Sam and his team did an incredible job on an extensive remodel project. They framed and finished the attic space, handling all of the plans, permits and inspections seamlessly. Their attention to detail and craftmanship was outstanding, resulting in a beautiful new space. The kitchen and bathroom remodels turned out really nice, too. Great communication and professionalism throughout the entire process —highly recommend!

They did a great job on are the roof at Grand Haven apt. It's was no easy task alot of other companies wouldn't even take it on. deSantAna did and succeeded iwould highly recommended use them

Sam n his crew from DeSant Ana Construction did an excellent job. I had part of a ceiling caved in. They came back 3x to add more sand, and mixture to the ceiling and sand it till smooth. All I have to do is paint the area. Friendly, professional, fast and informative. I would definitely call them back if I need more projects done. Thank you Sam

Sam is quick polite and reads details very well. He is extremely professional yet still very personable. His job is done quickly and quietly to the best of his ability he was doing our floors. My daughter had attempted to make arrangements with several different contractors to replace the outdated bifold doors and replace them with sliding barn style doors in my finished basement. After numerous no shows, she was happy to discover DeSantAna Contractors. Sam kept in communication and showed up at the appointed time with all the hardware to install the two doors we had on hand. Sam did an excellent job and was meticulous in installing the doors, making a beautiful improvement to the area.

We had recently moved into an older home, and needed to redo some attic insulation and install a bathroom fan. We contacted Sam for a quote, and he was immediately very helpful and approachable. Rather than trying to sell his services, it felt like he was working with us to improve our home. His quote was fair and very clear which we appreciated. The work took longer than we had expected, but mainly because of the age of the home and that he was focused on doing a quality job. Despite the increased man hours, he never changed our original quote. We will absolutely be contacting him again for our next house projects.

Very fast, always in time and great prices and a great team

Had our roof done by this company. Full tear off with all new shingles, vents, etc. I would give them a 10 star if I could. Very friendly crew, professional, great communication and very reasonable price. Also did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I definitely recommend them and will be referring them to friends and family! Very happy!

I’ve had this team out twice now for work on my roof, and both experiences were excellent. The first project involved an overhang above my deck—they completely rebuilt it, and now it’s both safe and looks fantastic. More recently, after a heavy rain caused a leak in my kitchen, they came out the very same day, gathered the materials they needed, and fixed the issue immediately. Their service is friendly, efficient, and they leave no mess behind. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had some leaks in my roof and they came and took care of it right away very reasonable. They’re very good people definitely hiring them for my roof to be done. I have a rubber roof to put on and the other people that are gonna do it they’ve done some beautiful work I’ve seen.
