We had three larger and one medium sized area rugs and a master bedroom’s thick carpet cleaned, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Tonakp was incredibly hardworking, punctual, and showed great attention to detail from start to finish. It was clear that he takes pride in his work - no shortcuts were taken, and every inch of the rugs was thoroughly cleaned. He also spent extra time removing tons of fur that our weekly vacuuming apparently didn’t even make a dent in removing. Plus, one rug is around 25 years old and has seen abuse from three separate animals, but it now looks (and smells) like new again.

In fact, all of the rugs and the carpeting look fantastic - the colors are brighter, they smell clean, and the overall feel of the rooms has completely improved. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality rug cleaning done right.

Had an emergency carpet issue after my cats made a mess. I called TEG Carpet Steam Cleaning and they came out the same day. They cleaned all the carpets, deodorized the whole house, and now everything smells fresh again. Cress, the owner, is very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Update May 2026: Used Dave’s Magikist again and had another excellent experience!

Once again, Magikist came to the rescue! After the heavy rains a couple of weeks ago, I called Magikist to have my basement carpet cleaned and disinfected. Dave sent D’Angelo and Rene, who did a fabulous job. They made the basement carpet pristine and also cleaned a couple of other rugs beautifully. They were incredibly courteous and professional.

I've been using Magikist for years for my real estate business. They provide amazing customer service, affordable and quality carpet cleaning and repairs.

I took my rug for a cleaning to get the dog urine out just to find out that they had not completely cleaned it out after installing it the first time. Then had to uninstall it, take it back the second time for a dip cleaning. Reinstalled the rug and still smell urine. I am not pleased at all with this service. I paid almost $300.00 total for both cleaning and dip.

Dave was really nice, came out to my home and picked up all my area rugs and quoted me a very fair rate. I'll be using Magikist again.

This place is amazing! I thought we were going to have to replace all the carpet in the house, but Dave said they could make it like new. And that's exactly what they did, at both my home and my office! We've always used professional carpet cleaners before but nobody else has ever been 100% successful (puppy stains included). Magikist got 'em all!

Dave and his son delivered my 3 rugs in the middle of a heavy storm after holding them while my floor was finished for 3-4 weeks. My rugs were beautiful and soft to the touch. I’m so pleased.!
