We are extremely happy with how our patio came out! Mike and his crew were great to work with. Mike is very knowledgeable in design and provided great feedback during the quoting process. The crew were great too. During the project we had several discussions about how a walkway was going to tie into the patio; they too had a good eye for aesthetics and we like what they came up with in the end. The whole team was courteous and cleaned the site up after they were done. We highly recommend Taylors Landscape Construction, we'd definitely work with them again.

UPDATE: I do appreciate the company addressing the experience and what can be done to rectify rather than just responding to a review and no follow up. To me, that very clearly shows the commitment to customer satisfaction even though the issues are not with the work itself.

The crew re-did my roof yesterday and cat called and whistled at me as I walked to and from my car, left clothing and materials in my yard after they packed up, and this morning I found no less than 4 half eaten TAMALES in my lawn because my dogs had started to eat them. This is so stereotypical its insane. Unacceptable.

I had roof and gutters put on by Tri county 2 yrs ago. Unfortunately I got water in my basement . Not saying it was their fault . I decided I wanted my gutters placed back where they were before . Chris came and did an awesome job. Even helped me hang up a hook for my wind chime. Gave me extenders for gutters as well. Thank you Chris! No extra charge and so pleasant. I was aware of this company by word of mouth. Now I am sharing my positive experience. My sister just got a new roof from them as well and is pleased.

Tri Co Contracting did an excellent job on our roof. Jeff and Luke are professionals, and easy to ask questions and talk to. Our roof is beautiful and was done in one day, they covered everything all around the house. They used a big trailer for the tear off instead of a dumpster that trashes the driveway. All the roofers were polite and worked hard and cleaned up any mess. No nails left behind. They gave us a good price and I looked on their website and checked out their work on other houses. I would highly recommend them to anyone to have work done on their house by Tri County, thank you. Dave Cerny

Erik and his crew did a fantastic job. The roofers were courteous and extremely diligent. The new roof and gutters look awesome. Would definitely recommend Tri County to anyone needing a new roof.

The work they did was fine. It's the break down of communication after the physical work is done that is the problem. My siding was done a week ago and the pallet of supplies is still sitting on my lawn. My husband has reached out so many times and got empty promises. We were told they had the supplies to reattach the shutters. They had supplies, but not the correct supplies. Not one screw is flush with the shutters as they do not have a big enough head to cover the hole in the shutter. I bought the correct supplies and we are STILL waiting for it to be corrected. The dumpster just got picked up yesterday, 6 days after the job was completed. I am truly irritated and would not recommend them to anyone at this point. We were so excited to have this done, now the entire experience is overshadowed by the poor service.
Edit: After my review, Tri County reached out to my husband and apologized for dropping the ball. They had better answers for when everything would be taken care of. The extra supplies and dumpster were picked up within 24 hours, and the shutters were attached correctly. The most important thing is that the house looks beautiful.

Tri-County is a great company to do business with, honest, knowledgeable, respectful with super efficient employees! As background, before I retired I dealt with building maintenance and had contractors replace flat and shingled roofs on multiple buildings.
Joe came out to estimate, explained in detail what they would do and most importantly respected my wife's questions and concerns (how often contractors ignore this courtesy is amazing). When we went to the showroom to choose materials, it was most helpful as they show exactly what you get in terms of installation.
When Tony the project manager called to verify install date, he too was absolutely the professional you want to deal with. The crew that was on site was very competent and neat. These guys worked as a team and I was impressed.
I watched much of the process and installation was exactly as Joe and Tony stated and how the manufacture specifies so you have a valid warranty and a TRUE 50 year roof! They also did the low pitch/flat roof on tour Garden Room and this was also done in an excellent manner!

My husband and I had a great experience with Tri-County Contracting! They took down our chimney and replaced our roof in a matter of just a few hours. They also replaced all of our gutters, and everything looks great. Any issues we had, our project manager Luke took care of immediately. We highly recommend Tri-County for all of your roofing needs.

Jeff Bone at Tri-County Contracting helped me with a roof vent move. The crew he sent out did an absolutely excellent job! The workmanship and customer service was excellent. I have hired Tri-county to install 4 total tear off and new install roof jobs. At each property they did an excellent job. Any time someone asks about a roofer the answer is always call Tri-county contracting!

TriCounty did an excellent job redoing my soffit and fascia, which were sagging from years of weathering. They look absolutely like new! The roof tear off and replacement took a little while, but was worth the wait; the dedicated crew worked all the way into December! I'm a well satisfied customer.

Our roof had a slight leak in it. I used Tri-County Contracting to perform a roof tune up. Luke did a great job identifying several possible culprits, taking pictures of them and ultimately fixing them. I would recommend their services.

Luke completed a service and inspection of my roof which was installed by Tri-county 18 years ago. He was flexible on scheduling and did a great job repairing any loose shingles and caulking areas around the chimney. Very confident in his work and would recommend Tri-County.

These guy's are awesome! Joe,Brian,Luke,Tony and Steven were great.They kept us updated on our progress of our project.We did the complete exterior of our house it looks like a brand new build.We couldn't be happier with the results. Tri-County was the right choice for my roof replacement. I was impressed by the patience Ben Graham displayed as I made the necessary roofing choices. And the crew did a great job working the project into the numerous rain delays. The project was completed in a timely fashion. My questions were answered and resolved, and Cris final inspection was thorough and impressive. The whole crew made this an easy task for me.

I enthusiastically recommend Tri-County Contracting for your roofing needs. We are a 116-unit condominium building with an attached swimming pool and spa room. Due to humidity control problems in the past (that have since been resolved), the associated roof was deteriorating past the point of repair. We offered five companies the opportunity to bid the project. Three declined the work without even coming out to see the project. Of the two remaining, Tri-County was by far the best for scope of work, product quality, and cost. The bidding process was inclusive; all board members were involved and offered opportunities for suggested work, and a very tight timeline! We were not pushed for add-ons; none were suggested. We knew what we needed, and they really delivered. The work covered a holiday weekend, and they were finished before. A huge project completed on our timeline and to our complete satisfaction.

It was fun to watch the crew interact with each other and the project foreman and were respectful of the property. During their lunch breaks, they truly seemed to enjoy each other’s company. This is the hallmark of a well-run operation when everyone gets along.

We will definitely use them when the time comes to re-roof the rest of the building.

TriCounty Contracting is an absolute blessing of a company! From start to finish their passion for their work and care for their customers shone bright. Jeff, our sales person was knowledgeable and patient with us while we decided on the scope of work to be done. (The colour we ended up choosing for siding is Scottish Thistle) Jesse, our project manager was consistently communicative and assured us every step of the way- answering any questions and ensuring quality down to the details. Our window crew was great and did impeccable cleanup, inside and out after install. I loved our siding crew so much, I missed them after having Christian and Joel around daily for a bit. Our tear off was terribly messy, being old wood and aluminum but they handled it all and quelled my anxiety by always answering my questions about process and such. I was impressed with their work ethic and Christian is a true craftsman making it all look beautiful and come together perfectly. Our door install went smoothly and finally Caleb and the gutter crew did a quick and quality job fitting our home with the finishing touch of new gutters and downspouts. All around praise to the company as a whole and each individual we worked with for their professionalism and integrity. I am glad we trusted them with our home, the results are stunning. Tri-County Contracting has been a wonderful company to work with, We had our roofing and siding both done by them. We had other quotes come in much higher. We heard about them on the radio and went the website to get a base quote idea. Them we decided to have them come out and do a onsite estimate. They gave us a quote, and stuck to it. They did the job so quickly and professionally. We had some weird thing show up later they came out quickly assessed it and provided a solution – no charge. They have already been out to do the first yearly inspection of the roof. We have been very very happy with them and would recommend them to our friends.
