    This operation is great.
I bought a house that included an irrigation system DJs had installed. I contacted them & we set up soring & fall times for them to visit. when they arrive they are professional & quick and helpful.

Everyone at DJ's is friendly and knowledgeable. They are great about reminding me when it's time for service and keeping appointments. When they come out to service my irrigation system, they are efficient and helpful in answering any questions I have.

D J's installed our lawn irrigation system in 2007. We have been very pleased with their fine service. When we had problems with the system DJ's were Johnny on the spot to get us back up and running again. Very friendly staff to work with !!

For the first time in 20 years my lawn irrigation system had a problem. When I turned the system on a few days ago one zone refused to tun off so I called DJ's Lawn Sprinklers. The next morning Aaron and Dan came to my home, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. They were friendly, efficient, and solved the issue for a reasonable price. You cannot beat that. One other positive note-DJ's does repair service on irrigation systems even if they were not the original installers.

Have used them for probably 10 years now. Always come when they say, are aware of and careful of issues I have with the lawn to keep it looking good. I feel they are dependable and they have long term people that remember your job details year over year.

Good service overall. Very good communication via phone and or email. Have used them not just for the regular fall and spring sprinkler blowouts etc but also some complicated issues with landscaping and simple repairs. Highly satisfied.

Improperly moved irrigation lines and sprinkler heads prior to driveway paving project leading to water damage of new asphalt. Technicians very rude when questioned. The owner, Eric, avoided my calls for weeks. When I finally reached him he denied any wrongdoing by his company. After switching to new company, they pointed out many problems with irrigation system that DJs had installed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Poor quality work and terrible customer service! I had been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they still treated me poorly!

We have been using DJs to blow out our irrigation system for over 13 years at both of our homes. The staff has been knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with many issues over the years. I’ve had to replace several parts in my system and they are always very helpful. Every fall they call me to remind me to get the system blown out for the winter and they promptly get it done fast and efficiently. Many of my neighbors use DJs as well. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors if they have irrigation systems.

Eric and the team at DJ's Lawn Sprinklers were great to work with. We could not be happier with our sprinkler system and how you can control the system from your phone! I also appreciated their communication and flexibility. I'm so happy I don't have to drag the garden hose around the yard all summer long.

We have signed an annual contract with the company in the winter of 2018, which included sprinkler system start in the spring and shut off in the Fall, two services over 12 months of 2018. We sent a check for the entire year which the company cashed in February of 2018. Problems: 1) The company is unreachable. There is no live person answering the phone EVER, so you have to leave a message to schedule the services that the company owes to you based on the paid contract. The catch is that they call during the business hours, in spite of the fact that you request a call back during a specific window in your day when you are actually in the office, and not at one of the numerous meetings. No luck, the call still comes in when you are discussing an urgent project with a group of 20 at work. After playing phone tag with them for many weeks this spring, my husband ended up getting the sprinklers started himself, even though we have already paid for this service. 2) Miraculously, we were able to reach and schedule DJ Sprinklers to come out to our property to shut down the sprinkler system for the winter. However, the company representatives claimed that we have no contract with them and made my husband write out a new check for their fall service. As expected, I was not able to discuss any of this with a live person over the phone. It took a third party to convince DJ sprinklers to reimburse the extra payment in addition to, very reluctant, reimbursement of the half of the service contract. Never again, at least not for us.

Extremely bad. poor communication. I have been with them for more than 20 years. This year is the worst. Missed broken heads with water running day and night and I could not get hold of the tech. I only could talk to the scheduler who can not answer or solve any issue. They could not even tell me when the sprinkler system suppose to work because I do not see it working since they turn it on. I think they are getting too busy to provide a good customer service. I will definitely find another company next year.

Charged us for several trips last summer while our house was under construction and did no work. Refused a credit although we had been customers for many years at both our home and business. The new company we hired said our system at the office had not been working properly for many years even thought we paid DJs to maintain it.
Check your records under Z Rentals...we’ve paid every year for maintenance and you failed to provide services

DJ’s installed a new sprinkler system for us. Everyone was excellent! They installed it very quickly and the system is awesome!

Just had sprinkler's installed at our new home in Muskego. Price was very reasonable, and Eric was more than willing to come out and explain the system and controller to us prior to us signing a contract with them.

The installation went smoothly, system worked great. When our landscapers were putting in the topsoil and seed they hit two of the heads; I was able to call Eric that evening- he answered the phone right away and had a technician out the next day on both occasions we had a malfunction!

Great service and great job in the quick response!

The service is great. I think that the technicians are knowledgeable and work quickly and efficiently. My only negative is that it's sometimes difficult to schedule convenient times for service. I've had to take time from work to be home for a service call, but otherwise, they perform quality work.

The text messaging and email notication systems are a great addition. However, I prefered the phone call letting me know that the crew is on their way. I work full-time 20 minutes from my home and I live alone. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I haven't had problems until technology advanced and took over. Fair warning to customers. IF you are NOT home or are within 5 minutes of your home after receiving the text message or email, the crew will NOT wait for you to arrive. The company charges you $60 for a "No Show Fee"; which must be paid or your account is turned over to collections. The 2021 annual maintenance was $165 (startup, mid-season checkup, winter blow-out). I paid for startup which wasn't done. I started the system by myself after contacting Toro and watching YouTube DIY. I paid for the mid-season checkup which was done. Oddly, the company scheduled a mid-season checkup without a record that it was even started for the season, per the receptionist. I paid for winter blow-out which was scheduled, but wasn't done. I received the text message at 11:55am, was home at 12:10pm, waited until 12:40pm and left to go back to work. On my contract, I wrote that I needed a 30 minute heads up call. Other than that, DJ's Lawn Sprinklers crew does a great job even with some communication breakdowns during COVID.

After 22 years in our house, we finally decided to buy an irrigation system! The company's owner came himself to give us our quote. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and company. The quote for the cost of our sprinklers was very competitive. I am a general contractor and work with many subcontractors. This company was a complete pleasure to work with. The installers were professional, very quick, and meticulous. There was minimal to no damage to our existing lawn after the installation. The app provided with the sprinkler installations is awesome and very user friendly. I highly recommend DJ's Lawn Sprinklers.

This company receives a 3 because they are a 5 for their actual service and a 1 for communication. Expect to get reminder phone calls about appointments that you never made or had a chance to make. When you ask, you will be told that a notice went out about your appointment that you never will receive. I don't understand this "system" they have for scheduling. It is the worst I have ever experienced. Thank God for the reminder calls because otherwise, I would have no idea when my service appointments are because they schedule them without input from me and without my knowledge. I honestly question whether it's worth it to keep going back when it is such a hassle. After reading reviews about the exact same issue 1) I am glad I am not the only one but 2) you guys have to get it together!

I have just one hose bib a long way away from house that needs clearing in the fall. The technicians come when promised, are friendly and efficient and (compared to other sprinkler companies) very reasonably priced. Have used them two times and price has stayed the same!!!

Ongoing awful experience! Linda in the front office takes customer service as a vague suggestion. My parents have been loyal to DJ's for 10 years. Ending today. The last 3 years have always been multiple calls & negotiations to get services scheduled. Services we used annually were spring sprinkler start up & winterization. This year DJ's/ Linda stated we could not even get on the books because a contract was not signed & upfront payment was not provided. I stated I could fix it & the reason the contract was not signed was due to the passing of my Dad. He's not checking emails anymore. Linda proudly stated they don't even call clients anymore. Request was can you please get us scheduled? And we'll figure it out later? Like a month to figure it out. No can do. Plan on a ton of unnecessary negotiating & "policy" every spring & fall time. I have no idea why they pick up the phone to turn down clients looking for service & spend $$$.

I had DJ's originally install my irrigation system over 10 years ago. Their service was adequate until the last 3/4 years.
Every year the customer service and scheduling for service becomes the worst nightmare I have ever experienced from any company. Within the past 3 or so years you can never reach anyone to schedule an appointment. Now, their policy is they will not service/schedule anything until they have a signed contract with payment. Last year, I called leaving multiple messages for my spring turn on and received no call back. Then, a week or so later received a text for a scheduled date in the morning. I called to leave a voicemail stating the date wouldn't work. I never received a call back. I called repeatedly and was eventually able to get through to Linda. I told her the date scheduled wouldn't work because of my work obligations. Linda is the rudest person who cares nothing about customers. She said that I would be charged a $60 trip fee because I didn't provide them with enough notice to cancel. I told her there is no way I would be paying any charge as I had left a message days earlier. She eventually scheduled a new date with no charge.

This year, I called several times and left messages to set up an appointment for my spring turn on. I again didn't reach anyone. I mailed the contract with payment. I never received any notification of when my spring turn on would be. I eventually emailed explaining that I had a signed contract and payment deducted with no scheduled turn on date. Linda called back to let me know that my contract had to be in by March 15 and it would be scheduled at a later date. She couldn’t provide me of when that date would be. My neighbor, who resides directly behind me shared that he did have a date scheduled with a contact submitted after March 15. I informed Linda that my neighbor and I always get our unit turned on at the same time because we are directly next to each other. She said that it didn’t matter and the contract was late. I informed her that my neighbor had his appointment scheduled and it would make perfect sense to schedule us on the same date. She said she couldn’t look into my neighbor’s situation due to Hippa laws. Come on now. So, I told her what does Hippa have anything to do with scheduling our appointment on the same date. Linda told me that their policy doesn’t work that way. I told her that she is running this business in the ground with her poor customer service. She said that maybe if I got my own business that I could run it the way I wanted. She said that is their policy and that’s it. I asked to speak to the owner about this policy and she told me “no”. I told her I am again asking to speak to the owner and she hung up on me!!! I then later get a email from a manager starting that I have a scheduled date on exactly the same date as my neighbor. Linda, is absolutely the worst individual to be the face of this business. She is unprofessional at all levels and has no idea how to work with customers. I am beyond frustrated, being a customer for over 10 years.
