I called Certi-dry at midnight with water in my basement. They had a crew there before I left for work. I worked with Mathew Sayre and he was nothing but friendly, professional, and kind - which relieved a lot of my stress. He assured me they had it under control, and they did. 10/10 would recommend Certi-Dry, especially in emergency situations. They took a rough situation and turned into something almost pleasent to face. Thank you!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work that was done in our basement. Zach was the property manager and did
a great job explaining to us what was happening and what the companies expectations were in completely the job. The other two workers I didn't catch their names but were very friendly and careful a in taking care of our floors. We were amazed at how clean everything looked after they left. You would have thought we had never had any water damage. Thanks again for a job well done!!

Mold discovered during the process of upgrading laundry room. Project has to stop until mitigation. They took every step to minimize the effect on our project timeline. Everyone from the rep who estimated the cost, to the staff who did the work to office staff who communicated with us were tremendous, really great to work with. They worked effectively and showed great competence in what they were doing. They helped us stay on track with the rest of the project. We did not use them for restoration because we had other means of doing that. I can't say enough positives about Certi-Dry. I highly recommend them.

Matt came to the condo to review the damage and provide the quote. The techs who came to the condo were Ann and Cesar. They were exceptional and worked hard and did a complete decontamination in the basement and bathroom where there had been a sewer backup. I appreciate their professionalism and great communication with me. I also want to do a shout out to Zee who answers the phone and manages the project communication. A delightful crew.

I had Certidry come and help me with my lower level bathroom. Water from the upstairs tub had overflowed under the toilet and in the ceiling of the lower bathroom.
They did great work! They were trustworthy, quick and knowledgeable, polite and personable. Removed the fan and drywall that had been wet and sprayed where needed. They also did well to clean up after their work. I had a friend do the repair but I’m sure that would have gone smoothly as well.
I would definitely call them again for any other water damage issues!

I found a water stream in my laundry room but wasn't sure where it was coming from. I called Cert-Dry and they arrived within the hour. Matt assessed and found the source if the water and that it was spreading under flooring! He brought his crew in and they worked together seamlessly to remove the flooring, direct the water, and set up the drying. My furniture and belongings were treated with care and peotected from the water. They even stream cleaned and disinfected the floor. The moisture was monitored carefully the next few days. I feel very confident that my basement was clean and safe. My thanks for such quick and expert service!

Certi-dry responded rapidly when I had a sewage backup in my basement. Someone was out the same day I called them to assess what would be needed, and a cleaning crew was there the next morning. They were extremely attentive, professional, and thorough in making sure that there was nothing contaminated left in the basement, and checked in with me regularly to ensure I understood what they were doing and why. If I ever need this type of service again, I will not hesitate to give them a call. The cost was well worth the peace of mind.

I get my carpets cleaned baby 2 times a year and I called for a quote and I went to their website for That was 3 weeks ago I have heard nothing back from them therefore I give them a 0 if I could and won't get my business and in a time when it's going good it's the bad time to piss people off they won't forget

The two guys that came to my house were very nice and professional . They did a really good job with my living room carpet, turned out great!

Great customer service and really great work. Cleaned basement carpet, replaced some carpet on the stairs, and cleaned a wool area rug. Highly recommend for carpet and rug cleaning and repair.

Both employees were very courteous, apologized for being early & did a great job on my carpeting! Prices might be a bit higher but worth it, in my opinion.

White k ight was quick in the scene to take a look at the situation due to a leaky fish tank. Bob provided an estimate and went over the plan of attack. Within 45 minutes, his crew was over and the clean up began. The whole process went according to plan and I am tremendously happy with the results. Not only is White Knight quick to respond, the degree of professionalism exhibited by Bob and his crew is first rate!
