We really like our Kohler Generator that Frank Gillitzer Electric installed.
It gives us peace of mind. They did a great job installing it and they do a good job maintaining it for us.

I’m not sure what happened with the negative reviews because I’ve had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Gillitzer.

These guys actually took on the project of installing and repairing tempering machines from France with which they had ZERO experience.

They did (and continue to do) excellent work at my shop. They are friendly, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve had no negative experiences with them in the 6 months that I’ve been knocking on their door. Call me at Cocoa Tree

Called about an electrical issue at my in home childcare. It was easy to contact and schedule someone to come out. I was able to get same day service! Adam was the electrician that came out. Adam was professional and explained what my issue was and fixed it no problem.

I use a lot of electricians in various retail locations across the country. I have the utmost confidence in FGE's team. They investigate issue with an eye towards solving my problem, and not worried about getting to the next job.

Overall, you guys did an amazing job, were very respectful, and made sure to complete the job. I'm very thankful for the great work.

I needed emergency help after a snow storm took down wires from our house to our garage. Dan showed up in the timeframe that they estimated on the same day I called, and was able to put me back in service with an excellent temporary repair!

The technician James arrived on time, very friendly, installed the new outlet where there never was one before so he had to run a wire from the basement and also repaired two other outlets that were recessed and needed to be brought flush with the wall. Took almost 3 hours but every thing was done Exactly as I asked and was pleasantly surprised by the price! Would definitely use Walkowiak again.

Always great service and extremely reasonable

Personable guys and they got the job done. They sent me an email with the bill within an hour but I noticed there was a small mistake and emailed them back. Within 2 minutes they called me and told me that they had reversed the charge and that it was their mistake. I appreciate the honesty and that's sure Great customer service.

Everything went well except for one Bathroom exhaust fan which did not work, I did mention this to 3 of the 4 crew members prior to their leaving and was not functioning when they left. I called the company the same day and ended up having to leave a message on their VM. They did not immediately return but rather scheduled me out. They came back for the permit and did not arrive in the time frame previously arranged, instead arriving after 7:00pm.

So they had to come back to meet the permit details for disconnecting the water ground after the service upgrade. While the tech was nice and answered all my questions, the laundry crock pump was left on a severe almost 180 degree angle and therefore backed up the main basement drain. My husband was able to figure out the issue, but obviously something happened along the way which was not there yesterday.

I used Walkowiak Electric to rework some wires as well as to add some outlets and can lighting to my kitchen. They did not take any precaution to prevent dust from going throughout the home. They stood directly on countertops. My wife and I spent 3 hours cleaning after they left. In addition, when they reworked some wires, they removed (in my opinion) a structural piece of wood because that was the easiest for them to move the wires. They did attempt to rework the wires again and replace the wood, however the piece of wood they used was too small so I ended up replacing the wood myself. (The wood they removed was a 1x4 notched into the balloon framing of which the joists sat on. The wood they replaced it was a 1x4 as well, however, different finish dimension than what was used when the house was built.) They had to add two new circuit breakers with the new outlets, and they used old, dirty circuit breakers. They indicated they were only going to use them temporarily and just forgot to tell me. They moved some furniture in the basement (counter and washing machine) of which they did not take in care and ripped off the counter top and gouged the vinyl flooring. One of the light switches they reinstalled did not work properly when they left. They also installed a bathroom exhaust fan and that was not properly running when they left either. In the end, after 3 visits everything worked fine, but I would never use them again and would advise anyone else to stay clear.

Couldn't be happier! Wonderful electrician (Randall), on time, thorough, neat, professional, and very nice to work with!! My new replacement lights look amazing, my kitchen light switch is now fixed. I enjoyed the text updates regarding my upcoming appt. I plan on using Walkowiak again to install a gfi on my patio. And I will let all my friends know how happy I am. Thx Walkowiak!! Electrician was efficient - got in, got out. Electric dryer is functioning great! We're so glad to have gone from gas to electric, and Walkowiak Electric made it all possible. Scheduling was easy, receptionist was easy to talk to.

Just an awesome experience with Walkowiak. We just moved into a new house and used them for a couple projects. They installed a couple dimmers and did a general safety check up of the electrical in the house. Then we had them hook up the electrical for our new hot tub. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. We found them randomly, but now wouldn't consider using anyone else for electrical needs. Highly recommended.

We had Walkowiak electric come to install 2 chandelier light fixtures. His work was very professional and clean. He cared about our property and put down tarps on our floor since it was the middle of January and didn't want dirty our floors. He wore a mask in our house which was very respectful. His prices are fair and true to what he quoted me over the phone. I have already recommended him on Nextdoor and would use him again! Our lights look great!

Walkowiak installed my EV charger. I have a detached garage and they were able to dig and install new conduit through the backyard in one day. They came to do the job shortly after I called for a quote and the price was very reasonable.
