Constraction reviews in New Berlin, Wisconsin

This company and their attitude towards the public is disgusting, their values and language around kids and school is gross, plus the work they do is awful!

KS Energy street workers are careless, they damaged my fence pulling up sidewalk concrete for the city to run lines and damaged two other neighboring fences as well, when i showed them the damage they didn't want to take responsibility for it and their supervisor tried covering for the property damage they were causing trying to find excuses and make it seem like it wasn't them, Find better contractors that are professional with their work, reason they only got 3.5 stars...should be less...

Project was completed last fall. Standing water, bad drainage, makes our business looks shabby, have called 3 times. Very disappointed. They did not do what they said they would to make it right. Seems like I will need to hire someone else to do the job right.

Nick and his crew went above and beyond to fix an issue their company didn’t even cause. I would definitely recommend this company, they were very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again Nick!

If I could give a zero I would. The absolute disrespect these people have for private property is asinine. They come through, wreck the neighborhood and leave it shambles. We have holes in our street that were so poorly filled someone’s going to pop a tire. And the lack of care when filling the holes they’ve dug is disgusting. These people stand around all day and just destroy peoples properties and leave.

On Saturday December 8, 2018 one of the crew members from KS Energy came to my door stating he had hit our mailbox, while working on our street. He taped the box to the post and said he would return Monday the 10th for the details on where the new mailbox would need to be ordered from. The post was I undamaged but, the copper mailbox is wrecked.
I have not yet had anyone from the company come to inquire. This is a special order mailbox required by our neighborhood association. I would appreciate a response to this and details on the replacement.
I have emailed twice and left a voicemail in these almost 2 weeks and no more from this company has bothered to contact me. This is irresponsible and unprofessional on this company’s part. It was their employee who did the damage.

KS Energy Services on behalf of WeEnergies, handled the trenching, power cable burial and electrical hookup to our new 3 car garage. We couldn’t be happier! Professional, personable, and very respectful to our property. They trenched with precision so as not to disrupt our landmark oaks and pines. I rarely provide vendor reviews but had to as their overall workmanship with our job was delivered beyond our satisfaction and worthy of sharing. Thank you KS! Keep up the fantastic work!

Ripped out my mailbox I asked them to put it back they left it for over a week… then finally I had enough and called their bosses. Boss hung up on me said they didn’t do it. Finally after over an hour of me calling them I got to the main office. I had to take time out of my day and get my mailbox out back in cause mail wasn’t getting delivered. Finally after they put it back in they were working accrossed the street 3 men stared me down like they wanted to fight me. Unprofessional. Also I never hired these guys they just showed up and dug up my yard and never gave me any heads up. What the hell kinda operation is this

they work as a sub contractor for Wisconsin Electric. I filled out a card for Wisconsin electric but didn't show a drawing of the 10 feet or so of power cable going to the garage as I didn't know where it was. I told KS energies and Wisconsin Electric and Wisconsin Electric overhead wire crew that came to the house that is was buried between the house and garage.KS energies ripped the underground cable damaged 2 conduits coming out of the house and left a big mound of dirt between the garage and house with the live garage wire sticking out of the ground with electrical tape on it. they did a terrible job with no common sense and a 2 year old could have done a better job. of course the claim they are not responsible because I didn't make a drawing on a little card. I guess no one takes pride in thier work. If we energies sends them to your house or you need this kind of service don't let these people on your property. I have photos and sent complaints but they won't contact me. I didn't hire them and I hope you don't either. I was also told by both parties the would call a buried power lines service to check for anything. no one checked for anything.

They completely obstructed the entrance to our private business, no one can get in or out (this is all private property) kept leaving a bobcat and trucks on our lot. I asked them to move, they said yes then never moved. Awful experience with these guys. Customers cannot get in or out. UPS driver had to ask to leave our lot, this is crazy.

The attitude is go ahead and trespass, cause damage and beg for forgiveness later. Today they drove onto my property too access a project in the woods behind my house, no notice, no ringing the doorbell etc. My backyard is infill and soft.. very soft. They dont care. I told them to get off my property... the excuse was "We Did Not Know". Thats why you ring the bell and ASK first. I have had this problem with them last year when they were doing other work in the area. They just do not care... get in, get the job done... and screw the property or the owners.

Miller Pipeline has been working in our neighborhood for a long time, they accidentally left a small hole in our front yard—but with just one quick phone call, their team came back right away and fixed everything, even better than a landscaping company would have! Really impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Thank you!

Miller Pipeline installed fiber optic cable for AT&T late last summer. After removing existing 10 year established lawn area to do the work they came back filled holes with gravel, minimal black dirt and what appeared to be annual Rye seed as even with watering in the Fall and now the Spring growing season, repair areas look nothing like what was there previous to their work. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

destroyed my yard!! Smashed all the plants and dug 2 foot deep giant holes. they dug 4 of them and never told us.

If the results in my neighborhood are indicative of their work in general I’d recommend contracting with anybody else. Left the neighborhood in disarray with mess everywhere and were generally rude and dismissive.

Concerns were forwarded to them as they requested but I guess their customer service is like their crews work…. Crap!! Cuz I was never contacted nor the issues fixed

Nothing but good things to say about these guys. They've been replacing pipeline in my neighborhood. Jeremy and his crew have been awesome to work with on getting my gas line set up. They even went the extra mile in several ways, bringing supplies to fix a few issues on my property during the re-install that they didnt even cause. Very happy with my experience. They even waited to dig in my yard because we are selling the house and had showings that week then they came back a week later to finish the work. They placed the gas meter exactly where I asked to optimize my deck space, then brought an extra deck board from home to fill the area where they removed the old meter.

I don't have much negative to say, the guy is polite enough, and I understand the gas is off for the meter move, but while the furnice is inoperative, there is no need to leave an external door open. I'm not going to lock you out while you're working, you can close the door.

Aaronin Steel supplied $2000 worth of steel. The $2000 check bounced (Not Sufficient Funds). We have reached out multiple times in the last 2 weeks and no one has responded or returned our calls.

I have since called and emailed Morici Bro's multiple times and received no response. AND THEN Steve Morici reached out via our generic online contact form a week ago asking to square up.

He has since not responded to our calls...

Horrible service and craftsmanship. Please stay away from this company!

New driveway, sidewalk and patio... concrete cracked less than a month after poured…owner said he would replace the bad sections…3 years later still not fixed
