Hector came out to my house at 12:30am, tested each and every component on my furnace, found the problem ,left to get the part/parts he needed and got back quickly. He replaced the broken pieces and had my heat running within a few hours of when he showed up. He finished at 3:00am. Couldn’t be happier. Thanx for the hard work and through work.

Called to schedule a check-up on our furnace and it sounded like I reached the technician directly. He seemed distracted. He said he could come out to the house, we set a date and time, and then he asked me to text him the date and time that we decided on, along with my name and address. I didn't expect him to ask a customer to be his personal assistant, but whatever, I didn't mind. It was just weird.

So I texted him the time, date, address, etc. Set aside time in my work schedule to be home. He was a no call no show.

When our furnace went out they came to help us get it running again the same night. They also were able to replace our furnace the very next day. Their pricing was fair and they didn’t try to upsell us. They did a great job installing our furnace-very kind and professional.

A1 service and technician! He did one heck of a job! Awesome communication and friendly, caring personality! He was quite empathetic to the fact that I'm disabled and my mother that lives with me is an 85 year old senior citizen. He was very busy, yet made the time for us to at least diagnose the problem pertaining to our air conditioning unit that stopped working?
Initially, we had a different air/heating company come to diagnose our situation and they stated that the entire circuit board needed to be replaced in our furnace. Since our furnace unit was so old that they didn't even want to look for a new board and that we'd need an entire brand new furnace!
Then, our home warranty service located Icy Hot Heating & Cooling to check out our air conditioner/furnace issue!
The Icy Hot technician contacted me immediately to schedule an appointment to at least diagnose the problem? He arrived early the NEXT afternoon, checked EVERYTHING over determined that it probably was an issue with something on the circuit board (a relay that was extremely hot) or the complete board itself? Starting with the relay, that was the cheapest route to go with first and he made a few calls to locate a new relay. The tech left to finish another job and came back just as few hours later with the new relay.
TA-DA! The technician was correct that the relay WAS the problem and that's all that needed to be replaced! The technician became our hero of the day and saved us THOUSANDS of dollars! So instead of just charging us for an entire brand new furnace. The technician took the time to study our unit, diagnosed the problem, and fixed our broken furnace by simply replacing a relay in the circuit board!
We are the happiest people in the world to have encountered such an awesome, honest technician and human being! We'd definitely would and will work with Icy Hot Heating and Cooling again! Grade A+

With hot and muggy weather outside, our furnace got knocked out (and no furnace meant no A/C). Called a few of the "big companies" that advertise same day service and they wouldn't be out for two days. Talked to Hector at 10am, and even with a long day of service calls he made it out that evening to diagnose the problem, and by the following evening he had the part installed and we were back to cool air. Quick work and great service!

I called Icy Hot Heating & Cooling for an emergency furnace repair, and they came through big time. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and got straight to diagnosing the problem. My heat was restored the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician explained everything clearly and the pricing was fair, even for an emergency call.

Hector with icy hot heating and cooling did a great job taking out the old furnaces and installing completely new ones. I am confident that this fall/winter will be a whole lot more comfortable with the new systems put in. He does the work in a timely manner with great attention to detail. I called icy hot, to diagnose what was wrong with my air conditioner last summer. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me, as I watched what had went wrong with my air conditioner he was able to get my air conditioner under an hour after I called and he had the part ready in his van

The employees here are polite and helpful, but I found that the price they were placing on an old dirty drive belt for an old furnance gave a new meaning to the words, "price gouging."

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the "big box company" had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a "big box" company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and "warmth" with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!
