Guy upsold me on-site for sanitize and “deep” clean. My couches were sopping wet when he left 30 min later. I took out my dinky spot carpet cleaner and pulled out a ridiculous amount of extremely dirty brown water over the next 30 min. There were clear areas of my couches that weren’t touched. I’ve tried calling but they have a screening for my number as I’ve already had services that shoots me direct to voicemail. Have left multiple voicemails with no call back yet. Honestly seems a bit like a scam company.

Matthew was our We Clean Expert Technician, he did a phenomenal job! I especially appreciated Matthew's professionalism and excellent customer service skills, as well as his attention to details and the fact he cleaned up after he finished cleaning. I'm a long time We Clean customer, I really appreciate the quality service I've always received from this company and it's technicians!

The day of the actual appt. They never showed. We had to call them. They asked if we could reschedule because they were running behind. The day of the second appt. Only one of the workers showed up. It took him over 35 mins to lugged the equipment to our apartment. The equipment is outdated to say the least! He didn’t have his own water supply so he had to use our bathroom to continue to fill up their machine! When the guy was “finished” the carpet looked exactly the same but wet & a few added stains from the worker not having shoe covers or from the machine itself! Spoke with the manager and he says our carpet looked much better as if I’m blind! We contacted the dispatcher which turned into a screaming match. Needless to say this company will NEVER get another dollar from me! Complete waste of two days!

We’re very happy with our cleaning! We originally booked the 3 rugs for $89 offer, and We Clean Carpets provided helpful reminders and a call before arrival. Rod was professional, explained everything clearly, and suggested upgrades like pet treatment and deep cleaning for our high-traffic rug, which we appreciated. We also had two couches and an ottoman cleaned. Everything looks and smells fresh—great service and friendly experience all around!

We Clean Carpet did an amazing job! Rod was very professional and thorough. Our old carpets look new again! Thank you for the great service! I recommend asking about deep clean pricing and add on costs ahead of time, so you won’t be surprised when you get the day of price.

While the final charges were a bit different from the online quote, I was able to adjust my services to match exactly what I wanted. Sam provided excellent recommendations for floor and furniture cleaning and delivered outstanding service. My carpets and furniture look fantastic!

ID GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD Booked an appointment for 10 AM and no one showed up I called and they said they rescheduled to 1 PM which out letting me know !! And I waited and no one reached out or said anything they did a no call no show ! After reading reviews I’m happy they never came

At first Sam was going to Basic Clean,but he emphasized the importance of getting a Deep Clean, and without his patience and positive guidance i would have had the super clean carpet that i have now. I recommend Sam from We Clean Carpet and again he service was Extraordinary!

Very professional and efficient. Our carpets hasn’t been cleaned since pre covid which I was contemplating not cleaning them since I want to pull them up but since that won’t be happening no time soon, I decided to go ahead and get them cleaned. The did an amazing job, the carpets looked 100xs better and I am very pleased I would definitely recommend this company and the price was affordable.

Requested cleaning & scheduled the next day! 20 years of living in my apartment and WE CLEAN CARPETS got it brand new, so quick & detailed. Rod is so friendly & polite. They have so many options on add ons for treatment sanitizing and disinfecting. We immediately noticed the fresh new smell, I feel like I’m breathing fresh air from outside, AMAZING 100/10! Recommend if you are in Milwaukee or surrounding areas. I will be using their services from now on! He gave me exactly the price I was expecting from the call for our appt. Thank you kindly :)

No one showed up!! Sometime last week, I made a carpet and sofa cleaning appointment with this company for today 12/19. In the middle of this week, I called them to confirm the appointment and thereafter I got a confirmation text message from them as well confirming the appointment. Come today 12/19, no one showed up at all. I called them multiple times today during and after the appointment window, and no one answered the calls. I left voicemail every time I called, and no one bothered to call back!
I had made several furniture rearrangements in my home to keep the carpet area clear for them. What a waste of time and energy… I had plans after 4 PM but could not get out of home as I kept waiting for them to arrive!
I would give zero stars if allowed.

Sam was great. He was very helpful in explaining what needs what and why…. He worked with me and discussed what we can do with my tight funds. He was fast, efficient and has a great and friendly personality. Carpets look great. Thank you Sam for your services today.

I'm happy with their work, their service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Sam was very thorough explaining what to expect. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency from the get go and will be doing business with them again.

I would not recommend or book with them again. Expensive for the regular cleaning quality. I re-did it myself with my carpet cleaner and it did a better job. They left the carpets soaked. The big machine he brang in left a puddle of water in my house that he did not clean. The worker was very strange and not professional.

Sam our service representative was both very professional and extremely polite when explaining the process of cleaning our carpets. When the job was done we couldn't have been happier with the results. When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again we will definitely ask for Sam to do the work for us.

The job was extremely rushed and left my carpet soaked! Just ridiculous! Had my stairs cleaned and it didn’t even look like he cleaned them. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this company to anyone! I have pictures and video of my stairs after he finished and they still look dirty!

Incredibly happy with the service,. They wereon time and communicated. I only had two rooms cleaned and he spent two hours doing his best to get it right. He spoke to me before, during, and after the process to set realistic expectations. I leave a lot of critical reviews so when I have the opportunity to share the best.. it is accurate.!

We Clean Carpets just left and my carpet has never looked better! Rod did an excellent job- he got here right on time, walked with me from room to room so we were both clear on what we wanted and what he would provide, then he got started. Two hours later and everything is clean and the house smells lemony fresh! It ended up being a little more than the online estimate- but I added an extra room and set of stairs.
