Brad and the team at JL Property Services did an amazing job on our new patio and landscaping. We met in person a number of times before the project began to discuss ideas and share thoughts. Brad gave great insights into what would work best in our area and how to get the project going. He remained easy to contact, quickly responding to all messages and calls. Within 2 weeks from the project start date, they weee done. Our vision came to life and turned out amazing. Can’t wait to work with them again!

After over 15 years with the same independent lawn service, we could tell their customer service and lawn service was going down hill. We had lots of problem areas with our lawn, and after calling them over a couple years with our concerns, we decided to change providers after not getting the results we wanted. After three years with JL Property Services, we couldn't be happier! Our lawn looks awesome again, and they are extremely responsive to any questions we may have. And their employees really care about doing a thorough job, moving pet toys, chairs and other miscellaneous items off our lawn if they happen to come when we weren't expecting. Highly recommended!!!

Hired Great Lakes for some grading and seeding project after having a new patio slab poured. At times it was hard to get in contact with the office (my husband never seem to be able to get through, but I had no problems).

The work crew, Nacho, Sam and Ephrain(sp?), were quick and efficient. Nacho helped me determine the best approach to trouble shoot our entry point and the area along the fence.

Had a large area graded and re-seeded for grass and several berms removed. Front office was very responsive and very open with timing of job. Paul was a great project manager and very open with me on the job and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. This was only step one and needless to say I will definitely be coming back and will recommend Great Lakes highly to others that need landscaping done. Can't say Thank you enough!

Loved working with Monika to pare back the existing landscaping in my front yard and add/rearrange plants for a tidier look. Very happy with how quickly the work was scheduled and completed. Paul & Paul did a great job executing the vision. This was my second time working with Great Lakes Landscape, and it won’t be the last — highly recommend!

We decided to turn over our landscaping maintenance this year to Great Lakes Landscaping to free up more time for us this summer to enjoy friends and family. We hired Great Lakes Landscape this spring to clean up and recharge our stand-up vegetable garden and to clean up some plant and tree beds that needed professional help. Great Lakes sent a crew of three young men, Jeorge, Efrain and Elvis. When they arrived, they checked in with us. We discussed the work to be done and they set to it. The beds they worked on are now free from all the unwanted growth and they treated them with a pre-emergent to prevent any additional new seeds from getting started. They look so much better than before.

The stand-up garden looks great. They removed the agreed upon amount of the spent and weed ridden soil and replaced it with a mixture of garden soil and compost. Last year we were only able to use half of that garden. We are looking forward to planting the whole thing this year and having a bountiful harvest this fall.

The young men they sent worked diligently, asked questions when they needed input and could not have been more polite. They worked hard and effectively. We couldn't be happier with the results of their efforts.

We had our extremely overgrown lawn and perimeter flower beds weeded and mulched, and several shrubs/small trees removed. The crew got the job done very fast and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I will use Great Lakes again and would highly recommend.

The perimeter of our house needed some serious work and Dekarlo, Cris, and Alan, did an awesome job removing old plants, trimming the bushes we were keeping, and adding new plants! It looks so much better!

We engaged Great Lakes to add to an existing paver patio. Dan did a great job assisting us with the plan. The people installing did a great job and the patio looks great. Thank you!

We have used Great Lakes Landscaping for many things now. They have done a great job with tree removal, mulch installation, spring clean ups and more. We also had them build a new fire pit and patio which turned out even better than we could have expected and they worked with our landscape lighting company to make sure the new patio and fire pit had the lighting installed. We will be working with them again!

Had some paving stones cut and installed around my 3 seasons room. They did a very good job. Told them what I wanted, they did the job as requested. Very pleased with the results!

Great team work. They listen, advised and really worked hard and efficiently. We purchased a home that the landscaping had been neglected.

Your workers didn't scrap back my decorative stone but you charged me $150.00

you didn't deliver any topsoil but you charged me $160.00 which is FRAUD !

I have been trying to call for Jared but he hasn't called me back,and when I talked to him last year he said he would make it Right.

Jared in sales worked with us during every aspect of our project, from negotiating the price to payment options. The crew, Manuel, Mario and Miguel, were pleasant and professional. They took the time necessary to make sure the job was done right. They had to remove a failing retaining wall and steps and replace it. We look forward to using Great Lakes for any further landscaping needs.

The Great Lakes crew of Dekarlo, Alan, and Chrisphero did a super job on our landscaping project, trimming trees and bushes, edging, cleaning up bed areas, mulching, etc. We are very happy with their work. The guys were very friendly, answered questions, and ensured I was satisfied.

I can not RAVE enough about this company, The trees an plants look amazing! I can not wait to have them back next year for the next project! From the first convo I had to the completion it was professional , honest and very knowledgable! Fernanda put me at ease with my first conversion with getting scheduled and working with my time frame. I also think I talked with a women named Pam. Regardless these ladies on the office side where great with communication! The office crew is def. important, they are the voice of the company. Fernanda is def a keeper!!
Then Carolina - OMG she has GREAT vision! So sweet and polite!! She sent a couple of designs. She really listened to what my goal was for privacy. All the designs where great! Then the crew- they came on the hottest day, and they worked. I felt bad, but they kept everything neat, and even though they got to go home early due to the heat, they did ALOT THAT DAY! They were back the next day and completed the project! They cleaned up after themself and did AMAZING WORK!!!! I could not believe they got the project done in 2 days!!! Def. go with Great Lakes Landscape for any projects! My neigbors are all complimenting the work done!!!

The crew that did numerous bushes around my home today did an excellent job. Also to let you know that the group that does my grass cutting and spring cleanup did a very good job. I'm very greatful.
