We have just completed a large-scale flooring project with Milwaukee Public Schools. Approximately 80,000 sq feet of VCT in classrooms and main offices at multiple school locations.

Leah Baade and her team at City Wide did all of our waxing and sealing applications at these locations and knocked it out of the park. Always on time and never a complaint about getting the project done.

Very easy to work with and the communication was top notch at all times, even with our very tight schedule and abatement issues that happened, they made sure to make us a priority every time a school was ready for them and made sure to have the schools ready before the 2023 school year.

We have used City Wide Facility Solutions for over a year now for handling all of our building maintenance for our Condo complex. Every member of their team has been absolutely awesome, professional, and responsive. The workmanship of their crew is definitely a level up. Working with City Wide has been a great experience and I can always trust that they'll be here to make sure our facility is kept in top notch condition. 3 points to touch on would be Trust, Communication, and Feedback. Over the past year the level of trust that's been built allows me to shift my focus elsewhere in the facility knowing they'll always do what's right. It's also reassuring to know the account managers are here for the long haul and aren't just a face/voice you see day one while signing a contract with them. They're committed to weekly visits to inspect the facility and make sure everything is on point. If there's any constructive feedback, this is reviewed during their visits and has always been corrected in a timely manner. Regarding communication, everyone at our facility is given the ability to communicate with the crew via a logbook. This tool further streamlines the feedback process and is something that's reviewed every day. Overall, they're a great company to work with and they offer so much more than just cleaning services for your facility. If you're on the fence about hiring them, give them a shot and I think you'll be happy you did.
