The technician, AJ, is truly an amazing worker. He was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He ordered the parts needed, came and replaced the damaged parts when he said he would, and has the BEST personality. I am an AJ fan for life. I won't let anyone else work on my Carrier system. Benny was wonderful. He came out even though it was after hours and got our AC working again. He was honest and never charged anything extra Communication with office and tech was very good. Service was top notch! Definitely 5-stars!

Called to repair one of our HVAC units at the height of the week-long heat wave. They were able to send someone over the next day and he not only diagnosed the problem, but had the part with him and fixed it! Six days later, the unit appeared to be having the exact same problem. I called, and the same repairman came back the following day and discovered the part had failed! So he replaced it under warranty and I wasn't charged for the 2nd call or the 2nd part. So all-in-all - quick, efficient, reliable and effective. This isn't my first experience with them, but the most recent and I'll stick with Austex Heating & Air Conditioning .

We contacted them when our furnace stopped producing warm air, and we were so pleased with their service. Their technician arrived on time, and he was very polite, explaining to us exactly what he was doing. When we had to replace our furnace, he went out of his way to bring us electric heaters so that we could stay warm until the new furnace was installed. We really appreciate the kindness of the technician.
