Wow! Frankly, I never expected this experience when we remodeled our kitchen and 2 bath rooms. We put out a few bids and picked ADM because I felt they listened and understood our concerns. Every single person we encountered along our journey was exceptional and truly listened to us. All work exceeded our expectations and everyone entering our home were true professionals that listened and we felt like friends. I can’t say enough about my experience. They all were awesome.

Used for bathroom remodel. Wanted to update our master. Previously there was only one sink and the counter was extremely low. We made our shower larger and added heated floors in addition! ADM was very professional, responsive and competitive with pricing. We are very pleased with the end result and will happily use the company again. Love having a true master bath and heated flooring is the absolute best!

We hired ADM Contractors to do a multi-phase massive renovation project on our very old bungalow built in 1930. The upstairs attic had been poorly renovated by the prior owners to be a mother-in-law suite with a tiny bedroom, leaking bathroom, kitchenette and little living area. Upon demo-ing the interior to assess the structure (and discover leaking water issues), Bob provided a recommendation to reconsider our plans to renovate within the roofline and instead build a full-height floor to truly maximize the footprint and get more ROI out of the investment. This ended up being a great call! The crew removed the entire second floor, reframed with new trusses and completed our new drawings for three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The former staircase that had been stuck under a restrictive roofline (with just 6 ft. of clearance!) was now open, bright and SAFE to use. Downstairs, we were able to further open up the kitchen area (a project the crew had completed two years prior) to our former main bedroom – now a family room. We valued the thoughtful approach to planning and helping us get as much for our budget as possible. Ultimately, for a relatively small increase in budget, our new plan provided both significantly higher quality bedroom space and additional living room for our growing family!

Thanks to ADM Contractors I now have a beautiful new Master bathroom.
We followed the same basic design but changed everything up. They shortened the bathtub by 6 inches and took down the wall in between the shower and tub to create a seat in the shower. They cut a hole in the floor to make the new deep tub a sunken soaking tub and allowed it an easy access into the tub.They got engineering involved and added extra support from the basement to give the necessary strength to support the new tub. The marble looking tile is actually porcelin but much less expensive. They moved the wall between the vanity and the linen cabinet to create a little smaller closet but a larger vanity area with 3 Kohler lights and installed 3 tall recessed medicine cabinets from Robern.
The new bathroom door is a painted barn door with mirrors on both the inside of the bathroom as well as inside the bedroom.
I feel like I am in a Spa every time I walk into my bathroom. It is great!

ADM’s team took our original plans to convert our unfinished basement and enhanced it to best utilize the space by making changes to HVAC, plumbing, etc. with the goal of making it look not just like a converted basement but instead a beautiful living space. They helped us convert our Pinterest dream into a reality!
We enjoyed working with the team when changes were desired to improve our original plan. We worked in detail with all the team on the project and were impressed with their individual pride in workmanship, making sure we were satisfied with the progress and resolving issues that came up along the way.
The finished space is now being filled with furniture, pictures and more. Even though that is not complete, we are enjoying the space in so many ways:
• improved office privacy and functionality
• living space is so comfortable, and
• we are looking forward to using for entertaining with family and friends!

I hired ADM to remodel my kitchen. I had a vision on what I wanted and they executed that vison and more. When I was not sure what direction to go in they gave me expert advice and the outcome was great. I have worked with other contractors in the past and this was one of the better experiences. They where good with communication on time lines and kept up with them as to not be a disturbance to my day to day. I am regularly complimented on the great work they did and would recommend there service to anyone.

ADM has done a fantastic job on my kitchen remodel. I had the cabinets refinished, new countertops, backsplash, flooring, sink, pantry, lighting, and carpet installation done.

They were very friendly and helped me through all of the quirks and features which were encountered while doing the project. Any of these quirks were quickly addressed and the quality of the work was excellent.

They even took on an oven installation when Home Depot left me high and dry with a new oven that they would not help me install. That was great of ADM to do this!

Care was given from the start of the quote to the project, right through the very end of the project. I really appreciated that they were more stringent on their work than even I was!

I will be using ADM again in the future for a bathroom remodel in a couple of years.

We hired this general contractor for a full home renovation, and they did an outstanding job. From planning to completion, everything was managed efficiently and professionally. The crew was punctual, skilled, and paid close attention to every detail. They kept us informed throughout the project and delivered high-quality results. We are extremely pleased and would confidently recommend them to others.

I was on a job assignment when I was on my way home only to discover a pipe had burst causing my back bedroom closet and one half of the room to flood. I started googling construction contractors when I discovered ADM Contractors LLC. I liked their website and professionalism when answering the phone and a PM came out to my home when I went back out of town. I waited for the PM and insurance company to discuss the quote. I waited several more months before starting the job. Now I was working with a different PM and I should have looked at this as a red flag. I started to wrap things up and make plans for the repairs to start when the PM became very rude and disrespectful. I reported the problem to the owner Bob and I was advised that the former PM worked for the company. This should have been red flag number two. However I wanted my project started and completed so I continued to move forward. When Bob's team started to work on my home they started doing different services from what was stated to the insurance company red flag number 3. My closet floor had asbestos in the tile. I was advised that someone with a white suit would need to pick up the material which did not happen. The insurance company was charged for Plaster when I received dry wall. When I was advised that Plaster was more messy. I had a closet door that didnt close properly after about five months. I was charged $2900 for my bedroom to be painted on to find nail holes that were not filled, cracks in my wall that was not treated properly during the repair. The most dreadful issue about this project as if things couldn't get worst was my hardwood floor. I was charged for services to repair wood, fill cracks, and for materials only to have the floor stained and sanded when pieces of the wood needed to be repaired or replaced. My closet tile floor was replaced with a wood floor but the colors didn't match. The total of this project was over $11k. When I went back to the owner and dissected the contract verses what I received. I felt it was warranted for the repairs to be redone and I felt I was owed money back. The owner Bob was dodging me making up health concerns about his family which had nothing to do with me. Then when I couldn't take it anymore and decided to call the business line and ask to speak to him. Bob decided to be unwilling to redo and return payment due me stating I was going to sue him. He wasn't trying to be unreasonable about returning any of my money back when I showed him in the contract where I clearly received a different service or nothing at all. He started to lie on the phone during our conversation. He told me that I should call the insurance company back and request that a different company repair my floor they should be able to do so. I was not recommend this company.

The contractor that other contractors call. Brought his crew together to do my roof and siding after last years winter storm. He was out there everyday making sure the crew was taken care of, and keeping accountability for the build getting done right.

I’ve had several projects performed by Sam the past couple of years. His work is always exceptional. He is also quick to get you in even on short notice. I’d have no hesitation in hiring DeSantaAna Contractors for future projects.

Excellent landscaping work with attention to details and suggestions to look better. I gave him a bonus after they had a clean finish beyond my expectations.

Sam responded with great urgency when a large maple fell onto our home. He was able to quickly establish a game plan for mitigating any additional damage that our roof/home might incur.

Sam patched our wall up perfectly and it looks like it there was never even a huge hole in the first place. He was also very understanding when my cat scratched up a part of the mudding after it dried lol. Thank you Sam!
