We had an old and improperly installed solartube light get damaged in a windstorm and needed it replaced mid-winter. Brighter Concepts responded quickly with lots of information, a variety of design options, and gave us a very competative price quote. Frank had to come out twice because the first time the weather wasn't cooperating, but he was able to reschedule soon after. The work was completed in roughly two hours and looked great with everything being cleaned up perfectly inside and out. Brighter Concepts is a great group of people and deserve their excellent reputation.

We had an amazing experience getting the Solatubes installed and now enjoying the natural light that they have brought into our house. I hired Brighter Concepts in stall a 10" and a 14" Solatube for our upstairs bathroom and hallway/nook area. Both areas have no windows and the results were instantly amazing. They suggested using an existing light fixture, rather than cut another hole and installed a light kit and a solar night light. Great solution and suggestion. They ran into an unexpected vent pipe in the attic that was right in the way. They were professional and problem solved. Rerouted the pipe and finished the job! I would highly recommend this company, professional from start to finish!!

Brighter Concepts installed two 10-inch SolaTubes in our dining room. The installation was fast and clean and the units brighten up what was a dark dead end part of the room.

Our Sola Tubes were installed 17 years ago. The tubes had started to turn a golden color from the sun. We contacted Brighter Concepts, the original contractor. The president of the company came and inspected all three of them. They suggested replacing them or they would reline them with a newer material.
We had them relined and we just love them. They also installed solar lights which give us "night light" affect in the dark room during the night. We are so glad that we had this done.

We recently built a new home and had two solar tubes installed - one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Initially I was unsure about getting them but we are extremely happy with the final product. Brighter Concepts was easy to work with. They were very responsive to all my inquires. What I didn't count on is that the plants under the kitchen solar tube would do so amazingly well. One of the plants is an orchid and it is growing spectacularly.

Gina was great to work with, using images of our kitchen and stairwell to plan placement of 2 Solatubes. She was persistent but not overbearing at encouraging us to schedule the project.
The install went great-Frank was terrific, helping with placement between the ceiling joists and getting the work done professionally and efficiently. Was very careful bringing ladders into our space to avoid and damage to walls or ceiling, and nice job with cleanup after completion.
Also products work great bringing natural light into our kitchen and stairwell. Solar nightlight provides a bluish moonlight glow which is quite subtle and peaceful.
We are very pleased with everything about the project and grateful to Brighter Concepts!

Not my first time using Brighter Concepts! I do residential remodeling, and have recommended Solatubes to clients to add sunlight to bathrooms, hallways... The result is the product & install exceeding my client's expectations. I commonly hear, that they feel like they forgot to turn the light off in the room!

We have used Brighter Concepts for Solatube installation two times over the years in two different homes and their products and services have been excellent. The product certainly makes darker rooms light up and overall, the installation is relatively simple with one person essentially doing it all in a matter of few hours. Everything from the initial inquiry to work completion is very timely and professional and costs are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The sales rep, Steve gave a complete explanation of products available, how they work, cost of items, install details, etc. We had contacted him by phone and then met him at a home show in Madison earlier this year. His display booth at the home show had the products right there to look at, pick up, examine, and so forth.
In mid July, we had a basic Solatube installed in our kitchen ceiling to help light the working area in the kitchen. Additionally, we had a Solatube installed in our guest bathroom along with a new exhaust fan. We also had a solar 'collector', a small index card size panel, installed on the inside wall of the tube. It collects sunlight throughout the day and is a 'night light' at night when it is completely dark outside-very cool and works great.

The installer/owner was Keith. He has been doing this for over 30 years and it was evident by his knowledge and expertise. He was very friendly, was patient with my questions, cleaned up and kept all areas neat and was very thorough through each step in the process. He had explained what happens at each dome up on the roof as far as attaching, sealing, to prevent leaks. so, my last statement to him when he was just getting ready to leave was "So you cut two holes in my roof for those domes. If either one leaks, I'll call you." His answer: "You won't be calling me."

I did look into other companies, but I highly recommend Brighter Concepts if you are looking to have solar tubes installed. I will go to them again if we decide to add more tubes. I already have a couple of relatives and friends who have seen our tubes asking about who installed. I tell them a few things and then promptly hand them one of Steve's business cards.

We are about to have Brighter Concepts come back and install Solatubes in the home we recently purchased after having them installed in our last home. They are experts in installation, placement, and customer service. This unique lighting solution is amazing and will flood your dark spaces with so much natural light. It's green and mood lifting.

Until recently, I had to keep a standing lamp in my living room "on" for 12 hours a day because of a cathedral ceiling and little sunlight until mid to late afternoon.A Solatube has made a dramatic difference!
Steve Winters and his staff are extremely professional, reply to inquiries quickly, and schedule installation in a timely manner. It took only one long-time installer for Bright Concepts about two hours to complete the installation, which included an inspection of the work by the condo association's maintenance supervision.

Brighter Concepts installed two skylights at my condo in 2006, and they have brightened my home and life lo these many years. When a roofer recently left debris in a skylight, Steve, my original installer, cleaned and resealed both skylights for a very nominal amount. I would recommend Brighter Concepts to anyone.

Keith and his brother came out today to inspect our current solar tube, which incidentally was installed 13 yrs ago. That alone is worth the 5 stars. We plan to do an upgrade with them soon to ensure our current tube is firing on all cylinders.

We had a 15 year old Solatube replaced in an interior interior bathroom coinciding with a roof replacement due to hail damage. The brighter concepts crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly on a rainy, blustery day. We also really like the solar nightlight they installed.

The only light for our east-facing foyer used to be two little side windows on either side of the front door, leaving a rather gloomy atmosphere to set the tone for the house. Brighter concepts helped us determine where we could add one (or in our case, two) solatubes to lend some sunshine to the house. We're very happy with how much our house has lightened up, and are so happy with Brighter Concepts' consultation and quick, easy and outside element-free installation. Wonderful experience and outcome.

We love Solatubes! We just had some installed in house #4! They have worked perfectly in each location. The difference they make is unbelievable. We had four installed this time, one in laundry room, one in each bathroom and one in a closet where there was no natural light available. Even at night there is a glow, plus they now have night lights to add on. Highly recommend Brighter Concepts, this the fourth times we have used them.
