Not only did Certa-dry come and give us a free estimate, they were there exactly when they said they would be, ready to work with all of the correct information from their sales person. Their communication within the company is great and the personable staff that comes to your home to do the actual work was amazing! The lead guy, Ricardo, was empathetic to our situation, knowledgable, helpful, went above & beyond and really CARED about how they were doing and if there was anything else they could help with. Hard-working & dedicated would be 2 words to describe these men. Great company!

We've worked with Certi-Dry in the past. The professionalism, care for our home, and state of mind, is the same as always... Reliable!!!

A few weeks ago our upstairs bathroom overflowed. Not a whole lot of water, but enough that some found its way downstairs into the bathroom below. Not sure how bad it was we, called Certi-Dry and they came out quickly the next day. Very professional work. Everything they did was calculated from these well trained technicians. They even called in advance to make sure we were home before they came by.

Upon arrival, they quickly assessed the situation, and got to work with the drying process. Our biggest concern was the tile in the upstairs bathroom. They let us know immediately that the tile was salvageable, and they made it a priority.

Just a few days of fans, a dehumidifier, a warm home, (a small price to pay) and our walls were as dry as ever. They cleaned up well, leaving no trace on the floor of any work. Tyrone was especially helpful in keeping us updated on the work, and asking for permission on the big work.

I'll never go anywhere else, even if I move out of state, for the quality and efficiency these guys have. They truly make any situation they walk into no more than a recollection when they step on the scene.

My husband and I worked with Certi-Dry to address a leak that had caused water damage in our ceiling. The work that was done was high quality, and the workers that came to do the work were very professional. We were pleased with the work. We did deal with multiple miscommunications and instances of disorganization from office staff throughout the process. However, Certi-Dry was very professional and fair in remediating our remaining concerns.

Ricardo and his crew were very professional as well as personable. They went above their responsibilities, alerted us of ann issue with the water heater. Always on time . The actual work was excellent and complete. Explanations were great and spot on; with no surprises. We would highly recommend Certi-dry.

We had the main sewer back up into our lower level late on a Thursday night. Certi Dry responded immediately to our call the next morning and were out to assess and start working by mid morning on a Friday. Their crew was responsive to questions, careful, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them for your mitigation and cleanup needs. It was a very difficult time and they made things easier, working with our insurance too.

Certi-Dry did an amazing job on our project after we had water damage due to a faulty appliance. Communication was great from beginning to the end and all of their employees were professional and helpful throughout the project. Dave Meyer (the owner) consistently went above and beyond and was very responsive whenever we had questions. Dave was particularly helpful in working with our insurance company. One example of how Dave really helped us was finding the same carpet for our project through another company when the business we planned to use was booked way out and it would have considerably delayed the project. We had a water mishap that led to significant cupping and warping of a patch of our 100 year old oak living room floors. My father is a master carpenter, and he told me that he'd never seen cupped floors lay back down flat. But I reached out to Certi-Dry anyway, and the results were incredible. After 3-4 days of an innovative approach to drying this particular patch of floors, the cupping and warping was virtually gone. Dave and his team are clearly extremely seasoned in what they do, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The whole team was kind and courteous, gladly agreeing to mask indoors. I have nothing but great things to say about Cert-Dry. It's a breath of fresh air to find a company this great to work with that also knows exactly what a job needs. Five stars.

Certi-Dry responded very quickly the same afternoon to water damage I was experiencing from an upstairs condo neighbor. Ricardo and his team were amazing with knowledge and experience truly evident, as they addressed the water issue and quickly set-up remediation measures. Ricardo works efficiently and the quality of his service was outstanding at all times. His work ethic (and his team's) is much appreciated as they departed each day leaving my unit as clean as possible. They took extra steps to ensure the building entrance area was kept clean and security was always maintained. I say thank you and highly recommend the Certi-Dry team.

We had water in our basement from the recent storm and called Certi-dry. James and his team came within 36 hours and did a great job of removing all our carpeting, 2 feet of drywall and tiles in our finished bathroom. They were very professional, neat, polite and efficient. They came back to check on progress. The Dave, the owner and Jennifer came by to see how we were doing and Jennifer communicated promptly and often with updates or when we had questions. We were very satisfied, not only with their service and highly recommend them.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Certi-Dry. They were responsive, professional, great communication, and - above all else - patient with us as we figured out what was going on with insurance. We used Certi-Dry both for mitigation of flood damage and rebuild of our finished basement. They sub-contractors that they hired for dry wall, flooring, painting, and electrical were also phenomenal and I appreciated the input of the project managers assigned to our jobs. Great company - would suggest them to anyone and would happily use them again (though really really hoping we never have to!).

I cannot say enough about how amazing Certi-Dry is, I worked with so many of their team members from the office staff Mat, Ricardo, Annie, Zee, LeAnne, Jacob to Luis & team that did the work - every single one of them was so incredibly kind & helpful. When the issue first occurred we contacted a different restoration company who didn't want to help us since insurance was not willing to cover the damage. Knowning we had a mold issue that we couldn't handle on our own & a 1 year old who could easily get sick, we were feeling alone & defeated. We decided to give Certi-Dry team & they were so incredible every step of the way reassuring us that they will get our family through the mess. They were so thorough in their work & walked us through every step making sure we were comfortable with everything. Despite being a crappy situation, we felt so grateful that Certi-Dry came in & said "we have your back & will get you through this". Truly an incredible team they have. Hands down recommend this amazing team!

Water mitigation was a breeze and they worked quickly. Matt did great at communicating. Rebuild was where everything went downhill and stressful. Unanswered emails and texts. After two weeks of back and forth waiting for a quote we decided to go with another company to get our bathroom floor done.

We called Certi-Dry after learning we had a leak. Their mitigation team was A+ and we were so happy we called them. They worked with our insurance and worked quickly.

We ran into some issues with work and product coordination during the rebuild process. The owners Jessica and Dave got involved and were able to get things back on track.

We couldn’t be happier with the end result, the workers did a tremendous job.

The water mitigation experience led by Eric and his team was extremely positive. They arrived on a Sunday a few hours after my call and immediately identified and put in place equipment to contain the water damage and the necessary steps to a successful mitigation including extensive drying of the wall and ceiling affected. Eric was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process including photos and documentation on a daily basis as to the necessary steps being taken to address the water damage. He even monitored the de-humidifiers during the weekend to ensure they were working properly. The whole team was also polite and efficient. Zee in administration was also very helpful and efficient in scheduling and quickly providing us with the necessary information and formalities to move forward.
Given the difficult situation we were in, it was at least a pleasure to work with all of them!

My mother’s bathroom has been ripped up for over a month now. It is still unusable and there has been no communication from Certi Dry. It’s unacceptable for her to be without a shower this long without updates. I would say you should go somewhere else if you would like prompt service.

5 star mitigation, 1 star rebuild.
Highly recommend for water mitigation. Not so much for rebuild. We had a water leak from a pipe that burst in our basement. Matthew took my call before opening hours and had Ricardo+ crew out within a couple hours. They handled all communications directly with my homeowner’s insurance after. They did a stellar job!

As the owner responded to other reviews, the mitigation crews are set to act quickly but things move slower on the rebuild side as they use subcontractors. With those expectations in mind I decided to go through Certi-Dry because of high reviews and great experience with the water/mold mitigation. Communication has not been great. It took a month to get our rebuild estimate after the estimator came out. They spelled both my email and the insurance adjuster’s emails wrong. We all make mistakes. I signed on anyway. After the subcontractor gave their flooring estimate, we were told that the cost difference (for covered expenses) would be out of pocket - had to ask them to communicate with our insurance to get the difference covered and then it got approved. Had to remind them what parts of the project weren’t finished yet. We had some issue with the flooring company declining to provide carpet services and were told we could find our own flooring. At that point it had been 3 months since we paid our deposit and just wanted the project completed as quickly as possible.

Ultimately I’m not happy getting charged for services that were not completed AND are not covered by my insurance. The last response I got - “your insurance should have covered it.” Definitely should have listened to other reviews that stated they just wanna squeeze out all the money they can.

Certidry took care of everything. The kitchen floor was soaked and my cabinets were ruined. I didn't have to do a thing. They cleaned it all up and put it back together.

When our basement flooded, Certi-Dry was there right away. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their kindness, clear communication, and hard work. Every member of the team was professional and respectful of our home. Thanks to them, our basement is back to normal, and we are so grateful. I would recommend Certi-Dry without hesitation. We had a horrific basement flood and Certi-Dry was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we called, their team responded quickly, professionally, and with so much care. They showed up right away, walked us through every step, and made a very stressful situation feel manageable.

The crew was absolutely amazing and friendly respectful of our home (and our dog), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned, dried, and safe. They were incredibly patient with us while we navigated the insurance claim process, which made such a difference during an already overwhelming time.

I don’t normally write reviews, but Dave Meyer from Certi-Dry went above and beyond not once but twice so I felt compelled to write a positive review. In 2022, our sump pump failed due to a power outage and we had water in the basement. I contacted Certi-Dry after reaching out to several mitigation companies who were booked for weeks if not months. Dave and his crew were able to come out immediately to start the clean up process. This year when we had a similar situation and knew our first call had to be to Dave. He again worked tirelessly with our insurance company to get our claim resolved. Dave is extremely knowledgeable both with the mitigation aspect as well as understanding all the nuances with insurance. It was a burden off of our shoulders (in an already stressful time) to have Dave work with the insurance company on our behalf, I know we couldn’t have gotten the same results without him! I would highly recommend Dave and Certi-Dry for any mitigation, restoration or repair needs.
