Dont use. They came out, sprayed for weeds which did absolutely nothing. I called them and they came out again. This time they killed everything. I called them and sent out a guy that didnt know anything. He took a couple pictures, said "yup, it's dead". He called his boss who said I need to re-seed my lawn and aerate it. Great way to strum up more business. Make me spend more money.

Never to be heard from again.

Guess I should have just left the few weeds alone. This EXACT thing happened to a neighbor a year or two ago.

Decent results but horrible customer service. They employ a "we'll let you know" approach when asked "Let's schedule an appointment, what day are you coming?"

Frequently promised a day to come, and I adjusted my schedule to be home for them, then they no show no call.

When they did come the day they said, they rarely knocked on the door to talk with me first as I requested and just sprayed and bolted.

Not putting up with this any longer and will be cancelling all future services.

We have used Naturescape for 19 years. We are very pleased with the service they provide us. They call in advance to advise when they are coming. We have a dog so we want to make sure he isn't in the yard or goes on the lawn after weed and feed applications. Also they run a special price every end of year for the next year. We forgot to call for it this year. They called us and still gave us the special pricing after the special date expired. Also if we have some issue, they with weeds, etc. they come back and take care of it right away. We are totally happy with their product and service.

Garrett at Naturescape did a great job treating my lawn yesterday. As he was driving away he looked back and could see by the look on my face I had questions about the treatment, so he came back and took the time to follow up with me about the questions I had, walking the lawn with me to assess the condition of new sod, and determining together with me that it was ready to be treated by Naturescape. Great customer service!

Weeds. Weeds. Weeds. Not any more since we have been blessed to have Naturescape for the last five or six years manage our five acres of lawn. Professional and true to their word is why we are giving out this five star review. Always polite and responsive to any issue that might arise. They are serious about their remarkable promise of 100% committed to having each and every one of their customers completely happy with their lawn. Our four acres of lawn has never looked better since we have been working with Naturescape. The best part is knowing that we can trust the Naturescape personal to be honest and ready to solve whatever issue the lawn may have. We could not be happier with the service we receive from Naturescape.

We’ve been using Naturescape for about 3 years now for my grandma’s lawn, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We primarily use their weed control service and grub treatments. The lawn is weed free and looks great. We’ve tried 3 other weed control companies prior to Naturescape and got nothing but a burnt lawn and poor customer service. I liked the results so much, I just signed up for the same services at the new house I just bought. The lawn at my new house is full of weeds and not in the greatest of shape. I’m very excited for what the end results are going to be with Naturescape’s help.

We had poor service last year. Our applications were always weeks behind. We decided to give another chance and it was just as bad. It’s Sept 8th and we’ve only had 2 fertilizer applications. When I inquire about when my lawn will be done, I get the same response, “you’re on the list”. Well I’ve finally had enough. I’m not going to beg a company to take my money. Good lord this company has a track record of terrible service, or lack there of. I would not recommend this company.

We have been very happy with the service we have received. No business is perfect and I never expect perfection. What has been most appreciated is the prompt response to correct things when there has been an issue (of which there have been very few).

We have been regular clients of Naturescape for about 10 years now. Not long after our first application we noticed a big difference in the look of our lawn, weeds gone etc too. Now every year we renew early to keep the 5 yearly applications and lawn aeration going. The service is good and reliable as well

I want to give a very positive review of Naturescape. After many years of having Naturescape as my lawn service, I left them to go to a competitor due to pricing. This year they offered a very different price than last year and I called them and reestablished service with them for next year. LeAnne their customer service rep was very helpful and explained to me that they revisited their pricing structure for their customers and I was real pleased with her explanation. She was awesome!

This is an edited review of Naturescape Muskego based on their response to the original review below. Subsequent to Naturescape reading my review as well as listening to my discussion with one of their Administrative staff, they decided to role back our price for snowblowing services to $134. To their credit, I received a call from their Sales Manager informing me that they wanted to maintain us as customers and would provide a top rated service. Naturescape's Branch Manager also made an onsite visit to our property to ensure that in the future the service would be provided at the original cost and to our specifications. We have not experienced a snow event recently to evaluate if their services have improved so I'll have to wait to see if they remove the snow completely and in a reasonable time frame. The $134 price for snowblowing ($124) for plowing seems high to me but it's worth it for us if it prevents a plow from leaving rust marks in our driveway.

Naturescape agreed to provide snow removal services for our residence for the 2025 season. We choose to have them use a snow thrower rather than a plow because we experienced rust in the driveway using them previously.
They quoted us a cost of $134 per event. We agreed to that price prior to any snow events. Subsequently, we received a call from the Muskego office informing us that if we wanted to continue the snow throwing service our price would increase by over $40 per event. They would be willing to offer plowing commensurate to the original price. Needless to say we feel that this is a very poor business practice. Naturescape does not provide a contract so they can obviously change an agreed upon price without any customer rebuttal. Since it has already snowed multiple times our options for finding services are limited.
We’ll also report them to the Better Business Bureau.

We've been with NS for years.
This year we paid for 5 weed applications. They came in April and May. End of June we noticed a TON of weeds. We called twice to complain and get someone out to spray.
A week later our lawn turned brown, and grass died leaving large patched of dirt.
It got to a point where we had to document daily calls.
The manager Jarrod REFUSED to return my calls.
A couple people I DID speak to tried to tell me it was a bug or worm problem. Own up to your mistake... It would have made things so much easier
After threatening legal action, I FINALLY got a call from "Craig" at corporate.
They did an aeration and double seeding. A month oh daily watering. Hate to see my water bill.
3 weeks later our lawn is green, WITH CRAB GRASS AND DANDILIONS.

Great company. Reasonably priced, responsive, friendly and do a great job!

Terra Firma did wonderful work on my patio. I am thrilled with it!

Timely. Courteous. Friendly. Excellent workmanship. I couldn't ask for much more.

I’m always satisfied after a project they complete for me

We have had two completed projects that were thoughtfully planned and meticulously completed. We are enjoying our front yard and hardscape.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. requested a quote for some grass, and the response I got was “we are so busy we aren’t able to give you a bid” … so unfortunately that’s my experience.

My retaining wall was a very complicated project They handled it perfectly the wall looks fantastic

Terra Firma did a decent job on the landscaping work, but we had some communication problems and they promised multiple times they would come back out and deal with the bare spots with more grass seed and they never did.

Not very impressed with their work. They have been doing the landscaping at my apartment complex and for the last three weeks they have skipped cutting the tiny hill outside our window. It looks terrible.
