Tri-County tore off the old roof and installed a new one on my residence. They did an outstanding job and changed the look of my entire house. I had my home services guy inspect the job and here is what he had to say:

"As we discussed yesterday, I was looking for nail placement and how the shingles were started at the gutter line. I could tell chalk lines were used and the fine details like caulking nailheads tells me the roofers took some pride in their work. From my professional point of view, your roof was installed properly."

My gutters overflowed the minute it rained. I had been dealing with it for 6 years and Tri-County Contractors came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He said the gutter guards were not installed correctly and should be replaced. After they removed the old guards, installed the new ones and added 1 small downspout the problem was solved. They never tried to upsell me by suggesting I needed new gutters, and I initially asked them out to do their roof tune up and he walked around the house and said your roof is only 6 years old, and is in good shape, you don't need to spend the $650. It is very rare for a contractor to tell you not to spend money with them. I appreciated the honesty and integrity and am thrilled this annoying problem with my gutters is finally solved.

We recently had Tri County put on a new roof, replace the front siding on our house, and install three new windows. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Each crew kept us updated, and if schedules had to shift, they let us know right away so there were no surprises. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they took the time to call afterward to make sure we were happy with everything. Our home looks fantastic, and they left the property spotless. We truly appreciate their professionalism and care, and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.

Tri-county replaced our roof and gutters with gutter guards and downspouts, they did a great job, our roof and gutters look amazing, we dealt with Joe and Luke, they came to do the work on the date and time that we were told and did a great job cleaning up when they finished the work. They came out in December with their full crew and was able to replace our hail damaged roof in one day along with clean up after. Since then, Tri County has been good about doing annual inspections to back up their work and give us peace of mind that the roof is in good working order. Very satisfied

Tri-County took down my chimney above the roof and repaired the hole. They also put on a new roof on my two-story Victorian Wauwatosa home. They did it without damaging plants below. They cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know that they had 10 workers there that day. Reasonably priced, and they did it all in one day. I got the recommendations from my neighbor, and I’m glad I went with them.

We’ve had a new roof put on( full take off and put on). Luke and his crew were the best. Everything precise and thorough. Extremely hard workers. Cj was right on at getting the new windows the right inserts. Steve and his crew were also extremely precise at putting the 22 new windows in and also repairing the rotten window( couldn’t figure out why I was getting bugs in the house). I was in awe at how well they got installed. Also getting the whole house a new siding face lift. Changed from gray/white to Rock harbor blue/white. Jesse and crew are really precise and the corner trim angles and other corners are squared perfectly. It amazes me how they can make everything perfect in the very cold weather. Tri -County has the best workers. Thanks also to Ryan for putting this all together. I will recommend this company to everyone. Thanks again.

I’m very happy with the work. Tri-County did on my back garage installing new soffits and facia and a gutter. The workers were conscientious, and I respected their attention to detail. Very, very friendly and professional and cleaned up my yard when they were finished. Highly recommend!

The Cudahy Historical Society was very pleased with Tri-County and their work on our 1892 Railroad Depot. They replaced and repaired the roof, dormers, windows and gutters. Any small issues or questions were dealt with in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Our historic building was in good hands. The entire staff was professional and easy to work with. We hope to have them return for further restoration work on our depot.

I had my roof replaced in 2008 through Tri-County Roofing (as they were called then). It looked fabulous and included an upgrade to the ridge vent.

August 2025 we developed a small leak as part of the major rain storm that dumped 12+ inches in a few hours. Joe, one of their salesmen, came over a few days after I called the office. After an inspection he found a nail pop that was the source of the leak. He suggested a "roof tune up" to fix this but also to look at any other areas of concern on the roof. It was very reasonably priced at ~$600.

The roofer, Luke, was out a few days later and replied the leak and several other tiles that had issues; most of issues were related to an Apple tree that used to hang over the roof. He also re-caulked the areas around the chimney and vents.

Everyone that I worked with at Tri-County was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I hope with my tune up that my roof will be good for many more years, but will certainly call Tri-County first when I do need a roof replacement.
