Was told a sprinkler head was about 23.00 no more and get a bill for double. Then on top of it the guy fixing it had attitude that he has to dig it and was crazy on the walkie to the other guy doing the control panel in the house. Called Dj's and there was no help.
Very upset and disgusted.

I've used DJ's service for 2 years and have been happy with their service. I like that they call me to schedule the Spring turn-on and Fall turn-off service.

You first came out to our home in the Fall last year to winterize our sprinkler system. They over pressurizing the system and blew several heads off . The service man told me when they returned in the Spring to reset the system they would repair the heads free of charge. I am now being told it will cost $73.00 per hour plus parts to fix the damage you caused . No Way !

Eric delivered exactly what we signed up for. The team installed our irrigation system and the water has made our new lawn look like sod.
They programmed the timer for several different applications to adjust to the temperatures though out the season by just moving a dial. If you want to have a great looking lawn, Eric and his team can make it happen!

Randy came over to turn our sprinkler system on, he was very personable and friendly, he went through each zone and adjusted if it needed. I'm so glad customer service still holds true for this department. I would highly recommend Randy.
