We had damage under the toilet due to leakage that went deeper than the floor. The decision was made to fix the problem by replacing the toilet, under floor structure, and flooring. The process was professionally handled from the beginning. The insurance inspection, the planning of what needed to be done, the interactions with the various contractors, the prep, the work, and even the cleanup was amazing. Thanks to Judson, Shannon, Drew, Ernest, Zack, Laurence, Antonio, Alexandra, and Karina. Your work is so very appreciated and presently I tell people you are my new best friends. I would not hesitate to use Servpro again.

Most wonderful polite, courteous professional crew I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The crew consisting of Anatol, Jose and Pilo got to work as soon as they arrived and covered the carpet with plastic to keep tracking dirt in to a minimum. While Anatol got them started and had to leave for another site, but Jose and Pilo wasted no time in getting to work.
They removed damaged flooring and a piece of ceiling as they were water damaged and took out the waste as they worked. I’m an hoping the second phase of this repair goes as smoothly as this.
I want to thank All three of these men for their fast and accurate work and would recommend Ser Pro to anyone need restoration and repairs.

4/7/2025 Update:

In order to avoid a lien on my property, I was forced to pay Servpro $453.16 for services not rendered which include detaching and resetting the dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. Servpro did not complete these services. Thank you Servpro for your initial response to this review. You have my email and phone number by which to contact me to remedy this. If I do not hear from a representative from Servpro by 4/11/2025, I will be taking further action for return of funds for services not rendered by Servpro.

I had a leak in my kitchen. (1) During the mitigation work, one of the Servpro mitigation workers asked for my number while in my house which was inappropriate. I feared the repercussions of declining his advancement due to his knowledge and accessibility of my home.

(2) Servpro installed a temporary sink without asking my permission or obtaining approval from insurance and then charged $1,322 for it and the temporary sink leaked and caused more property damage which Servpro refused to rectify. Before they started work, Servpro was provided with Travelers estimate of the mitigation work which did not include a line item for a temporary sink. Prior to mitigation, Servpro did not request approval for a temporary sink. Servpro did not ask the homeowner if they would like a temporary sink. Servpro installed a temporary sink. A week later, there were leaks from the temporary sink which resulted in the homeowner having to pay $339.71 out of pocket for dehumidifiers to rectify the issue after Servpro refused to. Homeowner was then billed $960 for a temporary sink and $362 for the hook up of the temporary sink for a total of $1,322.

SERVPRO was the BEST! Talented and knowledgeable working staff. The project manager, Dean Llanas, was exceptional and made the misfortune easy to cope with. He deserves a medal!

We had our shower water pipe burst and water was spraying within our walls and leaking/flooding our basement. We called ServPro and couldn’t be happier! RJ, Alejandra and Joselyn were amazing! They taped up and laid down environmental barriers so all of the drywall particles, their footsteps and cleaning products stayed within the work area. And when they left for the day, my whole basement was cleaner than when they arrived. RJ was super informative - educating us on the work being done and why. The whole team (RJ, Alejandra, and Joselyn) was efficient, highly skilled, professional, kind and so pleasant!
I give my highest recommendation to ServPro! They give you peace of mind that the job will be done very well and done right!

I had a leaky hose under my kitchen sink that resulted in some water damage to my carpeting and kitchen floor. On the day of that they came over to test for water damage, the team of Drew, Rick, Tom, Brian, Adrian, and Noe were able to start the process to dry the floor and prepare for a rebuild. This was the first major project I’ve had as a homeowner, and they also made me feel as at ease as possible.

Today, the team of Rosalia and Mirna came over to clean up after the rebuild process. They were very professional, timely, and kind and patient in our communications. They also did a great thorough job.

The only thing I can say is WOW!
James, Teresa and Pilo were simply outstanding!
They address the water damage to my lower level with the upmost of care and professionalism that I have not seen in year.
They took exceptional care protecting my furniture and carpeting prior to the removal of the damaged drywall ceiling and walls.
Upon completion the area was left spotless so what else can I say but THANK YOU!

Servpro scheduled Alexandra and Gabby to do the final cleaning after the restoration work had been completed. They were here for approximately 4 hours and did a great job along with being very charming. It was a pleasure to have them here.

We had a garage fire and then water/smoke damage in our home where we had to relocate for several months. Veronica and her cleaning team were amazing. Very thorough and took extra care with everything. We are very grateful to them especially for keeping many of our special items very well taken care of.

Shaun, Ron and Bill did an excellent job with all of our carpentry needs. And we could not have navigated this entire mess without Todd as our leader. We are very pleased with our "new" home.

We recently experienced a sump pump failure leaving us with a very soggy basement. Our Homeowner Agent recommended Servpro to do our clean up and restoration. John R was on site in an hour after my phone call assessing what needed to be done. The following day a pleasant hardworking team of six (Jon, Anatol, Donovan, Strother, Mikhai, and Teresa) stripped carpeting and sanitized damp floors as well as treat wet walls and floor boards. All wet materials were taken with when they left. There were a lot of storage items/ furniture to be moved and they made quick work of it. They left their equipment…fans and dehumidifiers and will return to continue their work tomorrow. What a great well organized and professional company!!!

Anatol and Mikhai have been fantastic. Very communicative and efficient while on site - doing the best to make a bad situation better annd more manageable.
Austin has been very responsive in getting out to our home and getting things lined up. Very impressed with the team!

We used Servpro twice now, and I’m very happy with their work. We had two unrelated cases of a water damaged ceiling and they came out right away. The most recent team of Tom, Rob, and Jon was friendly and knowledgeable. I hope I don’t need them, but I’d use them again without hesitation. Laura and Juan kept me informed of schedules and made sure everything happened in good time. Ron and Darren did amazing on the repair work, you’d never know there was a problem. In addition, the cleaning team of Veronica, Tania, and Karina did a beautiful job making everything sparkle, and they were just delightful.

Rosalia and Karina were the ladies who performed the final cleanup. They were so nice and the cleaning that they did was phenomenal!! Everything was absolutely spotless. We were very impressed with both these lovely ladies. Also RJ and Robison were so quick to respond after our water damage to the wall and carpet and the repair was done quickly. We can’t tell there had been any damage at all. Great team!!

This review is ONLY for the CLEANING TEAM! Veronica, Carina, Arlasaly, Evans, Raquel, Erica, Rosie, Angie, Merna and Julie did an amazing job! They spent 2 days at my home cleaning from top to bottom after 10 months of water damage cleanup, demolition, and reconstruction. They were amazing.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They are scammers and do not do what they say they are going to do and instead double down on their lies and threaten liens.

The water line on our fridge burst and we were able to pick up most of the water ourselves. We called Servpro to assist with getting the rest of the water up and avoid mold. When they showed up they gave me a estimate of $800. They were at our location for about an hour to get up the remaining water that was in the carpet and under the flooring. They left fans which they stopped and checked on for two days after. They also left a dehumidifier which wasn't needed as we have an entire buidling dehumidifier...they didn't ask. Their total time in our building was under 3 hours. I received an invoice over a month later for 3.5x their estimate. When I reviewed their invoice it included items they didn't do, example is work on our walls, and their total square footage was 5x what they actually did. I understand the $800 was an estimate but their invoice was nowhere near this amount and their invoice was not accurate. I was told it would be corrected but it never was. Instead of fixing their mistake they started threatening us with liens.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Huge thank you to Teresa, Adrian, and Jesus for emptying our house. They were courteous, fast, and very thorough. They even moved that things that I said I would take care of. I would recommend this crew!

My sister and I just wanted to let you know that we received awesome service regarding possible water damage from our upstairs neighbors sink over flowing. The water came down into my bathroom sealing vent. We called Your company and we were pleased with the awesome service. Your associate Austin Fisher came to check if we had any damage. He was very pleasant and informative. After his thorough research he advised that there was no moisture nor mold or standing water. The ceiling fan was in good condition. Maddie is outstanding. I know I’ve been a pain because I’ve called 8 times in 3 days for different reasons and questions, but she has been extremely helpful with every question I’ve had. Point of this review is that great customer service across all industries is fading over time and it’s rare to get somebody on the phone who is respectful, caring and tolerant. This speaks to this company’s judgment in their staff. Great job Servpro!
