Evan, the arborist from Urban Tree Management, is one of the friendliest and most down-to-earth people I’ve met. When he came by to assess and provide an estimate for our dying tree, he explained everything clearly and patiently answered all our questions. He even took the time to walk us through the whole process. On the day of the job, Evan led a skilled and professional crew, and he was the one who climbed up and cut the tree. The team was perfectly coordinated, especially when they had to maneuver large trunks around the utility wires. They finished everything, including cleaning our driveways, in less than three hours. The tree was over 50 years old.

This is our third or fourth time working with Evan and his team. They are incredibly professional, kind, great communicators, and do a really stellar job of working in tight spaces.

Evan and his team did a phenomenal job of removing a much beloved (but very decaying) Silver Maple from our front yard. The tree dropped a huge limb during a recent storm, and his team came out immediately the next day to remove it.

When they came to remove the tree at a later appointment, they were so organized and efficient and it was incredible to watch them take care of something so huge with such care and precision.

I am so thankful we found Evan at Urban Tree Management. We wouldn't work with anyone else - he's fantastic!

Tree Wise Men have done several projects for us. Quality of work is excellent, workers are polite, helpful, and clean up work site. Estimates are complete, prices fair, and quotes are honored. We will continue to work with them.

I was initially excited to work with Tree Wisemen because they were very responsive at the start. Andrew came out in late November, provided an estimate the same day, and I signed it with confirmation of receipt on 11/29/25. I was told the work would be completed in the early part of the year due to safety coordination with Alliant.
After that, communication completely dropped off. I did not hear anything after the new year and had to follow up myself in mid-February. When I spoke with Adriana, the interaction felt rushed and unhelpful, and it seemed like my project may have been overlooked during coordination with Alliant.
During that call, I also asked about applying their 15% promotional discount that ran in December, which I had saved. The promotion required confirmation before 12/31/25—which I had already done by signing the estimate. Adriana said she would check with the owners and follow up, but I never received a response.
Then, on 3/18/26, I received a call that they would be onsite the very next day (3/19), giving me virtually no time to plan. I had to rearrange my schedule last minute to accommodate. The overall experience was poorly coordinated and I felt like I was a bother to them.
To add to the frustration, the invoice was sent promptly—but did not include the 15% discount. When I called to ask about it, I was told it was “too late” because the promotion came after I accepted the estimate. This was a matter of days, and given the project wasn’t completed until nearly four months later, I expected a more customer-focused and reasonable response.
Overall, the initial responsiveness did not carry through the rest of the process. Communication, follow-up, scheduling, and customer consideration all fell short. The company seems focused on profit rather than customer service. I would not recommend Tree Wisemen.

Very pleased with the tree removal job. They used a special crane to expertly dissect a 110 ft. Cottonwood tree near two houses. Chris and the crew worked well together being extremely careful while transferring large branches and trunk sections over the house to the collection zone. No drops! Also impressed with the well documented estimate and invoicing process available in easy to use digital format. Bottom line—no complaints, no regrets using Tree Wise Men for large tree removal. Stump grinding next month.

Nice job on the tree trimming and cleanup. The one thing bad was they hit my fence gate pole and now I have to get someone to fix it.

May be pricey not sure I didnt shop around but I feel it was well worth the money spent. The cleanup was excellent and everything was removed as expected with no damage to the property.

Had a complicated project with a large tree right next to the house with difficult to access.

The Tree Wise Men team started with climbers and the ground crew walked the branches that they could handle out by foot, which minimized the damage to our lawn.

I was really glad they did not have to drive their large trucks into my yard and had a smaller unit that they worked from which had a smaller footprint and weighed a lot less then a large truck.

When they were finished, they cleaned up the yard and put some grass seed down in the areas where it was needed.

Very professional from the handling of the sale all the way through the yard cleanup.

We have used this company many times. Great job!
