Teresa‘s crew were fantastic!
Very professional, courteous, and extremely thorough in their sanitation and cleaning. Among the superstars on Teresa‘s crew, were Teresa, Adrian, Karina, Miguel, Lucia, Dora, Anita, Eliannis, and Indira.

Very fast service with cleanup and demolition of a flooded basement. The rebuild process is another story. First of all I want to give a shout out to the workers who put the basement back together: Bill, Ron, Jacob. Darren, and Shane. They did an amazing job. Now the bad. Billing descrepencies, billing me for work I completed, not servpro. But the most frustrating thing was the extremely POOR communcation from the project manager. This might have been his very first job. If that's true servpro pick a job too big for this guy. I did more of the project managing than he did. Also very hard to get a hold of. Didn't return call or texts. Even spoke with servpro management mid project but nothing changed. I expected servpro to contact me after the project completed to see how it went or if I was satisfied. They never did, maybe they already knew!

I called to get a quote on weather damage. First you get AI questioner, which I hung up on, then the human agent called back and said the inspection can be scheduled and someone will call to schedule it.
Finally I got a call, and now yhey've decided to tell me it has a $350 fee for inspection, which I declined.
Wasted a lot of time. There are many places with no fee.
It should've been disclosed up front on the first phone call.

Rosalie and Anjelica did a fantastic job cleaning up. They went above and beyond to make sure nothing was missed.
Brad has been outstanding in understanding our situation and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Teresa, Adrian and Miguel are experts. They arrived on time, took the necessary time to survey the job, performed expertly within the timeframe they promised, were cautious around our home, and delivered the results they promised. Great team!

Pedro & Adrian came out today to take care of our damage from the storm. They were both amazing and did a spectacular job!

We are so immensely grateful to Servpro Team Cowell who provided an OUTSTANDING deep cleaning service. Not only that but they also gave it to Falls Area Food Pantry as a Pro Bono gift!!! The cleaning crew was amazingly thorough, extremely gracious and very professional. What wonderful people and a GREAT company. You must know who they are: Alejandra, Gaby, Joseline, Karina, Mirna, Rosalia, Tania and last but not least DREW!

When my brother went to the hospital, we saw what had become of his apartment and knew the only service to call was ServPro. We were not disappointed. They tackled what seemed to us an insurmountable job - smoking for over a decade, no real cleaning for a long period of time, and toilet overflows that ruined a bathroom floor. Jonathan and the crew that removed that bathroom floor and the toilet and vanity and the horribly stained couch did a wonderful job with a great attitude. Veronica led a great team of gals who tackled those floors and ceilings and made everything almost like new. It was not inexpensive but worth every dollar. Now my brother can have a new fresh start when he is released from the Rehabilitation Facility. Thank you to this wonderful team and Kevin Galang who worked so hard to get it done in a timely fashion and stayed within our budget.

This group was the best to work with! All of the communication was timely and detailed. The cleaning/restoration crew was top notch. Everyone was so accommodating and flexible with any changes or tweaks we needed. Definitely recommend this crew!

Laura and Angelica were prompt and kind. They were thorough in their cleaning and did a phenomenal job. I’d recommend them with no reservations.

Excellent service beginning to end. We had basement drains backed up and had a real mess. Jon got over to provide an estimate promptly and we scheduled the cleaning immediately. Anatol and Pedro were the on site technicians who thoroughly cleaned and removed the damaged drywall and other items and put in place the temporary fans and large dehumidifier. They were efficient and professional and very accommodating of any request. We definitely recommend Servpro.

Servpro is awesome! What a great team! Rick, Teresa, Paul, Ariel, and Mikhai came to my house and just attacked my basement and cleaned up! And I had a mess! It was also nice to see the care in the way they treated my belongings in the basement! I just have to say that they rocked!!! On July 18. 2024 we had water damage & category 3 mold. I called Servpro & they told us exactly what to do. On Monday Anatol & Freddy showed up & started working on our 3 basement rooms that were damaged. Next day Anatol came back with Jose, Mikhai, & Rick. They worked so hard & did the such a great job. Explained everything that they were doing & saved as much as they could. Followed up with us after & have stayed in contact with us for remodel. Best service! Especially during such a troubled time.

If you are looking for a mold mitigation company, SERVPRO does a decent job (reason for 2 stars). If you are looking for a general contractor to bring your home back to normal after any sort of damage, beware. We started working with SERVPRO on 07/12/24 due to a shower leak that caused mold and within two weeks the mold was mitigated. If you file an insurance claim, your insurance company will put SERVPRO on the payee line, along with you and your mortgage company. This SERVPRO location has refused to endorse the check cut by my insurance company. Due to having holes in my kitchen, laundry room, and first floor bathroom for over three months, I called a drywaller and had the holes fixed within one week; but since SERVPRO refused to endorse the insurance check, I have no access to those funds. I have had to pay out of my pocket to do the job SERVPRO should have done months ago. I had to act as the GC and in doing so, I have the same legal right to the funds as SERVPRO but they hold you hostage and refuse to endorse the check. Their contract to start work says they will give you line item pricing...they don't unless you ask them multiple times. At one point we received a phone call from the GC saying he just got the design for the tile in the bathroom from 21st Century Tile, but we received the same e-mail he did 10 days prior (we were all listed as recipients in the e-mail); this leads me to believe they may be embellishing other facts of the remodel process such as timeline and product availability. All of our tile was picked out on 10/04 and is in stock at the tile shop yet no work has been done. The carpenter who framed our shower showed up to our home with no idea what he was supposed to do; he was frustrated and said this is the last job he is doing with SERVEPRO. The GC would just show up to our house with no phone call and my wife works from home, but she has to work and cannot step away from her office very often. I have attached photos of how our home was left for three and a half months. This has been an absolute nightmare. I will update this review and post pictures when the project is completed. I realize this review is not a very good one, but all the employees of SERVEPRO have been very nice and polite, but the performance is a two star at best. During my last phone call with SERVPRO I was told hunting season has delayed the repair process, so if you use them just know that your quality of life takes a back seat to their employees hunting.

UPDATE: It is 2/4/25 and the shower still leaks, they damaged our cabinets. And the heated floor still doesn’t work. Do not work with Brad Jaeger, he won’t call you back, says he will come out and not show up. This has been a nightmare. More photos added.

UPDATE: It is now March 17th. I just tried to have Servepro endorse two checks written by my insurance company ($17,000 total) and they are still holding my money hostage. They refuse to sign checks issued in December and February, and I couldn’t hire anyone else if I wanted to because I can’t access the money. Brad Jager lied and told me to come by any time this week to have the checks sign. Brad Cowel (owner) is incompetent because there is no designate agent allowed to endorse a check other than him and he was a never there. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Had black mold in our walls, ceiling from a common area caused by a busted water pipe within our condominium complex. SERVPRO came out promptly, they explained everything what actions to take and what to expect while working directly with our insurance company. Jose, Robinson, Cuco, James did a phenomenal job mitigaring the black mold from our area. You guys ROCK! The wife and and I are very happy that we chose SERVPRO to be the partner of choice through this mess. Thank you!

I am a master carpenter who has personally designed and remodeled this home with care and expertise. Servpro’s workmanship was not only unacceptable — it was negligent, unsafe, and may have gone unnoticed by someone without my level of expertise. This company seems to rely on customers not knowing better, doing substandard work and hoping no one calls them out.

Servpro was hired for mitigation work after ice damming. What should have been a simple job turned into six months of chaos, property damage, health risks, and financial loss. Their owner (Brad) is the most arrogant, unprofessional person we’ve ever met: no accountability, no empathy, no resolution.

We spent weeks begging them just to remove their equipment — they ignored us, it failed, and caused massive new water damage. Instead of taking accountability or remedying their disaster in any way, the owner (Brad) is now attempting to put a lien on our home — despite never providing a valid contract or itemized invoices as required by Wisconsin law (a trend we are seeing in other reviews of this company). He is someone on a power trip with a big ego who doesn't like his company being called out on his unprofessional and subpar work. We have legal counsel involved and formal documentation showing violations of Wisconsin’s Home Improvement Practices Act and deceptive business practices.

This is by far the most dishonest, incompetent, and predatory company we have ever dealt with. Their negligence flooded our home, destroyed our hardwood floors, created asbestos abatement hazards, and left us living in chaos for months.

This company preys on people at their most vulnerable. If you value your home, your money, and your sanity — do NOT hire Servpro of Milwaukee North (Menominee Falls). I seriously feel sick to my stomach when I see their trucks show up at people's homes.

Teresa & Pedro cleaned our unfinished basement after some flooding. They did a great job, very personable, left the area where they took out drywall clean. Bryan was helpful with inspection & scheduling. We recommend!

We had demolition done in our basement. Our team of Jon, Donovan, Mikhai and Teresa did a great job from top to bottom. Scheduling the job, removing furniture, and the demolition itself were all done with, care, professionalism and efficiency. They were also very kind and understanding of our needs. We would not hesitate to use them again.
