Terrible service...complaints dont have enough people...go to Home Depot or Amazon

I’ve been getting supplies from this store/location for over ten years. There are other Supply houses in Milwaukee, but Hein is my preferred place to go

I went there for a 3 gang exposed work box and they didn't have any I stock but let me know which location did have stock.

Personal service, open to the public, and best of all no minimum buy amount.

I stopped here to ask about a switch for an electric motor today. I walked in a couple of minutes after 4 pm and the manager was helping another customer. I misread the hours of operation online and thought they were still open. The manager said to me, with an angry scowl on his face “we’re closed buddy.” I asked him a couple of questions, including who was the manager and if I could have his card, which he gave me. He told me there was another location open in West Allis which was 25 minutes away due to rush hour traffic. Honestly speaking, this manager ( by the name of Jeff, according to his card) was so rude I don’t see how he holds a job working with the general public. This was an unusually negative experience. I’ve had my own business since 1989 and I would never dream of dealing with a customer like this. I’m also puzzled by the fact the owner does not respond to complaints but only to compliments. 🤔

The electricians were very experienced. They solved the issue efficiently.

Very unprofessional on the phone. Assumed he was called to come fix someone else' s work. Then rudely said he doesn't do any work in Sturtevant and I should have started the conversation with where I live. We are not needing anything for free we are going to pay.

On time, very professional and honest. Did very fast affordable quality work. Best contractor I have gone too. And will only go to now!

Gary is a Pirate that has to remove his business listings every other year because of all the people he rips off. I won't be happy until he is out of business for good.

Had a problem with our electric going out and as it turns out it was an easy fix. Talked to Gary who walked me through what I needed to do. They could have easily came out here to do it and charged me but instead the man just talked me through the instructions and our lights were back on. Thank You Gary!

Very competent electricians - fast, resourceful and effective. Even more impressive is the focus on the residents - the electricians at Sparks clean up after each day's work, re-plaster and re-paint holes that they make in the walls and always take off their dirty shoes...definitely the most professional electricians that I have encountered...very good about alerting residents before turning off the power as well. For the service you get, these guys are an incredible bargain.

I'm a DIY'er so I decided to install a ceiling fan over the weekend. Everything was going well until the cloth wiring was so brittle I couldn't tell which wire was "hot" and which was "neutral". So, on a Saturday night around 7pm I called and Gary picked up. He proceeded to walk me through the entire testing process to figure out which wires belonged where. He didn't ask for a dime and I got my power back on and my ceiling fan up. Gary to the rescue! Thanks a bundle!
