We Clean Carpet did an amazing job! Sam was my technician and he was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. My carpets look brand new. If you book with them, definitely ask for Sam — he’s the best! You won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

Peace of mind Janitorial & Business Operations was just what I needed to give me a peace of mind.
My business flooded with the last huge rain in West Allis. I had a reception scheduled for the weekend. After dozens of cold calls I finally reached the CEO, Mr. Lewis of Peace of Mind Janitorial. We talked briefly of the phone. We scheduled a walk through of my faculty, the next business day him and his team began work.
When I tell you the clean up was amazing and professional I was amazed.

I have been using Peace of Mind for over two years now. They definitely live up to their name. I have them come and clean every two weeks, but there's more. They cut my grass, put up my tv, and replaced my kitchen faucet. Most recently, my heat wasn't working and I called them and they were over to fix the problem. I really do have a Peace of Mind knowing they take care of me. I have a son with special needs and they are so accommodating to him and his needs. I really don't know what I would do without them and the services they provide. If they can't take care of my "problem" they find someone for me that can. They found someone to get rid of my bees and helped me find someone to work on a project in the yard. I highly recommend them for cleaning and to give you a Peace of Mind at a price that doesn't break the bank. You won't regret giving them a call!

Top Notch company, customer service was amazing!

I gave them a check for $7.20 and they added a zero and cashed the check at $70.20. Still haven't received a call back from them about this.

*** Update: They returned the money along with a nice letter describing that the situation was a mix-up. I still don't know whether or not it was a mix-up or not, but either way the service was good but the payment handling was clumsy.

They did a great job cleaning my carpe! I would give 5 stars but the tech did not have scotch guard, although my order requested it. I had to leave my house in disarray a second day so he could come back and scotch guard carpets.

Ask for Randy! Very well priced, honest, and willing to go the extra mile. Had Randy come by and clean up a destroyed master bathroom and master bedroom walk in closet. He got all of the nasty feline smells out of them. Worked very hard and was polite as can be. I am a business professional and stand behind this review completely. Awesome job!

Property Prep came to the rescue the same day to remove graffiti from the side of one of my commercial properties. Their staff was in professionally marked vans and came with the equipment needed to complete the job in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was more than fair given the conditions. They communicated with tenants and my property manager and solved the problem, all while keeping me up to date. I did not realize that in addition to facility maintenance, they also offered commercial cleaning services. I would give them a chance at cleaning my business going forward and will report back. 5-Stars!!!

I've worked with Property Prep LLC on a number of projects, big and small, for a number of years, and I've delayed far too long in leaving them this much-deserved review. Specifically, Property Prep has provided, by far, the best winter services for our association. We chose another vendor this year because they looked better on paper, but Property Prep will be my first look for the 2026-2027 season. Property Prep was able to provide the service we asked for, on the requested timeline, on a very complex property that involved driveways, outdoor parking, residential walkways, porches, and stoops. Property Prep is honest about their limitations, and, in the rare instance where they don't get it right, they have always done everything they can to make it right.
