Constraction reviews in New Berlin, Wisconsin

We had an excellent experience with Tri-County Roofing from the initial meeting with Sam who explained the different options for materials, to the process that will take place, through the completion of the job. The crew arrived as expected. Their first process was to cover the exterior. The tear off went quickly and the roofing was completed in less time than expected. The crew was very courteous, efficient and kept me updated. They did a great job and we were pleased with the end result. The following day, Tony stopped by and inspected the roof, took pictures and explained the annual inspection and warranty. We were very happy that we went with Tri-County and would highly recommend them.

We used Tri County for our roof about 15 years ago and when we had some minor issues about 10 years later they came out and repaired the issue. No questions asked! That is just outstanding costumer service! That is why we chose Tri County for our siding job. Once again they delivered! Great work and outstanding costumer service! When we need any repairs for outside our home we will be calling Tri County.

Two thumbs up for Tri-County Contracting – siding and shingles 2025. I was one of many individuals in Oak Creek who needed a new roof and siding due to hail damage last year. After being bombarded with numerous solicitors knocking on my door trying to get my business – many who were from out of state, I reached out to Tri-County Contracting as they had replaced our roof in 2010. I wanted to work with a local company that I could trust and I was pleased with the work they completed in the past. In addition to quality work, they offer an annual inspection for 10 years to ensure that the roof is in good condition.
The sales team was professional and made the process relatively painless. Jeff stopped by with samples and to review the contract documentation with me and answered all of my questions related to the options presented. I had asked for good, better and best options for both the roof and siding and with my insurance reimbursement was able to get high quality materials with minimal personal outlay of cash.
The roof was completed in April when the materials became available. The project was completed in a single day, the crew was efficient, polite and very thorough in their cleanup. Rain gutters were put in place the following day due to scheduling.
The siding project was completed earlier this month. The communication related to the status of the materials and scheduling of the projects was great. I was notified of changes related to weather and kept up to date on a regular basis. Again, I could not have been more impressed with the crew that came to my house to complete the work. They were hard-working, polite and efficient, completing the project in just a day and a half, complete with clean up and removal of waste materials. Shout out to Jesse, the project manager, for completing the quality inspection that same afternoon and addressing my questions and concerns.
I would not hesitate to utilize Tri-County Contracting for any project in the future. They are a great local company with excellent employees. -
We worked with Tri-County for windows and a new roof. The communication was great and prompt. They send out an annual inspector to make sure everything looks good and they have been great with follow up from there.
Overall recommend for sure. -
The roof and skylight project went well on our almost 100 year old Whitefish Bay colonial. The proposal by Ben Graham was the most thorough with pamphlets and flyers from Certainteed which made decisions easier. Scheduling of the project was easy and only slightly delayed by weather. The project manager, Mike, was easy to work with and made certain that the edge vents and attic chutes worked properly with the ridge vents. The tear off and installation started at 7 pm and was done by 2 pm. The workers were very productive and professional. Mike promptly performed some follow up closeout items in the attic. Great job and looks great. I am reassured by a lifetime workmanship and 50 year non-prorated warranty with 10 annual inspections.

Worry Free Roof Tune Up
I had a few areas of my roof that needed attention and Joe came , assessed my roof and helped me schedule the Roof Tune Up. He was very honest and I would definitely recommend this company.. Nice to find a company that cares!! Scheduling was easy and they fit my house on the schedule really quick. Luke came and meticulously took care of the areas of concern and showed me with pictures exactly what he did. He did an amazing job and took his time… This maintenance will absolutely prolong the life of my roof. It’s hard to find honest, reputable contractors and I am so thankful for their outstanding service!! Thank you Tri-County!!! -
I would recommend NOT using Tri-County. Their communication is horrible, and you will only be frustrated and angry. You are investing in your home, and they make it clear that they just don't care.
We originally rated them a 5 star after the roof was installed - and we received 4 Amazon gift cards for leaving that review. However, the project went downhill from there. We discussed this with the company several times, and they continue to demonstrate that they only care about closing the sale and then getting a 5-star review.
Before the project started, the first crew took out our basketball hoop. They did give us a credit for that - so that piece was taken care of. We needed to remove the base of the hoop. They sent a crew on a Saturday and fortunately, my wife was home to stop them. They showed up with a skid steer to pull out the base. She stopped them and eventually had to call the project manager because the crew did not speak English. We just had a new driveway installed, and they would have damaged it using a skid steer. In the end, we purchased a sawzall and took it out ourselves.
When ABC delivered the first set of supplies, instead of dropping it in the driveway, they dropped it in the front yard. I moved it to the driveway and discussed this with Tri-County. Their response was that they don't have control over what their vendors do. I asked for their contact's number at ABC and they declined. They assured me they would talk to ABC. Well, the second delivery was also dropped in the front yard. This time, they had ABC come back and move it to the driveway. Again, the problem was addressed in a few days. Clearly, they did not communicate with ABC. We did take care of the damage to the yard after the project was complete.
This project was an entire exterior remodel - roof, siding, gutters, sofit and facia, including one door and one window. Tri-County has a department for each portion of the project, and this is where the real frustration lies. The departments have absolutely no communication. Also, for some reason, they like to install the gutters and doors before the siding.
When the door was installed, they used the wrong color caulk. We informed the installer that we were also getting siding - and his comment was, "it would have been nice if someone told me that." How does the door installer not even know that siding will be going on?
We attached a few pictures, because they needed to remove the downspouts to install the siding. They just tossed them into the bushes and driveway - total disregard for your new products. We complained to Brian, who is the project manager for the siding and gutters - and his response was, "that is just how it is done."
They attempted to repaint the damages - we finally accepted their touch up work so we could move on.
During the installation of the siding, they had their saw set up in the flower bed. I asked Brian 2x to have the crew move the table, and his response was, "this is getting ridiculous." They eventually did move the saw - complete disregard from Brian. He clearly has no training in customer service.
When the job was complete, we had a final conversation with Tri-County, and we expressed the frustration from the lack of communication - and they said they would address it. Their main concern was that we did not change our review.
We have concerns now with ice buildup. We emailed Neil on the 15th - and his response was...Thank you for sending the photos. I reviewed them and it appears there may be an issue with the kickout flashing, either it’s undersized or missing. I’ve spoken with Brian, and he’ll be reaching out shortly to take a closer look and make sure all flashing is properly installed and doing its job.
We’ll get this addressed.
As of today, the 19th - we still have not heard from Brian. So again, either they did not communicate the issue, or they are ignoring the problem they created. The next step will be to sue them.
Don't make the same mistake we made. -
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tri County! Everything moved faster than expected, and we’re beyond satisfied with their team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
Our salesperson, Joe B, was amazing and he made us feel confident we were making the right choice by going with Tri County. We were kept updated throughout the entire process, and the project managers were amazing as well.
Our new siding and windows turned out even better than we imagined. We’re absolutely in love with the results! Because of how great everything turned out, we’re already planning to have them back for additional work on our home. Highly recommend! -
Since posting this review, Tri-County did follow through and addressed the remaining concerns. I was fortunate to be assigned a new project manager, Jesse, who thoroughly reviewed the install and identified the remaining shortcomings.
Jesse brought in a repair expert named Albert, whose attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. Albert spent a significant amount of time ensuring the siding and trim were finished properly, and the results show.
While it took some additional communication to get everything wrapped up, I do appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their work and made sure the job was done right. The house looks great today, and I’m happy with the final outcome.
I’d highly recommend working with Jesse for a siding project. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. I’d also highly recommend asking for Albert if repairs are needed.
Thanks again for making it right, Tri County.
I recently had LP SmartSide siding and gutters installed by Tri-County. Overall, I have mixed feelings about my experience.
On the plus side, the siding itself looks great. There are very few seams on the planks, and everything appears level. Jeff let me use a 3D model to preview how my house would look before the work even started, which was a nice touch. The project manager, Brian, was mostly easy to work with. The gutter installation is perfect, and everything looks sharp from the street.
However, the finishing details and trim work are what brought this down to a three-star experience. Many of the nails on the trim were either overdriven or not driven in far enough. They came out three separate times to fill or paint nail holes. Despite that, there are still visible nail holes when looking up at the first and second story.
I was understanding about the leftover nails and aluminum shards around the yard after the job was done, but my four-year-old finding a loose razor blade was completely unacceptable. Brian was quick to send someone out to magnet my yard after that.
It also wasn’t great to find my dryer vent completely disconnected with the vent duct completely missing. Also one of my exterior lights was hanging an inch off the trim because the gang box wasn’t recessed like the others.
Overall, Tri-County does excellent work with the siding itself. But if you care about clean finishing details or don’t want to see nails in your trim, you may want to consider another contractor. -
Chris and his employees were great.-timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Will use them again happily!
-
Cassidy is working on two projects for us. Knocking them out of the park!! Chris is moving both right along. Very happy with the end product!
-
Chris repaired several holes in the drywall at my home. 5 stars because not only did he do a great job but he was reliable, responsive, and on time! That is hard to find these days.

I had Cassidy Contracting take care of two projects at my home. The first was a small landry area that was rotting from the inside. The entire room was taken down to the studs, reframed, insulated and new interior and exterior walls, primed and painted. I was so happy with the work, I had them take care of removing two French doors and replacing them with small windows And replacing all the other windows in the living room. I can highly recommend them. Always on time, good courteous crew. No hassles, no excuses. They even special ordered the ship lap to match my old farmhouse siding. Beautiful job!!

Cassidy Contracting fixed the ceiling in a home that I recently purchased. The prior owner had installed can lights and really made a mess of the ceiling in the process. The worker from Cassidy Contracting was prompt, friendly, and professional. Now when you look at the ceiling, you'd never guess that there had been a problem.
I will be using Cassidy Contracting again - this time to build a garage from ground up for me. I highly recommend them! -
These guys are absolutely amazing to work with!! They were working on a neighbor's home, I walked over and asked if they could take a look at my kitchen ceiling. They came right over, sent the owner and estimator the very next morning. They got started within 2 days!! They worked with my home owners insurance and agent.
But the best part....they kept me informed and updated daily on the repairs and process!! Chris and his employees were so very helpful, honest, and professional!! I highly, highly recommend!! -
It was a true pleasure working with this company! From the start in getting the quote to job completion, I was kept up to date, crew was polite, professional, respectful and left the job site clean! Fair rates and no hidden charges or add ons no long delays!. I will definitely be using them again for my next project! Thank you so much Chris, Shauna and Jeff!

Chris Cassidy and his crew have been working at our condo complex for the last six months. Recently doing the mitigation and reconstruction of two garages that were damaged due to burst water pipes during the below zero weather we experienced over the holidays. Chris and his crew are always prompt, very courteous and willing to spend the time to explain what needs to be done and the cost of the repairs. We will continue to use Cassidy Contracting for future projects.

So thankful I decided to use the Cassidy Team for my siding project. I had 30 year old cedar on my home that the woodpeckers were destroying. I loved the look of cedar but went with LP Smartide which looks and feels like wood but with much better longevity and deters pests. The quality of the work was top notch led by a team of guys that gave great insight into the work, answered my questions and were respectful of our property. The owner, Chris, was readily available to talk through the project and keep me within our budget. Quality work and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
