Really an exceptional experience with Lumen for an EV charger install. They were very responsive and able to schedule me quickly, Skylar was very knowledgeable & friendly, and they did top-notch work faster than expected, and their prices were very fair. Definitely would chose them for any future work.

Skylar was awesome! He was friendly, on time, and did high quality work. He originally came out to give me an estimate for two small projects but after seeing what needed done, he offered to take care of the issues that same day! I was so grateful! After the work was done, he offered to install my new garbage disposal “to save me money from having a plumber come out”. All work was done for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely refer him to friends and family and keep him in mind for future projects!

We had a whole home surge protector installed at our main breaker panel as additional protection against voltage spikes. I felt the price was incredibly reasonable. Skylar is thorough. We have a temperamental light fixture at the top of our stairs. Skylar noticed and tried to adjust it. It was something with the fixture itself. He gave solutions to address the problem. Appreciate the help!

From an idea to a finished project, Skylar at Lumen Electric was the ultimate professional. We had a very unique set up at our residence with two separate meters that we needed to combine into one. I met with four different contractors to get ideas and prices on the project so we had adequate power (two 200 amp boxes to power) but one meter. Skylar had solutions and great communication from the start. He came in with a great plan and made it seem simple (although it wasn't!). He coached me through how to work with WE Energies to make this all work on their end. As soon as it was time for his work to begin, he was in and out in a day. Great communication. Super clean work environment - the crew had to do a bunch of drilling in our basement and I couldn't even tell they were there when finished. I will call Skylar and Lumen Electric for any additional electrical needs in the future - for sure!

I’ve used Lumen lighting and electric multiple times and have been very satisfied with the service. The owner Skylar is an excellent master electrician. Our most recent project was installation of a Tesla wall connector in our garage. A 2 man team including Skylar arrived on time and finished the project in 4 hours despite a long electrical run. No drywall holes, which was likely with other companies. Clean job site and solid communication. So far it’s been very effective for us. His pricing is also fair and reflects his expertise. We recently had some can lighting and some under cabinet lighting installed by Skylar and his partner. They did a great job in a timely manner for a fair price. They have done work for us in the past and we have always been very satisfied. We would readily recommend them.

Skylar is awesome! He installed a fandelier in my primary bedroom. My ceiling is vaulted with odd angles. He figured out how install the fan to look very neat. He took the time to metrically hang the crystals. Overall, my fandelier turned out fabulous! I was not expecting to pay as much as I did, but the work was well worth it. I would highly recommend Lumen lighting.

Skylar is the best! We were hosting an event in an old building and were concerned about all that needed to be plugged in and if it would cause issues during the event. He was able to analyze all the electric in the building and show us how to properly spread out where everything should be plugged in. The event was a huge success with no electrical outages!
