Above all expectations. Great company to deal with. Very quick to respond - like same day. A fair market quote provided, with explanations of potentail add-ons as the old roof was to be torn off, and could be anticipating damage since we had leakage. Were put on the schedule for work to be completed within 6 weeks of order. They came 5 days later as an opening was available. A fantastic, hard working, polite and respectful crew, got everything completed and cleaned up in 2 and a half days. And that included a severe rain/hail storm, but everything was secured and nothing damaged. Dale Jr you are the best and you show how much you care for your working crew. Tom did a great job presenting everything to us, and follow up. You should be proud of your family company. We'll be in touch.

Smart roofing was the SMARTEST choice! Pun intended. Dale and his team provided me and my wife with a dedication to our roof from start to finish. Dale communicated effectively about the entire project. He provided samples of roof patterns for us to choose, how long the project would take and even extra repairs if necessary on why it was essential. He was always there at the start and the last one to leave the site. And personally talked with us at the end of the day about what was done. And when the project was finished he walked us through everything done and why for the customer. I would 100 percent use them again in the future!

We are super happy that we used Smart Roofing! The experience from beginning to end was seamless. Dale came out on a Sunday (two different times!) to talk with us and address our roofing needs. He is a super nice guy who will give you his expert opinion but also listen to you and answer your hundreds of questions! Thrilled with the clean-up after the project and I am really particular about this type of thing. We could not be more pleased and will absolutely refer and use them in the future.

My only suggestion is to make sure to get whatever receipts and/or paperwork you need before they leave. I really needed an invoice for my home owners insurance, which I was assured I would be emailed. However, I have still not received one after a couple weeks, even after emailing a reminder about it. Luckily was able to work it out with insurance to prove work was completed. It worked out in the end so I don't hold it against them. I know they are crazy busy!

I highly recommend Smart Roofing. Joe provided a very detailed explanation of what the job would involve. He also gave me the addresses of homes whose roofs Smart had replaced so that I see what the different colors of shingles samples looked like in place. Dale and crew removed chimney, complete tear off, replaced gutter, pitched all gutters correct and added gutter guards. Dale made sure all problems with my 100 year old house and garage was done correct. The crew was professional, courteous, and general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the clean up that was done at the end of each day. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Thank You Dale, Joe and crew.

I was working in my yard and I happen to notice my ridge vent on my roof was missing a large section. Apparently a raccoon wanted to make residency in my attic! They were calling for rain the following day so I called Dale at Smart Roofing! He had two men there within two hours and they fixed my Problem. Had everything they needed With them, including Shingles and a large section of ridge vent. Service is awesome very professional. The price was way less than I anticipated! Make this your first call might save you some hassle!

In a world of dishonest companies and home sellers, Dale proves that good people and companies still exist. We recently moved into a home and have been on a seemingly never ending trail of repairs, and in this current saga our roof began leaking in the portion our seller replaced in 2023. We reached out to multiple companies, but Dale was extremely responsive and made us feel like a priority compared to others. When he came out he offered multiple approaches and thoroughly explained each one. He did not try to sell us on more than we needed to resolve our current issue though he did tell us his opinion on what he felt was a long term solution when it comes time to replace our roof. He is honest, kind, personable and makes sure he takes care of his customers. We will absolutely be hiring him and his team when we look to replace our roof and gutters! Thank you Dale!

We had an excellent experience with Dale from Smart Roofing. Came out to the house and spent a lot of time measuring and listening to our concerns. Provided a prompt proposal which was more competitive with better materials than the competitors proposals. In addition to the roof and gutters, we wanted a solar tube, and needed extensive work on a sunroom. Unexpected warm days in January and the guys came out and completed all the work. Dale was there every day with the guys, they worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend.

My real name is Lor, and I cannot stress enough how extremely satisfied I am with the folks at Smart Roofing. About a week ago (4/06/2025), my roof sustained a noticeable leak from all the rain. I did my due diligence in searching for a reputable roofing company. I ultimately settled on Smart Roofing, and I am glad I did. As soon as I filled out their online contact form, Joey and Dale Jr showed up the next day to inspect my roof. They then gave me a very reasonable quote after they informed me of all the necessary repairs. Upon accepting their quote, I was informed that they would be able to work on my roof the upcoming Saturday (4/12/2025). Lo and behold, Dale Smart Sr, Dale Jr, Joey, and the rest of the crew showed up on Saturday morning and finished the job by 5 PM; all while operating on the good faith that I will pay them. THEY DIDN'T EVEN NEED A SECURITY DEPOSIT. This is the work that they did: replaced some insulation/roof decking, reinforced some rafters, laid new shingles, installed new fascia, and correctly installed the apron on the rain gutter that is attached to my garage. They were all professional in their conduct, meticulous in their work, and conscientious enough to avoid damaging the landscaping. Now I have a new roof that will last me at least 20 years (hoping for 50 years). Needless to say I believe they have a 5-star aggregate score for a reason. I intend on encouraging everyone I know to go through Smart Roofing for their roofing needs.

I needed a roof really bad. I called smart Roofing talk to Dale real nice guy real nice employees. He came by. Addressed the problem. Let me know what it was and got it done in a timely manner. I suggest smart Roofing to anyone who has a roof problem or anything wrong with soffit siding, gutters they do it all and real good people to work with. I highly suggest them.

HELP! I HAVE WATER DRIPPING FROM A BATHROOM VENT! I knew who to call, Smart Roofing, who my family has used for over 15 years on 4 different roofs. I told him I needed a new roof and gutters. He came and inspected my roof and gutters and let me know my gutters didn't need replacement but my roof, yes. He helped me pick out the shingles that met my needs and fit the style of my home. The day before, they came and put the supplies on my roof so they were ready to go! The day of, the crew came and worked and kept me informed on the progress. They were polite and the crew chief made sure the site was clean before they left.

The roofer and his team did a great job on my house. I got several quotes and theirs was by far the best price. I needed all the fascia and soffit repainted, some needed to be replaced. Chimney needed to be replaced and repainted. There was flashing that was loose between the windows and the bricks. The team worked well, and fast. I got several drops of paint onto my brick and front entrance, but it was minor. Overall great job.

My roof was very old and needed to be repaired quickly before hurricane season. This company did an amazing job for a very fair price. I highly recommend using them.
