An amazing service. They were prompt, responsive, and accurate. They fixed my problem in 15 minutes. They never try to jack up the price on you or take advantage of your leaks and emergencies. They are a great asset to relive what life throws at your residence. Recommend them and would use them any time. 10/10 service

I recently used them for a commercial kitchen project. It seems as though this was a mistake on my part. The plumbers seemed to not know what is needed for a project of this scope. To start, we received a quote from them for the project with info from our architect and an equipment schedule with all the needs. When quoted, there were a lot of things that were left off that needed to be added later. Our final price nearly doubled from the original quote. If we had got an accurate quote from the start, we might have used a different plumber. While working, they were extremely slow and took far longer than we had scheduled out with our general contractor. On top of this, they were very bad at follow through. We would ask for a timeline when certain items would be finished, and I would get a response that they would be out there Tuesday, and then they would not show up at all. I was very disappointed with the fit and finish of their work. Many things were left rough cuts to the walls, not securing items, and simply missing basic things that were on the equipment specs. I dont recommend them for any commercial kitchen projects.

My water heater stopped working and Mr. Gimenez LLC came to the rescue. He was quick to respond, on time and explained everything. His pricing was transparent and fair. Highly recommend!

I contacted Mr Gimenez on a Friday afternoon saying that I needed my AC unit replaced. He stopped by that afternoon for the estimate. I had very specific requests for brand of unit to match my current furnace which was replaced a few years earlier by one of my friends. Mr Gimenez was able to fulfill my request and have his crew out there on the following Monday to install. Everyone was very professional and extremely expedient in completing the install. It has been a few months now and I absolutely love my new AC! It works so much better than the old one! I would highly recommend using Mr Gimenez for any HVAC installs. For my next updates, I'll be using him and his crew.

They never have the parts you need. Today I had to go back to the store to get parts that work and they had no idea what to do for me because the factory parts don't fit!! They told me to call tech support... 1 hour and twenty minutes later, still on hold!!!!!! Get it together!!!

Great place for parts and supplies. They always have the Trion air filters I need in stock. Plus the courteous staff makes a difference!
