Quick honest and reliable at a good price

I’ve used OCM on several different projects and have been more than satisfied with the results. I would definitely use them again on future projects and highly recommend them for any and all projects you may have in mind.

I hired OCM from a recommendation from a friend. The best decision I’ve made in a long time. Always showed up , understood what I wanted and executed it. I hired them again for another project and am looking forward to working with them. I’ve passed there info to a few of my friends and they all thanked me for recommendations. Highly recommend!! This dude is a waste if time. Claims to know how to do things and doesn't. Typical response from the company reps like you. You came over with a funky attitude, tried to upsell the whole way and never got to my project. Even more so, never got back to me with an estimate. So as far as "Never been a customer" that is correct, because you never had enough decency to get back to me!! So save the I don't know you line for someone else!! Watch out for these folks!

Olvin, the owner, answered my first phone call and was able to visit my house, quote and schedule his crew. Repaired my 34’ gutter, with adding fascia. I’m really happy with their work.

The crew did a great job turning this seriously worn roof which had tree branch abrasion damage into a fine architectural asset. Full roof tear off was needed, and Sub roof repairs were done as needed, the stack vents were upgraded, and nice flashing on the chimney. The rain gutters were cleaned of accumulated debris for proper flow.
Care was exercised with use of tarps to contain materials and maintain a clean work site. AC unit was covered to prevent damage. End of first day the site was cleaned an swept and any stray nails were collected with a magnetic sweeper.
The following day the garage was roofed with the same care and treatment as the home, with wood planks replaced as needed. Now I can relax with each rain storm, as I know both roofs are now in excellent condition.
These guys did an excellent job and used the highest quality materials at a very fair price.
I will let the photos be a good indicator of the vast improvement to my property.

I experienced, OLD FASION INTEGRITY with this company. The kind of workmanship from years ago, honest and hardworking men. No job too small. Good price and they cleaned up behind themselves. OCM did more than I expected. Will recommend again and again!

We had a very good experience with Brighter Concepts. It was easy to make an appointment with Gina for installation. Their installer, Frank, was patient with our many questions since we were not sure how many solatubes to install and what kind. Frank did a great job with installation, was very organized and neat, and was very careful to install the solatubes in the right locations. He worked way past 5 pm to get the installation done in one day. We were so happy with our solatubes that we made another appointment to have him install a couple more. Very happy with the product, the service and the responsiveness of this company. We would highly recommend this company.

Amazing! As soon as the leaves start falling and the birds start flying away I notice the shift in light and I am not a fan. After my installation today, it rained pretty heavily and I still had full light in my home. I am so happy. They are professional and reasonably priced. I was quoted twice as much by a competitor. I'm super happy.

Brighter Concepts turn our old, dark, kitchen into a bright, beautiful kitchen. We can finally turn off the overhead light and enjoy a room full of sunshine!

Brighter Concepts fit our installation into their schedule the week after we meet. Some thing that's simply unheard of in these days of labor shortage. The installation only took a few hours and cost less than anticipated. We are thinking about a second skylight in the dining area.

The Solatubes I had installed have been nothing short of awesome. They were properly installed (no leaking from the roof) and they look great. The nightlight feature has been wonderful as well. Brighter Concepts did a great job. I definitely recommend them.

This is the second house that we have had a solar tube installed. Our first house we had one installed in kitchen and living room. Brightened up our house so much you really thought lights were on. Got the night lites in them also. Wake up in the middle of the night and no need to turn a light on. Frank the installer is exceptional. Sold that house and built another. Didnt have a window in main bath and remembered how well
We liked the solar tube in old house called Gina and had Frank come and install a solar tube in bathroom. Again brightened up the room. Completely satisfied and I would tell anyone to get one.

Excellent to work with. Great products. Indow windows make a big difference to temperature control in the house- to keep it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The Solatubes provide nice light to a previously dark space. Brighter Concepts is great to work with and provided very timely communications and estimates. Their installers are very experienced and highly professional.

From estimate to appointment to installation to cleanup…. everything was perfect. We had a 10” Solartube installed in our master bath. It gave us more light than the two 22” light tubes that were previously there.

I had 2 solar tubes that were about 20 years old replace due to putting on a new Roof. They updated the tubes with a night light feature which is mainly powered by the sun during the day and works great in our normally dark staircase, it mainly lights like a full Moon !

Great install. The two person crew clearly knew what they were doing-- and the total install was less than two hours. We've installed solatubes in every house we've owned for 25+ years. Always so pleased with the light it brings into our houses
