We moved into our new house that had ugly kitchen cabinets from the 70s. They had to go. Six years later thanks to Mad City, they finally went! Ivan was phenomenal as he transformed the cabinets from shabby to fabulous by himself, in 4 days! Yes 4 days. Incredibly happy with my new cabinets.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. Madcity sales team was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to sit down with us and really show us their product so we felt comfortable with the investment. Our install team was friendly, hardworking, and efficient. Overall, would highly recommend Madcity to anyone who is looking!

The installers were very pleasant, asked our feedback every step of the way through install and also did excellent work. Each day they cleaned up very thoroughly and arrived every single day by 8am to work for the day until the job was done. I am very happy with my choice to use Mad City!

Previous owners had “fixed” a cracked tub by placing a cheap tub insert over the top (which failed). Mad City came in and did a full demo, old cast iron tub removal, brand new tub, and updated plumbing all in 1 day - which was prefect because our house only has 1 bathroom. Looks great!

I had my tub/shower combo replaced by Mad City, and the installer, Ben, was excellent! He went above and beyond, answered all of my questions, was punctual, very nice and easy to talk to, and my dog approved of him as well. He fixed some of the problems that were caused by my old shower and made sure everything is sealed up tight, no more leaks! If anyone is able to request a specific installer, they should ask for Ben. My new bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!

I'm very pleased with my new windows. I had 11 windows replaced. Windows were installed on a 35-degree windy day. Mad City gave me a $200 check to cover my energy bill. The install and clean up was completed within 4 hours.
Les, the installer went over and beyond. During installation I had a water leaking into my basement. Les took the time to help me find the leak.
several weeks later I noticed that one of the screens had a 'weak" area as if it would tear open soon. Mad City came out the next day and replaced that screen.

Both Rusty and Jon did a fantastic job very professional prompt pleasant and explained everything. Highly recommend them to be in your home.

My window installers, Brain and Ian, were fantastic. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. Some of the window locks came in broken and they immediately switched them out, put the new ones on, and got all my windows working perfectly.

Mad City was very professional, prompt, and informative on both my shower and windows. The quality of work and product were superior. When they ran into problems with my shower installation, I was immediately informed and counseled with. My photos show the detailed work, with before and after pictures. We are very happy with our kitchen cabinet doors and new walk in shower with the French glass doors. The crews, James, Mario, Dan, Tom completed the jobs. I would recommend Mad City to my friends and family. Overall great experience.

Just got our cabinets refaced, and they look fantastic! James and Mario were super professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend! Our kitchen used to be so dark. Cabinets were stained with a dark wood stain. Now the place looks so much brighter.

We had our 60’s tub and shower updated and I can’t say enough good things about Mad City. The entire team works seamlessly together from estimate to post install.
Marshall was efficient and clean throughout the two day project. The supervisor and service center were able to answer and resolve everything in the moment, and the reassurance of the warranty gives us peace of mind that is rare in this day and age.

From a cost conscious perspective, this is a great investment that I am proud to share. The product, the workmanship, the service, and the warranty are unparalleled and worth every dollar.

Had mad city install 12 windows today and it could not have been a more enjoyable experience. The production side of mad city is top tier. Their installers were extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend mad city to everyone. I will absolutely have mad city do my future projects!

Mad City replaced all of our main floor windows, including replacing 3 large picture windows with a huge sliding window in our living room. We additionally had them back out to replace our shower after the work they did with the windows. They are one out of a small number of companies who truly take customer service seriously. They made sure that we got what we wanted and took additional steps to make sure that the quality of workmanship was there. I would recommend them to anyone in need of fantastic windows at a reasonable price. Also, shout ot to the salesman, Zach S. He was great to work with and was very understanding and accommodating during our quotes/home visits with our newborn at the time. Job 788262

I just wanna say how happy I am. I will recommend Man city to everybody. I know is beautiful. I’m very happy to excellent job and Zach the one who worked on my kitchen at 3279 Maple Rd. Had MadCity out for a QUOTE for just resurfacing my cabinet doors & new hardware. Was quoted nearly $80,000 for a medium sized kitchen. They did not understand that we just wanted to see what a quote would look like for the cheapest route- or so we thought. Tearing out the whole kitchen & remodeling might be a better choice at this point. Probably will even be cheaper.
The Sales Representative that met with us on Friday December 19th was very quiet & was not very professional. She continued to say how she has so many years in the business & so many years with her "interior design" degree. She was not any help when asking for color design preferences or ideas, she just shook her head like she didn't want to make the sale.
Towards the end of the estimate, the Sales Representative gave us a breakdown, $79,755 OR $61,755 if i were to make a decision that day. Its unreal that they would just give you $18,000 off if you sign same day, unless you were totally trying to rip off your customer.
Another fun fact- When you request a quote from MadCity, nearly 3 phone calls came in right after i submitted my request, and i have received 3 phone calls (all from different numbers) since that date.
Would not recommend doing business with MadCity for Cabinet Refacing - especially if you're not 100% ready to move forward day of.

The crew was very professional. They placed tarps everywhere. They reviewed all the important detailscwith us. Hardly made any noise and the workmanship is outstanding.

Our house was built in the 70’s so many things needed upgrading, including the primary suite bathroom shower. With this very small shower that was all tile and riddled with mold that would never fully wash away, we were scared to get quotes because ‘who knows what you are going to find underneath this gem.’ LOL The water pressure was also horrible and we had no idea the state of the pipes and plumbing. However, we were quite optimistic to invite Mad City to give us an estimate due to their advertisements that they could replace a shower in a day. We had just worked with another contractor for a different shower replacement project and did not have a good experience so we were reluctant. When Ryan from Mad City showed up on 1/11/2025 for the estimate, he was friendly, professional and thorough. (but be warned, the visit lasted about 3 hours, but like I said, he’s thorough, lol) I particularly appreciated the part where he informed us that the quote included all of the hidden unknowns after removing the old shower and they had their own crews (pulling permits, demo, install, plumbing, etc.) so we would not have to wait for any part of the project once it was scheduled. The process unfolded just like he explained, on 1/23/2025 we had our showered measured, and on 2/19/2025 our new shower was installed! Just like in the ad, it was complete in one day (love that kind of efficiency)! Now it’s construction, so there were a few whoopsadaisies on the wall from the fact that it’s a small space and lots of maneuvering. But talked with the service department (Josh and Melissa) and they had our tech, CJ, back out to fix on 2/26/2025 and we were good as new. CJ was also very professional, friendly and the whole team gets 10/10 for customer service. We could not be happier with our shower and would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for home repairs/renovations. Thank you to Mad City for actually doing what you said you would do!

My wife and I had a great experience with Mad City. We had our cabinets refaced and couldn’t be happier with how they look. Mitchell had done a great job and was an awesome individual to work with. He was very professional and helped us through any questions we had. He had great attention to detail and made sure there wasn’t a single mark on anything by the time he left. He did the whole job himself and couldn’t be happier with all he had done. There was a crack in the door from transit from the factory and that was replaced within a week. We would highly recommend them to anybody that is thinking about getting their kitchen redone. We wish we would have had known of Mad City and had them come sooner!
