I've been using this company for over 18 years for many problems, from carpet cleaning to carpet repair. I wouldn't call anyone else. Every single time they have done an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

The service technicians were on time, polite, and very hardworking. They were in and out faster than expected and did a great job on the carpets in a home with three older dogs, if you get my meaning..... Highly recommended.

We had a wool rug cleaned last July (2021) after we discovered our elderly dog had been having accidents on it. The company picked up the rug promptly and stated that it would be about five days turn around. However I didn't receive notification that the rug was done and after two and a half weeks I had to reach out and ask about it. Four days later I received a reply that it was ready and it was delivered the next day. I kept the cleaned rug in the plastic wrapping it came in and stored it because I didn't want our dog to have more accidents on it. I'm writing this review now because today I got the rug out to use again and discovered that it not only still smells strongly of urine in the area that was dirty but there is also still a visible stain. It was never communicated to me at the time that they had difficulty with removing the stain or odor and as far as I was told the rug was clean. I'm really disappointed in both in the lack of communication and the results of the cleaning. It was over $300 to have the rug cleaned. I am not expecting any sort of resolution to this because it's been more than a year since the cleaning. I know I should have checked the rug at the time but unfortunately I trusted that it was cleaning and kept it wrapped up for storage.

I am extremely impressed with White Knight Carpet Rescue. The level of service provided is exceptional. We experienced a septic back up during the torrential rain in Middleton in August of 2018. The knowledge of the correct products to use is extensive, and the equipment used is the best in the business. The crew is extremely polite and professional. This is the only company I would consider when you are in need of water restoration.

Had a cat get stuck in a room and tore up the carpet, they repaired it quickly and their staff was friendly. 4 out of 5 stars just for their minimum charge is 60 more than others but quality of work might be the reason.

They did a great job with my rugs and they are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Results that last! We have had various companies come out to clean our carpets but found that most just steamed the carpets or did some version that made them look fantastic while the company was here, but looked worse once dry or after about a month.

White Knight did our entire house except our basement early June 2025 and it is late July 2025 and they still look incredible. We have white carpet that had some serious wear and tear from humans and a dog (with GI issues).

We had them come back to do our basement now that our son moved out and they even did some spot treatment for a new coffee stain I created upstairs. Beth even left an enzyme spot treatment for us. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and actually know what they are talking about and doing.

If you want truly clean carpets, White Knight is the place to call.
