been there. The way it was installed was not safe, and he explained how to make it safe and then got all the necessary supplies and did it for us. He was kind, professional, and thorough. He also helped us with a mold issue, taking the time to explain how to remedy it in detail. Josiah did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vents. I called Wisconsin Natural Air Duct Cleaning after a different air duct cleaning company didn't fix a dryer vent clog I had. Josiah corrected the problem (which was an old vinyl dryer duct that wasn't even venting outside properly as well as clogged), and also quoted and installed metal dryer ductwork for me as well. It was honestly a lifesaver because I couldn't find many companies that would install metal dryer ductwork in a crawlspace. Fair price and fantastic quality work.
