I paid 13 USD per piece + tax for regular blazers. Not great, not terrible. They were ready on time and the quality of work was okay.

I took my wedding dress here to get dry cleaned for two reasons – years in service and overall reviews, which is why my experience with them was completely unexpected. Things were fine until it came time to pay for my dress. According to their website, my cleaned dress should have cost $125 plus tax (see screenshots of website uploaded with this review), but they wanted to charge me $175 plus tax. After sharing that I was confused about the price, I proceeded to pull up their website on my phone to show him their publicly advertised prices, though he wouldn’t look at it. He then offered a discount, bringing the total to $166. Nowhere on their website did it say “prices starting at…” or “prices valid during…”, or something along those lines – a dry cleaned wedding dress is $125 plus tax, plain and simple. Had they needed to do extra work on my dress, I would understand paying more than advertised, but that was not the case. I thought they seemed like a trustworthy company and didn’t think twice when they didn’t write on my ticket (picture uploaded with this review) the price so $125 is all I had ever thought because that is what is advertised. After getting nowhere with him, he said someone would call us about it. So I left and got a phone call from another guy that works there. Things were cordial for the first 30 seconds and then took a turn for the worse after sharing that I was confused by their pricing. What followed was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been talked to the way I was during those ten minutes (and I have been in a customer service field for the last 6 years). The following are things he said to me: the website is 10 years old, the website is always under construction, our prices change every day, and no one goes to a website to look at prices – all of which are obviously false. At one point he repeatedly said “that’s a threat” while I was trying to talk. He constantly interrupted me and spoke over me – it was impossible to have an adult conversation. He refused to listen to anything I tried to say so I just gave up. In the end, I didn’t care about the $50 difference (he even commented on the phone this conversation was worthless over $30, which I didn’t know why he said this amount until later – see PS at end of review), but what is unacceptable is how they treat customers and their dishonesty. He couldn’t even muster anything sort of “I’m apologize about the confusion, but our prices are…”. I can’t image how they would address an actual problem. Why should you trust them with your dress, especially considering the numerous options in the Milwaukee area? Save yourself the hassle by taking your business elsewhere. PS – how does the story end? My husband went in the next morning to retrieve and pay for my dress. They gave him the same lines that they gave me, but this time it was all recorded with his phone. Finally, when my husband said he would open up a credit card dispute they quickly asked what we wanted to pay, to which we said again… $125 plus tax. Two interesting things from this – after tax was included it brought the total to $133, which is the $30 difference (from the discounted final price of $166) he was referring to that didn’t make sense to me initially because it was originally at $50 difference. Also, with how quickly he honored the real price after we said we’d open a credit card dispute. If he knew they were right he wouldn’t have cared if we opened a credit card dispute. These two things help to show how they have pulled this before and knew they got caught. And, they have since updated their website to state that it now costs $175 and added verbiage about changes in price. Hopefully my encounter will help save future customers from this same experience.

Walked in with a boot heel problem. Place has been around for a long time and now I know why. The service is incredible. They took care of it free of charge!!

Despite getting its XS size, the down parka I bought was still too long, including the sleeve length. The usual tailor I go to understandably declined the job request to shorten the parka and sleeves' lengths (can be an absolute mess to work with), but they recommended trying to ask the seamstress at The London. I am so grateful and impressed that she accepted. I am very happy that I can now wear my down parka with a more fashionable tailored appearance (didn't want to return it because I liked the style and the sale price). I am no expert on alterations, but the stitchwork seems solid to my untrained eyes (final verdict TBD after the parka goes through a few winter seasons of use and a few wash cycles). Paid just under $200. Project completed in about 3.5-wk. Just incredibly thankful to The London team for taking on my request and taking good care of my parka.

All staff members that I spoke with were friendly. Even got a phone call to update me on the project's progress. Easy to find location along N. Milwaukee St. There's a parking garage literally across from the store and some street spots as parking options. Hours are very reasonable. Accepts tap to pay.

I had a great experience with TEG carpet and Furniture steam cleaning from start to finish. They were professional, punctual and paid attention to every detail. My apartment looks spotless and they went above and beyond in areas I didn’t even expect. If you’re looking for a reliable and through cleaning service, I highly recommend them!

I had to 8x10 area rugs clean deodorized and sanitized! They are completely revamped and pretty much look brand new again! Considering that ONE brand new rug on clearance was $147 it’s a great deal to refresh 2 for $175! Great job, great communication, and punctual! The process was explained and he got to work. Since we did everything outside because I just redid our hardwood floors… it started to rain and he even helped me bring the 2 rugs into the house to finish the drying process! Great guy and great company. I highly recommend!!

We recently bought a new home in West Allis and wanted the carpets professionally cleaned before moving in. We contacted Teg Carpet & Furniture Steam Cleaning, and Cress provided us with a very reasonable quote.

He and his team did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning all the carpets, removing tough stains, and deodorizing every room to eliminate odors left by the previous owner’s dog.

The results were impressive, and the house felt fresh and clean. If you need carpet cleaning in the West Allis area, we highly recommend Teg Carpet & Furniture Steam Cleaning!

TEG Carpet Steam Cleaning is highly recommended by me. My carpet was stained and dirty. After TEG completed cleaning I smiled ear to ear. My carpet is clean and smells fresh. I will definitely want TEG to return in the Spring next year to clean my carpet.

We needed the tile grout in our entryway, kitchen, and dining room cleaned. The tile had been installed by a previous owner and perhaps never cleaned before. The gentleman from TEG, Fustel, worked on the tile where the stove stood and called me in to take a look. I pointed out areas that still looked dirty, and he kindly spent more time on it before calling me back again. It still wasn't great, but I think that he understood what I was looking for. He ended up working very hard on the rest of the floor, and when we looked at some dirty-looking spots together afterward, he showed me how some places had given up all the dirt they were going to give. The bottom line is this: Clean your grout on a regular basis, and if you need a hand from a professional, call TEG because they really do treat your property like it's their own.

We recently had our 4-bedroom house cleaned by a technician from TEG Carpet Steam Cleaning, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The technician did an outstanding job .All the stains were completely removed, and every area rug in the house was thoroughly sanitized and deodorized. The lingering pet odors from our dog were completely eliminated, leaving our home smelling fresh and clean. The service was efficient, professional, and exceeded our expectations.
