We had Brad and his team put in a patio with pavers, planter box, free flowing Lannon stone wall, along with redoing some pathways. They were amazing. Our expectations were exceeded. They were trustworthy, on time, communicated well and professional. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them.

Brad always responds to messages. Very happy with their work on our backyard including tree removal, trenching and installing downspout drainpipe, planting line of arbs, grading the entire backyard, creating a retaining wall with a stone pad for a shed, seeding the entire yard and planting a tree in the front yard. They do it all at an honest price and on time. I would absolutely recommend JL Property Service.

from start to finish. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Brad assisted us in choosing pavers that truly complimented our exterior colors and outside area. Not only did the grill area design provide function, but great style. He also bordered an existing patio which added cohesiveness to give the backyard patio area a complete and finished look. Had this company come and install colored stamped concrete edging around 3 planting beds. They were prompt starting the job and worked very hard until it was completed. It turned out to be better than I hoped for. Very apparent they take pride in what they do. Fabulous end result. They are timely. They are professional. After the work was completed they return to check on the job they completed. A few years ago we had concrete curbing installed by JL Property Services and called them back to do more concrete curbing as well as install a few arborvitaes and pull out a couple shrubs. Brad was solution-focused and very patient with us as we vetted out our options and ultimately decided on a plan with his help. Brad & crew came on time, communicated well, completed the job with high quality, and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Price aligned with my expectations for the job. They even spread some leftover mulch we had over where we pulled out a large shrub! I can't say enough about this crew and how they've delivered twice now for us. They are the first crew I'll call for any future landscaping needs.

Brad and his team were worth every penny. Despite some irregular weather and challenges presented by the rough grading that they had to start with (done prior to their work), JL Property Services provided us with quality trees for our property, an amazing final grading, excellent topsoil and mulch, and grass that was sprouting within 5 days! I plan on using them for all of my landscaping needs in the future!!

They did a great job on cleaning up our landscaping. They removed some bushes, replaced the weed barrier, new edging and filled the beds with new rocks. The work was done fast and looks great!

Brad and his team did an amazing job with my yard. I had recently purchased this house, and much of the landscaping in the backyard was overgrown and I just needed it removed. I also had two large trees in the front yard that had killed most of the grass. Once those were removed, my front yard was a mess. They came in and cleaned everything up, and then put down sod so I could have an instant front yard. They did it all in one day! From the initial estimate, to the communication before they started, and even while they were working, everything was well communicated and they made sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely go back to them if I have any other landscaping needs!
