I have used Heinrichs home comfort for over 15 yrs now. All the service peoplw have been wonderful to work with over the years. The owner steve is a great guy and super trustworthy. He goes out of his way to help you. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Results - First: a project that others said could not be done - Steve found a way to do it. They exceeded my expectations in the end result, and the quality of the install and their professionalism. Steve, Jerry and Zach - each knew what needed to be done and did an outstanding job. I have a found a new HVAC company to take care of future needs/maintenance.

UPDATE: I've also had them do projects for other family members, as well as my annual tune-up and cleaning. Always professional... and what i like the most is they never try to sell you something you don't need!!! (This was a problem encountered with the competition.). Always recommend Heinrich!

Hi. I had Tad and Shane from Heinrich visit my home yesterday to install a new York furnace. They came at approximately 8:30 which was right on time. Very polite and concerned about maintaining cleanliness in my home. Got to work right away. They had a very heavy old Lennox furnace to replace. They not only install my new furnace and a new April Aire, they tested everything and retested to make sure it was all working correctly. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

When our boiler failed I contacted Heinrichs for help. They replied instantly with an estimate which was totaly fair. The next day they were on site with our new Triangle Tube Instinct combo unit. The two install techs Matt and Lane were awesome. They were on time, very professional and respectful. They completed at the time they said they would no problems they didn't handle. They answered all of our questions and didn't leave until everything was set up, tested and running.
We are now sitting in our toasty warm house with never ending DHW.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks me. Thank you Heinrichs for your excellent service. We'll be back for all of our heating and air needs in the future. Need more than 5 stars in my opinion. Sincerely Russell and Denise Smars.

The Heinrich team installed a new furnace and AC in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. The team was very prompt, professional and personable. The guys kept us informed what has going on all the time, and when they were done they showed us the features and explained everything very well. And when they left, the place was as clean as when they started, we couldn't tell they were ever here. We're VERY happy with our service and would recommend highly using them. I know we'll have them back for all of our service.

Heinrich's installed our HVAC system 13 years ago. Through installation to maintenance and the few issues we've had over the years, they have always been awesome to work with. An honest company that we are comfortable recommending to our friends and family.

Great service, it pays to be a routine maintaince member, as needed service when they came for the fall furnace and discounts for parts. Very reasonable monthly fee for fall and spring checkup. So glad we are customers of Heinrich Home Comfort.

Steve and his team were very professional. They showed up when they said they would, provided an excellent product at a very reasonable price, were courteous and respectful of my property and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end of the day. Steve Heinrich was great at explaining the different options of installing A/C in a house which didn't have duct work. I’ve worked with a couple other HVAC services since becoming a homeowner and I can say without a doubt Heinrich's Home Comfort are the first I plan to call again in the future.

Can’t say enough about this company. All service done by them has been fantastic for almost 25 years. Had the furnace and A/C, along with whole home humidifier, replaced four years ago. Furnace still perfect.

Steve and his crew were awesome from start to finish for my AC and furnace install. They helped me choose the proper systems for my home along with walking me thru using the google nest thermostat. Sara was great with handling all the scheduling along with taking care of all the tax credits, rebates and warranties, nothing to do on my end all around great experience.

great service came within the time they said they would be there quickly . diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck it was like 90 degrees out my house thermostat was reading 80 but max took his time to explain everything and had my air conditioner up and running in a short period would definitely recommend Heinrichs.

Fantastic team that delivers. From working with Sara in the front office to the crew, Wayne, Max and Steve that installed my new furnace. Max was on the initial call that had the bad luck of informing me that my furnace needed to replaced. Sara took over from there, providing us with excellent customer service. She was extremely knowledgeable of the 3 systems she quoted to us, explaining the benefits of each one. Then the installed team came in a few days later. Wayne, Max and Steve were extremely respectful, very efficient and left the area around the new furnace spotless. They even took out a bag of our trash that use close by. I highly recommend Heinrichs Home Comfort.

Max came to do a boiler inspection. He was prompt and was able to identify a “gurgling” sound issue. We were very happy that’s been resolved. We’ve used Heinrich’s at our church as well and we’re equally pleased with their services. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking.
