We are most pleased with the work done on our basement floor. The men who worked on our project were careful, prompt, efficient, and respectful.
We had no cleanup after they left each day. After our basement was sanded, stained and sealed we are pleased with a job well done.

I have learned that when it comes to home improvements you get what you pay for. TLC Construction provided the most beautiful stamped concrete patio's and a perfect driveway for our newly remodeled home. Mike has the right peoiple using the best equimpment and materieals around. Thank you for finishing off our home. It could not look better.

As busy as this company is, and as unpredictable as the weather was, I really wondered when our job would get started but the delays were unavoidable. When the work began, the crew was very good at communicating with us and their work was excellent. Taylor removed our old failing walkways, paths and stoops and replaced them with new concrete. The plain concrete stairs and walkways are a huge improvement. The stoops were repaired and overlaid with stamped, colored concrete and look very attractive. Taylor Landscape and Construction Services did excellent work. In fact, a neighbor just asked me who we used as she will seek a contractor in the future and was impressed with how our property looks now.

Taylor Landscape & Construction removed our wooden deck and replaced it with a patio. Mike Taylor provided guidance on the colors and he definitely got it right. The patio is gorgeous, we've gotten nothing but enthusiastic compliments on it. The weather this year has been crazy so it's been a busy season for contractors but they managed to get the job done at a good price, in a reasonable amount of time and at a very high level of quality.

We built a new house a couple years ago and put stamped concrete floors in by another company out of Madison (they were picked because of location and price), that was our mistake. Not only did they do a below standard job, but they ended up wrecking our floor to the point of needing to be ground down and resurfaced. This is where Mike Taylor of Taylor's Landscape & Construction comes in. When I started doing research on what needed to be done, and who was willing to do it, Mike and his team helped us out tremendously. Mike helped me get through the process of getting the floor prepped prior to his crew coming in and actually putting the new floor in. The workers that came to my house were very courteous and kept the work area very clean. After finishing the floor, Mike went over what was needed for us to care for the new floor, which was very helpful!
We made the mistake of going with the “local and less expensive” contractor and in turn paid the price. Thank you Mike for turning a bad situation into something we will enjoy for many years.

We loved working with Taylor Landscape & Construction! They installed a beautiful concrete patio for us. Had a great experience getting my driveway refreshed with a product called Brickform Refresh. It gave my 20-year-old driveway an updated look. No more sun burnt tan look. It truly looks like freshly poured concrete. Great product. Mike and Jamie were very up front and formal. Mike followed up the next day after project was complete to make sure I was happy. He even went out of his way to apply a third coat at no cost. Overall, great product and service

Upon meeting Mike, we were confident in choosing his company to repair the deteriorating retaining wall in our backyard. Mike impressed us with his vision, taking into account drainage issues that others had overlooked. He devised a plan and his team executed it flawlessly. Ryan, the site supervisor, was exceptional, addressing all our questions and concerns during the entire rebuild. They constructed a beautiful retaining wall, laid a concrete patio, and built stairs that my son now affectionately refers to as "the fancy stairs." I’m disappointed with my experience with Taylor’s Landscape Construction. While the initial communication and pricing seemed fair, the follow-through did not meet expectations. During the estimate and again before the concrete was poured, we discussed specific project details—like clipped patio corners—that were agreed upon but ultimately not fulfilled. When I brought it up, I was met with resistance instead of a solution.

The contract lacked clarity, and additional charges seemed to appear mid-project without proper explanation. No receipt was provided upon completion, and I was not given any information about a warranty.

To make matters worse, the crew left my yard a mess and broke a path of decorative fieldstone in my front yard. While the staff on site worked hard and were respectful, the owner came off as just another guy with a truck—quick to make promises but not willing to stand by them when it mattered.

The quality of work might be acceptable to some, but the lack of transparency, disregard for agreed-upon details, and poor customer experience left me thoroughly disappointed. If you’re considering this company, get everything in writing, double-check every detail, and be prepared to advocate for yourself from start to finish

We are extremely satisfied with the work done by Taylor's. Our old stamped concrete, which was layered with way too much sealer, was sandblasted off, treated and resealed and it looks beautiful! Do you have a smaller backyard that you are just not sure how to transform into a living space? The team a TLC are who you need! I’m personally not in the concrete business so knowledge in this area was subpar at best. When I met Mike the first time I knew this was the team for me. He walked me through the process he looked at my wants and needs list and we were able to come up with a solution that fit almost all my wants and needs within my budget. They helped me make sure that my dream backyard patio was absolutely perfect. Honestly it was better than perfect.

The crew was here for only 2 days and had everything done. They even installed buried downspouts so I don’t have to have downspouts laying all over my beautiful concrete. The work they did was phenomenal and the team was incredible. They explained things to me along the way and were very professional.
