Rusty & Jon were on time to install a new walk-in shower. They worked all day giving us updates along the way and were very thorough, neat, and cleaned up perfectly. We are totally satisfied with their workmanship, care for our home as it snowed the day they arrived and they placed tarps down to protect the carpeting and steps. They did a great job of explaining the paperwork and warranty at the end of the job. Tim the Field Manager stopped out about half way through the day giving us an update as Rusty & Jon had been doing as well. When the job and paperwork was completed Rusty called Tim to verify all the completion of the job. The extra effort to ensure we were satisfied with the job is important to us.
Finally we will recommend Mad City to friends & family. Thanks.

Rusty and Jon did a great job on the install and tear down. The install looks really professional, neat, and tidy. They were also friendly and arrived before the scheduled install time. The whole installation time was a little over 8 hours for the whole thing which is understandable. All in all im really impressed and happy with my new shower and the work these two gentlemen did.

The sales presentation had no pressure and gave me great choices. The entire installation process of replacing my tub with a shower was smooth. After installation everything was cleaned up perfectly.

We purchased our first home in July 2024. Our master bathroom had a fitted tub that creeked really loud when you stood in it. After months of dealing with it, we had enough. Mad City explained that what we were hearing was micro fractures and eventually over time the tub would crack. So we decided to upgrade.
Dan (sales associate) came to our home and spent hours with us to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. He first started with who Mad City was. They don't franchise nor do they use sub contractors. Then he explained the high quality material they used, the process & we eventually picked out our design. Because everything is measured and made specifically for our shower, he did explain it could take up to 10 weeks before it could be installed.
6 weeks later it was time to install our new shower. The process took a little over 8 hours. They ripped everything down to the studs and started from the ground up. They replaced all the plumbing. Removed the dry wall and replaced it with plywood. While installing they allowed us to ask as many questions we had and to take pictures. Oh and when they ripped out the old liner we discovered it was installed incorrectly. They didn't put mortar under the tub which was why it creeked.
We are so thankful we chose Mad City! They did a wonderful job...and this shower has a 50 year warranty that can be transferred if you sell your home. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I have had Mad City install windows and they never disappoint! My installers were awesome, windows were installed in no time and everything was cleaned up afterwards and was very respectful of my property! They go over all paperwork and answer any questions you have! Everything from sales pitch, ordering windows, install, field manager and installers it all was a pleasant experience!

From start to finish our project has been very easy. From scheduling, a time to get an estimate and meeting with the sales rep, to having the a member who comes and measures everything to assure that all of our equipment is right the first time, to the install team, the plumber and even the follow up to make a small change, A week after it was installed. Mad city has been a great team to work with. And I would definitely recommend them. Yes, and use them again in the future. For another project, should we have one arise. Thank you for making the process so easy.

CJ did a fantastic job installing our new shower. He showed up on time. He was thorough and left the bathroom clean. Best of all the product is great. It looks very nice and is high quality. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Used Mad City to replace our bathtub. The team arrived promptly (30 mins earlier than expected, actually) and completed the work in 8 hours. The crew working on the bathroom was respectful of our home and did a great job. We are very happy with their work. Giving this a 4 star rating because the experience with the sales team was uncomfortable. It’s very sales-driven, like you are buying a car, and after a while it seemed they weren’t going to leave our home until they sold us a new tub. They got the price down to something we could agree on, where we did end up going forward with the sale. This was consistent with other reviews we saw, so wasn’t that surprised. But it was uncomfortable to say the least and would make me reconsider using them for future projects.

New shower installed in Hartford,WI. The whole process was smooth from the design/sales appointment with Ryan to the installation with Cody the lead installer and Parker the plumber. It was nice that the manager Tim stopped by to see how the project was progressing and to answer any additional questions. The new shower looks and works amazing. This was a good decision and one my wife and I are happy we made.

Everyone was professional. The price was right and the product is of amazing quality. Have these people replace your tub or shower. You will not be disappointed.

We had a bath tub liner replacement done in 2001 by Oak Creek Plumbing but as we became older, we realized a bath tub is not a viable option anymore especially since my wife fell and broke her knee cap. We had Oak Creek Plumbing come in and give us a quote, but I wasn’t happy with the three open statements on the contract that if they found anything the bill would keep increasing. In 2001 the contract didn’t have that stipulation. Also financing for Oak Creek was 13.99%. So I checked around between other contractors and like that Mad City had an A+ rating with BBB and offering a double lifetime warranty. Plus, it was a closed loop contract (no hidden surprises) with no added cost. Financing was 6.99% and no penalty for paying it off early. Lon was our installer for this project and plumber Dave came in for the detail plumbing work. Our project was not going to be an easy project removing out the liner and the old tub. But Lon kept at it until I told he had to stop for the day at 7:30 pm. Lon, as planned, came back the next day at 7:30 am and finished the project by noon. I would have to say that Lon never stopped working for any breaks and he laid down cover cloth to keep the walk ways clean. The project is now finished and now comes the hard part of waiting for everything to set up properly. We can use the shower in 24 hours, but adding any weight to the shelves need to wait 48 hours. We are so happy that we choose Mad City for our bathroom remodeling job. Now my wife wants the kitchen done and see what magic they can do for us. Thank you, Mad City and all its personal for doing such a great job! We appreciate the great work you do!

The guys from Mad City came in, got the job done and they cleaned up their area as well. They were punctual, polite and answered any and all of the questions that I had. The supervisor came on-site to observe and check in, and he was pretty nice as well and gave me additional information that I didn't know I needed. The outcome was wonderful, and I love my new bath tub and shower.

Les and his coworker were phenomenal at the installation of windows and doors at our residence. The installation was quieter and quicker than expected. The professionalism showed in the obvious accuracy of measurements taken and the quickness of the removal of the old windows and doors, not having to be taken out in small chunks as I've observed at other homes. The installers communicated very well with us as well as with each other, no rowdiness or rough language heard.

Not happy that we paid a lot of money to have the kitchen done only for every aspect of it being half assed. Unlevel counter, dirt in the caulking, poorly cut panels, some stuff was completely missed. Then we have the manager come look and we have to wait a week and a half to get it fixed… so now I am without my kitchen for what will be over 2 weeks by the end of it all. Not happy at all. Train your installers to do it correct the first time.

Had Brian replace 7 windows, was able to get in and out pretty quick! They were incredibly polite, and cleaned up everything when they wrapped up. Work looks amazing and attention the small details was impressive. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with Mad City. Had a complete redo on my kitchen cabinets. Zach came out to explain everything they would be doing with a Lifetime Warranty. The next day they came out and measured. Four weeks later they were here to do the work. The crew they sent out was Joe, Kris,and Mason. Beautiful work, answered any questions. Cleaned everything up. Now my 50 year old condo has beautiful cabinets.
P.S. and it only took them 2 days.

Pretty sure I got the best crew to install my new bathtub/shower! CJ was awesome, did a fabulous job tearing out the old jet tub and tiles and installing my beautiful brand new tub! He helped aid some decisions and made the work area look spotless when finished. It looks so much cleaner in that bathroom!

We had Madcity install laminate countertops . It's a 1960s home that just needed some updating, but didn't want to break the bank. Honestly, this is a good business to work with, but be weary of the service you choose. I can't recommend countertops which is telling since I couldn't even choose that as something to review in their list. It had to be redone as the first installation was horrible and their inspector agreed. The second install was much better, but I still had to redo the caulking and there are still issues that will just live with. Nice people to work with and I'm sure the rest of the services they offer are great, but skip countertops.
