I paid for the 4 Mosquito application this past spring and no one would show up to spray. At the end of each month I had to contact Naturescape to ask if someone was coming out to spray. Only after I reached out, they would send someone out a few days later. It's now Sept and I've only received 3 sprays this summer. They game me the following options: to have an Oct application, not do an Oct application and use the cost of the last spray towards next years applications, or take a refund of the last application. I'm taking a refund as I'll be taking my business elsewhere next year.

We have used Naturescape for several years and our lawn looks great. Never have to worry that it will be done on time. will continue to use them. Did the Mosquito control for the first time this year and I have to say it seriously cut down on the mosquito takes and we really got to enjoy our backyard this year.

My family has used Naturescape since I was a kid, so my husband and I used it for our home. Our lawn, along with my family’s lawns have been progressively worsening over the past few years. I called several weeks ago to have someone come look at our lawn because it’s loaded with weeds and crabgrass, along with bare and dead patches everywhere. I called 2 more times after that being promised someone would be out to look at our lawn later that week. Nothing. Finally I called to cancel after neighbors told us we should get a lawn service since they’ve seen us weeding all spring. Not sure where the quality went, but our lawn looks horrible. We will find another service going forward. Our neighbors have beautiful yards.

We had a thistle invasion, in our backyard. I called and asked that when nature scape would come and do the spraying that they would spray for thistles. I am happy to say, it worked amazingly well, as thistles are currently gone

We have used NatureScape for lawn care since 2018 and very satisfied with their service especially the liquid lawn nutrients and weeds killer. Sometimes if there were heavy rain after the apply they will reapply for keeping the quantity of service. Strongly recommend.

I am happy with Naturescape. We do run into some tough weeds in my yard but if/when I call, Naturescape is very responsive to coming out again if needed.

My grass was not looking good after being treated and I was intending on going with another company. It was brown and had way too many weeds considering I was using a Lawn weed control company! If the service provider(Christopher Cope) had not stopped what he was doing to come talk to me and explain why the lawn was not looking good, I would have canceled with Naturescape. He even came out a month later on another service call to check to see how my lawn was looking and to offer advise. I will stay with Naturescape and Hopefully the other technicians can learn from his caring work attitude.

We bought a home two years ago, and the lawn looked so bad in the back yard - lots of weeds, bare spots, etc. The neighbors even complained the day we closed on it. Now, it looks amazing! Naturescape has done a fabulous job! We couldn't be more pleased!

Had this service for 8 seasons, this year it is my job to cut the grass. Not happy with all that weeds I am seeing. Called to tell them and was told they would respray for free. Back in June or my 3rd treatment, I had 11 burn patches, I called was told it was too soon to treat them. I asked if someone could come out and look at my lawn, the weeds and the burn spots, was told too soon to come out. All I wanted was for anyone to see my lawn. No one came out. Was told that Ryan would come out 1st or second week of August to put top soil and seed down. The day I was told that Ryan was coming out to put the seed and top soil down I had another treatment. No Ryan, told this to Donavan and he said that he had seed and top soil. I said to him that I am so done with naturescape, he said if I promise to come out and do your last 2 treatments and put the seed down would I reconsider staying with them I said yes. He said so what do you want me to do. I said I didn't care what he did, so he left without putting the seed down.

Naturescape does a great job. Zero weeds, nice thick green grass. We get compliments on our lawn every year. Highly recommend the lawn aeration service as an add-on.

William was very impressive to work with. Yes, "work with". He was interested in what I wanted (not just what he thought I should have) and genuinely conveyed pride in his skills and knowledge. Very hard attributes to find in any service providers and I valued them. Thank you, William. I didn't have a million dollar project--it was small-yet William made me feel like it was important. We have two properties that we have sprayed for Mosquitoes. 1st is a business and we pay for 19,000 sq ft of spray and the 2nd is our personal property and we pay for 10,000 sq ft sprayed. Naturscapes website states they offer a Guarantee for this service: The Naturescape® Guarantee Your Naturescape® specialist is committed to making you happy with our service and your lawn and landscape. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our services or you have any questions or concerns, please call your area branch office and we will be happy to take care of them free of charge within 72 hours. I called on 7/29/24 to have our personal property resprayed and 8/1/24 to have our business resprayed as the mosquitoes were so bad we could not be outside. When no service has been provided by 8/5/24 I called again and was told that they would try to have someone come out by the following week. This is well beyond their 72 hour guarantee so I asked to be contacted by a manager. When I had heard nothing from the company I called again on 8/8/24 and again asked for a a manager to call me. I received a call late in the day on 8/8/24 from an Angie who promised she would be looking into this and provide a resolution and date of the respray service by 8/9/24. It is 8/12/24 and I have yet to hear back or have the service provided. Since this company has not stood up to the GUARANTEE that they offer I want a refund for this service at both properties.

Naturescape has provided my lawn care services for a number of years. I have been very satisfied with their service over the years. Lawn always looks very good and weed free. If I had a concern they have responded promptly and to my satisfaction.

First time in our lives, we hired a lawn service since my husband was having major surgery in August. Naturescape said that they would come out every 7-10 days to cut unless extremely dry, which it was not! It was contracted that they would call the morning of arrival, which they NEVER did. First cutting was Aug. 9. They did a decent job at that time. After my husband's surgery, HE had to call to inquire about another cutting as the lawn was very long! This was 3 weeks after the first cutting! A pleasant young man came out & explained to me that he stopped out twice & knocked on our door & we didn't answer. First of all, we have dogs who bark & they didn't Secondly, we have doorbell cameras on our phones & there is no indication of anyone from the company ever at our door!! At this appointment, the young man said that he went over our lawn 3x because of the length & when he was finished, I asked him why it was still so long & he replied that a person doesn't want to cut it too short. We are very disappointed as we thought that this would be a very reliable company, especially, when my husband is unable to do this task at this time. Going forward....our neighbor has offered to mow our lawn.....

My parents Alyn and Mary S. Have been with Nature Scape Muskego for 23 years and were very satisfied. The way I look at it is if a customer stays that long they have to be doing something right!! If it wasn't for my mom passing and we had to sell the house, I'm sure they would have been a loyal customer for another 23 years. Great workers. I took over making sure things went smoothly every year for my mom and dad and if I ever called with an issue, it was handled in a professional and timely manner. I can't thank them,especially the people I spoke with for the last 8 or 9 years how polite they were on the phone and how quickly they returned my phone calls. Always courteous, respectful of property.

We moved in to a yard full of creeping charlie and many other weeds. For the first several years, we tried do-it-yourself methods of yard care. We ended up with stripes in the yard from improper spreading of products, a shed full of implements used only a few times a year, and an unimpressive lawn.

We've used naturescape for several years and are extremely pleased. They will avoid gardens and play areas, and will come back if you have any problem areas.

Definitely love having a "barefoot lawn".

To Leann, in the office who is great with communicating and explaining any and all procedures!! A solid team that deserves 5 stars!! I would definitely recommend them and will be using the Muskego Naturescape again for the 2025 season!!

We previously had TruGreen for our lawn service. Even though we were long term customers the price steadily went up while the appearance of our lawn went down. When I told them we were switching to a different company, they offered to meet that pricing which made me question their business approach and loyalty to long term customers. Switched to NatureScape, have better pricing/service and our lawn looks great again. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new lawn service.

We have had a great experience with Naturescape! Our yard looks wonderful, the mosquitoes aren't buzzing around and the tree & bush trimming was amazing! We just bought this house and the yard needed some TLC and Naturescape came quickly to the rescue. The office and on site staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend this Company!

For 5 years we tried to get our lawn heathy and looking good. It really didn't seem to be fruitful. we decided to try Naturescape. The difference was noticeable within a few months. We been loyal customers now since 2011 and receive many compliments on our very nice looking lawn. Additionally, if you have pets or small children, they are very good about calling in advance of lawn applications or working with your schedule if you may not want chemicals present during an event or a babysitting gig or whatever. I would recommend giving them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I was a customer for years, but after we got 2 Nest doorbells and actually saw how they applied their weed & feed, I was shocked!! They were only on our property for only 2 minutes! 2 minutes!! There is a time stamp on video showing exact time so I could see it was only 2 minutes. I complained and all they said was they could back & reapply. Another 2 minute application. So I talked to the girl doing the application and she told me they are allowed only 5 minutes per house for application. Needless to say I dropped them!! They wanted $200.00 a year, so I did it myself last year with buying 3 bags of weed & feed at $10.00 a bag from Menards & and applied the weed & feed 3 times. My lawn has never looked so thick & all the bare spots has filled in. My lawn looks like a carpet! All for $30.00! My advise to anyone wanting Nature Scape to do your lawn, don't let them. Just do it yourself. You will save money & have a nicer lawn. 2 minutes per application is a joke and not worth $40.00 every time they come.
