Don't waste time, money or energy. It is experience s like mine that give contractors a bad wrap. They did not show up on appointment day until I called twice. Ryan was who did consult, but someone else was sent to do job. I had not moved in so I had to go to work, I was not contacted to confirm job, status or even told it was completed. The job was not completed to my specifications. I called next day to question, and received text that it was done. I sent email that I was not pleased, got an I'm sorry and the owner would be notified. Days later I have not been contacted and issue not resolved. Clearly they dont want/need business. I was considering using them for a new bathroom, glad I didn't.

Have used this company several times both in our home and in rental properties. Years ago initially to reroute HVAC ducts to allow better headroom in basement and better balancing of system along with repair of old AC unit. Forward a few years to replace heater and AC when heater started acting up. Recently used to temporarily fix AC for tenant with same prompt service/repair and professionalism I always expect from them. Recently booked full system replacement of 18 year old unit due to findings during repair and to avoid needing an emergency repair and inconvienience to our tenant in the future.

Had a break down at 2:30 in the morning with below zero temps. Dickenschrauf re-arranged their schedule to get to me. They had the problem fixed by lunch and installed a new Furnace 3 days later. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. If you are looking for a trustworthy Contractor, these guys are it!

Dickenschrauf plumbing saved us this am and was so courteous, professional, and quick. We have a problem toilet which Jack the tech helped me understand old pipes with new toilets can be troublesome because of the amount of water in new toilet flushing. Makes sense to me and he fixed our problem today and told me the plan for upgrading permanently to not have this problem again. He showed up on time, wore his mask the entire time, took his shoes off without asking, and was friendly and explanatory all on an early Saturday morning! Couldn’t ask for more thanks Jack and Dickenschrauf!!

Had 2 tankless water heaters installed approximately in 2021. Pressure relief valve failed on one of them. Valve was under warranty. Phoned and emailed repeatedly. Finally after 2 plus weeks they got back to us. The problem was resolved. Now the relief valve on the other is failing. Emailed them on January 2nd and received no reply to this date. Please contact me so I can get this situation resolved. Installation of water heaters were done professionally and I was very satisfied. But getting in contact with company could use some improvement.

Josh and Dan came out to look at my A/C that wasn’t working and turns out it was the fan on the furnace that was broke and affecting the a/c. They fixed the issue without delay. We also hired them back to replace the furnace. They were very friendly and the service was very efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend them!

Big fan of having hired Dickenschrauf for installing a new furnace, plus running heat pipes to the second level of my house. Best priced bid out of 5 companies. Great communication and service - an efficient, courteous team of three got all the work done in one day. Plus they had great financing options that helped out at the time. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank goodness my previous 1950s dinosaur furnace is gone!! If you still have an old beast heating your home - don't fear it, get rid of it! Call these guys. Plus they gave a great estimate price for adding on central air in the future! That'll be next!

Ryan and Dan are top notch and always a pleasure to work with. Both have done everything for us in our real estate business from replacing leaky faucets to ripping out and installing brand new heating and plumbing systems. Both Dan and Ryan are always on time, always responsive and always someone I know will do the job right the first time!

Had them install a bar sink drain in my basement. They had to jack hammer my concrete floor, dig down and connect into existing plumbing. Did a fantastic job, let me look it over and take pictures before they sealed it back up and finished it with concrete. They noticed my sump cover was rusted so they replaced that too for a very reasonable price and sealed it all with silicon. Will definitely use them again!

I have used Dickenschrauf Plumbing for the past 10+ years. I would never consider calling anyone else. They recently stepped up when a previous plumber walked off the job in the middle of a remodel. They came first to uninstall the dishwasher and plumbing in the kitchen so I could get new counters in, with little to no notice. They came back two days later to reinstall the faucet and hook everything back up. Then when a box store canceled the delivery of my new vanity and toilet, they sent a crew to go pick it up, it did not fit in the truck so they sent a second empty truck to get it here only to discover as they were opening it that it was shipped with a cracked countertop. A new one was delivered a week later and with no complaints Jeff showed up, installed the faucets, vanity, toilet and even helped with my shower rod. They hauled all the garbage away, cleaned up as they were never there. I can not say enough good things about them and it’s nice to have a friendly plumber that will respond by phone, email or text when needed. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I had a leak in my main line and needed somebody quickly. The plumber company i normally use was not able to make it so I gave Dickenschrauf a call. I asked them to fix the main water key, and a couple other things I needed done. Service was amazing, quick, clean, efficient...Everything works great and it turn out to be a bit cheaper than expected. I for sure will be using them going forward.

I cannot say enough good things about Dickenschrauf. They are reliable, honest, and do great work. We used them originally for all our HVAC needs at various properties (commericla and residential) and have branched out to use them for plumbing as well.

I recommended this company to some friends because I used Dickenschrauf in the past. This time they were a NO SHOW and didn’t have the courtesy to notify their “new customer”! They waited patiently for this irresponsible plumber! Never again will I recommend this company! I’m embarrassed that I expected them to show up for a confirmed appointment.

We have known Ryan since he started in business. Have used other plumbers for our house. 40 years of experience of crummy companies until we found Ryan and His group. Furnace went out on a Sunday during recent cold snap. I left a message, got a call back and early morning appointment first thing Monday. Service truck had the parts needed and my furnace was fixed in under an hour. Would recommend and will call again.
